Cabin vacation rentals in Story

We had a great time and the house was wonderful! The house has everything you need to cook and we enjoyed dinner at the cabin most nights. The house is only a few minutes to multiple restaurants and shops! The house was large and more than enough space for our family! The kids loved the creek and mom and dad enjoyed the hot tub!

My husband and I loved our little private getaway for the weekend. We relaxed in the hot tub, used the fireplace while watching movies, and listened to the stream while sipping coffee on the front porch. Everything was great, and we would highly recommend!

Cabin was really clean and cozy. This cabin is about. 15-20 mins away from town, but loved how secluded and quiet it was. We enjoyed the hot tub one night and also had a bonfire one night. Sam is very quick and responsive, would rent from him again for sure. Only complaint was the beds were too soft for our liking, but would stay again :)

Angela's place was awesome. If you are visiting this area, it would be tough to find a better place to stay. Angela, was on top of check in/out guidance and made sure we were all set for stay. Great host and a great home.

We booked this cabin last minute and are so happy we did! It’s not far from downtown which is where everything is that we wanted to do. Hard Truth, among other wineries and distilleries, is why we decided to venture to Brown County yet again. The host is fast to reply and very transparent about the ins and outs. The property is stunning, the cabin has a lot of character, was super clean and perfect for our stay. We enjoyed looking and reading about all the history in the living room area. The multiple bedrooms and bathrooms were fun to pick which we wanted to occupy! We’ll definitely be back and plan to stay more than one night next time. Before we left, we did walk over to say hi to the horses. The hot tub was an added bonus, too. We plan to save this listing and share it with our friends. Definitely worth it being only a few hours from our home!

This is a very beautiful place with plenty of privacy and beautiful surroundings. The host "Apolonia" is a very kind, responsive, and understanding host. Unfortunately there was some storm damage from the storms that came through in the days prior to our stay that the host was unaware of. However, when I contacted Apilonia in regards to these issues she was extremely responsive and apologetic. She was very understanding when I vacated my reservation early due to said storm damage and very helpful when it came to me getting a refund for the days I was unable to stay. I hope someday to revisit and get the full enjoyment this place has to offer. This is definitely a place I would recommend to anyone wanting a getaway from the everyday life. It offers beautiful scenery, the cabin itself is absolutely gorgeous and the host is exceptional.

Three of my brothers and myself stayed at the cabin from Nov 7 - 10, we were in town to attend the Indiana vs Michigan football game. the cabin was as advertised and was a perfect match for us, we each had our own bedroom and private bathroom, the cabin is a couple miles off the beaten path, it was very quiet, secluded, the cabin was very clean, and we enjoyed our stay immensely. Our hosts Peter and Suzanne, answered our questions promptly and provided lots of information. would recommend the cabin

The property was absolutely beautiful! Came for a wedding that was close by and enjoyed a wonderful night around one of the two fire pits. Wish we had more time in the morning to explore more of the property. Our dog really enjoyed the expansive forest. Alexandra was amazing and super communicative with anything we could have needed. Can’t wait to come back!

Absolutely wonderful stay for the family and the dogs! The only thing to be cautious of is that it is on well water, so the water did run out on the last night, but Carrie was so responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend!

The location was beautiful, the home was very inviting.. we enjoyed our stay every much.

The key was not in the lock box when we arrived, but that was an honest mistake that they remedied quickly. My only other critique is this cabin has no shower. I suppose it doesn't list it as an amenity, but they provide towels, which lead me to believe it had a shower. Other than that, it's very clean and cozy, and it was exactly what we hoped to get out of the cabin experience. I enjoyed the lack of WiFi so we were not tempted to watch tv/movies and instead played games with the family. The neighborhood is very quiet, and everyone there is friendly. If you are okay without a shower in the cabin, I would definitely recommend this location.

Peaceful getaway in a private setting but not too remote. Great space for hanging out with games and hot tub for entertainment. The hosts were attentive to our needs and responded quickly to questions. Plan to go back again next year.

A quiet get-a-way was what I wanted, and this place was perfect. Peaceful location surrounded by nature, it was lovely. The A-frame gave for lots of lighting! Even in the rainy weather, the windows helped it feel cozy, and not gloomy. Would return!

We loved staying at the cabin at Bloomington cohousing. Such a peaceful setting and the cabin was perfect for our needs. Thank you, Megan and the neighbors who made us feel so welcome.

This was a weekend getaway for our family to escape from the city and connect with nature. The house was PERFECT for this, as we were able to explore the grounds, use the pristine, clean hot tub, and go on adventures such as zip lining and horseback riding. Upon arrival, the host was prompt to answer our questions, and the house was stocked with everything we needed and more. We even used some of the board games they had in the closet. No complaints whatsoever. Would recommend! Beautifully restored, historic home.

Cabin and amenities were wonderful. Very relaxing and plenty of natural beauty within minutes of shopping and restaurants. Looking forward to our next girls week. Wine, pool table, hot tub and the fire pit and nature. Could not ask for anything more. I loved this getaway.

Visited the cabin for a weekend getaway to celebrate my husband's birthday. This place was perfect and so incredibly cute. The thoughtful touches like leaving my husband a birthday card were the cherry on top. Will definitely book at one of their properties again.

I had been looking for a getaway for quite a while and this is just what I needed. quiet peaceful and close to a lot of beautiful Woods and areas to shop at. all my questions were answered and I had relaxed beautiful time
