10 years of love and affection went into building our 2 bedroom custom home. Sticking with natural products to blend together the beauty of the surrounding area. Lay in bed at night and listen to river that runs the entire length of the property. The house has a full kitchen with seating for 6. Spacious living room for relaxing or admiring one of the many birds that visit all year round. Two upstairs bedrooms and office space. Walkout basement with full entertainment area, hot tub,exercise room.

Quiet road but very accessible. Perfect area for hiking, biking, relaxing walks along the Ball Mountain Brook or kayaking on Grout Pond or Gale Meadows. Enjoy a campfire in the side yard/former pony corral or relax on the spacious screened in porch. 30 minutes from seasonal farmers market and from Manchester for outlets.

Please note: 1) Our kitchen is fully equipped, but it has a hot plate instead of the traditional stove. 2) Instead of a full-size living room there is a small sitting area with a TV in the same area where the kitchen is located. 3) Guests don't have access to the backyard/patio, but you can enjoy the outside seating set in front of the house.

Margaret's place was very cozy and the perfect stay for going skiing at Stratton Mountain. The location was ideal and perfect. This place was very clean and looks exactly as the images portrayed them. There were books, board games, and an organized binder of local shops and entertainment provided. The communication feedback was quick and friendly. The next time I come visit Vermont, I would love to come back to this Airbnb.

Brian's cabin is a beautiful spot for an off-grid weekend. His property is huge and has many things to explore around the area, it's also close to many hiking trails and parks. We had a comfortable stay despite having no running water and generator-only electricity. It was nice to figure things out in the property and adapt to it. The bed and other amenities were so comfortable, we were able to fully immerse ourselves in the nature around us. He had a good supply of wood and water jugs to keep us stocked. Brian was very friendly and responsive. Overall, I recommend this stay for 3 adults max, for a minimum of 2 nights to really immerse yourself in the experience.

Excellent location and central to all things fun in southern Vermont. Loved the sports center amenities. Very peaceful considering it was end of mud season and not busy at all. We used the pool, workout facilities and locker room. Even had a fireplace we could use ! Christine was incredibly responsive and welcoming. Would recommend to others and would stay again if in the area.

We had a wonderful time at the mirror house. Loved relaxing in the hot tub and sauna and there are great views to watch for wildlife. it had everything we needed for a long weekend away. Everything was clean and in great shape.

The inviting living area features high A-frame ceilings and large windows allowing natural light to fill the space. A comfortable leather sofa and armchairs are arranged around a decorative area rug. A dining table is positioned beside the fireplace, enhancing the cozy atmosphere.

This was an enjoyable stay. Slept 6 comfortably. We also had such a great time in the game room playing pool, watching tv, and utilizing the arcade games. Totally recommend!
