Thank you, a nice festive welcome with the tree and decorations. Everything in the house was as described and easy to find. We enjoyed our mini break and would recommend.

Thank you for the stay - we had a lovely time. Only thing to mention is the heating was a bit tricky (wouldn’t come on at all the second day). Otherwise, stay was lovely and the caravan was spotless and came with everything we needed. No WiFi (as far as I know) and limited phone signal but this is what we were looking for so no issues.

A perfect place for a couple to stay. It is equipped with everything you need, easily accessible and cosy and comfortable. The location is quiet but within easy access of the motorway and for Lancaster. This wasn’t our first stay and it did not disappoint.

We had a wonderful long weekend stay in this lovely house with our family of ten of all ages. There was so much to do, everyone was kept happy. The weather was icy cold but dry for our whole stay. The house was nice and warm on our arrival, a big comfort on a cold day, we felt at home straight away. We made good use of the hot tub straight away as it was hot and ready to use when we arrived. The garden was huge, our dog loved it. In warmer weather we would have made more use of the outdoor facilities of which there were many. We did manage a game of table tennis on our last day, when the top was clear of frost. Our whole family wished they could have stayed the week. We would definitely recommend this house.

Had a lovely few days in a peaceful location overlooking the lake - very picturesque. The caravan was bigger than I expected and very comfortable, especially the large main bedroom. There was a washing machine, dishwasher and a fully equipped kitchen. We enjoyed our stay very much and would love to return. We would highly recommend a stay at Joanne's caravan. Thank you

We absolutely loved Luan’s place! We went as a family group for a long weekend and were so impressed with the set up. The view is beautiful from the hot tub, bedrooms were really comfortable. The whole place was pristine. We had dinner in a pub around a 20 minute walk away which was lovely. We also cooked a big family meal one night - which the kitchen is well kitted out for. We will definitely be back again as a family - thanks Luan!

Lovely location, beautiful inside. Everything you need for a night away, stunning views, lovely and peaceful and private. Would highly recommend and defo use again if near that way. Louise was a lovely person and very helpful with questions
