Best things about Sam's place are the location and the amount of room to spread out in the unit. Great, picturesque location right on Stonington Harbor. There was plenty of room for our party of 4 and the place could accommodate 6 people easily. There are a few quirks to the unit but nothing you wouldn't expect in a semi historic building and they are also disclosed in the listing. Sam is a friendly and responsive host. My wife loved that the unit has a hair dryer with a diffuser.

Very nice place and home for three people. Enjoyed every piece including the free beach parking pass which we fully utilized. Also took advantage of the $10 coupon for old joe's coffee. Absolutely no flaws. The only thing that was a bit tough for us were the spiral stairs and the additional stairs after you enter which in case you have a toddler and/or a wife who is expecting, must be careful to not trip (quite narrow). Also having a bulky bag makes it a bit challenging as well due to this setting. Not a huge problem but worth mentioning. Still 5 stars!

This home is gorgeous, peaceful, and in a fantastic location. We were within walking distance of downtown Mystic and seaport museum and only a short drive away from the aquarium and old Mystic Village. Both hosts were incredibly kind and responsive, making us feel right at home! They gave us great recommendations for restaurants and local activities, and the check in/check out process was super easy. This was a fantastic experience!!

Highly recommend staying here. Amazing Airbnb for the price you pay. It is beautiful and in walking distance from everything. Peter was a wonderful host and everything was just as described and more. Will definitely be staying here again during my next visit.

Great place! It’s in a beautiful neighborhood. We couldnt walk into mystic but that’s because we had little kids with us. So peaceful and relaxing. Sitting in the back yard was a great way to unwind after fun filled action packed days. My little girl left her beloved teddy bear behind, fran found it, reached out and teddy is on his way home!! Thank you thank you.

So glad I found this spot for a quick trip to visit family. Could walk to everything, bed was comfy, loved it. The design of the space was great, the bathroom shower was great. The furnishings and design were fabulous .

The sunrises here are gorgeous!! Pair that with delicious coffee, cozy space with water view, and 20 minute walk into town and you’ve got the perfect affordable spot to enjoy Mystic, CT and beyond.

Ann’s place is a must stay! We spent a relaxing weekend in this gorgeous home, overlooking an idyllic Mystic River. So conveniently located to more restaurants and shops than you could ever visit, and yet a world away set among the trees. This house is perfect for our family of three and we could have easily accommodated 2 more adults! The space is tranquil and spacious, and Ann provided some goodies (even for our son!) upon our arrival. The house is stocked with anything you could possibly need or want, inclusive of outdoor amenities. My husband and I are already looking to rebook…truly cannot recommend this stay enough!

Victor’s place was relaxing and beautiful. We had the best time and especially loved listening to the waves. Victor was so responsive and even offered us an earlier check in and check out. The place was sparkling clean and absolutely beautiful. We will definitely be back

Amazing house with amazing views from both decks of beautiful estuary & wonderful wildlife. Estuary is connected to ocean and we enjoyed using owners’ boats to paddle out and explore! 5 Stars!

Our family had a wonderful stay with Melanie! Her home is comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. She was always responsive and helpful from the time we made our reservation through checkout. Would stay here again and would definitely recommend.

Our group has stayed at Patti's place twice a year for a number of years now. She has always been gracious & helpful, with a nice note and home baked cookies greeting our arrival! The location is quiet and peaceful, right on the beach, which is conducive to our desire for rest and reflection.

We loved our stay! The house was beautifully decorated and their furniture was all so comfortable. We loved how many outdoor seating options there were and being next to the fireplace in the living room was our favorite spot! The place was also so clean and had all the amenities that we needed for a successful weekend. Jeanmarie was very responsive whenever we had questions. This place was so cozy and perfect for a quick getaway with a friend. We would absolutely stay here again!

We loved the lakehouse! The setting and house were more beautiful than the photos. Panoramic lake views abound from inside and outside the house. The kitchen has new appliances and the house was toasty on a few very cold days. Also, there is a nice fire pit, outdoor lounge area, and a new dock that is amazing at night to walk out onto and gaze up at the stars. The sunrises and sunsets are visible from the property and provide a bonus. It’s very peaceful and everyone in my group slept well. I hope to be back in the warmer weather to swim, kayak, and unwind.

Ryan's place worked perfectly for our group, was in a amazing location, had beautiful surroundings. He was also super responsive. Notably, he replied very quickly to a bunch of questions we had ahead of time and brought over a few things we noticed we could use (more washcloths and body wash) practically as soon as I hit send on my note. Also, I noticed that the pictures make it look like you're tight to the neighbors - which I guess is true - but once we were in the house, it felt quiet and private, not at all crowded with neighbors or noise. Lastly, if you (potential guest) have anyone in a wheelchair: (1) we were able to roll in and out with just a very short step on the walkway and another into the house (2) we skipped showers (require step/standing as you can see in pics) buuut (3) my friend's collapsible "Jazzy" wheelchair fit fine into the bathroom off the kitchen ,where we attached our own "higher" toilet seat for safety and convenience. Worked out fine!! Great stay!

Rate was great, it was off season. Cleaning fee is a little nutz considering it is tiny. VERY clean, perfectly functional. I wasn't a fan of the mattress, way too soft for me, but maybe that is just me :-) Overall I would happily stay there again. It was quiet, the other tenants were very friendly.

Taylor's place was excellent! Very clean, had all the necessities to feel at home, and great communication from Taylor! We enjoyed our stay and hope to return! Location was fantastic, area was beautiful and quiet, and the breakfast room service was amazing! Highly recommend!

Peter was very responsive. Our reservation was short notice, morning of; checked in with no issues. Our stay was in November when the weather was cooler. Still a cozy and convenient stay with beautiful and peaceful view of the ocean.

Incredible stay at #19 The Bridge the whole 3rd floor with two comfy family inviting areas to hang out and enjoy, large tv in every space, 4 great bedrooms with new mattress so comfy, luggage holder and greeted with fresh towels in every bedroom and great sound machines, chargers and ceiling fans in each bedroom. Bathroom one with jet tub, shower and bidet, beautiful tile and clean! Kitchen had all the plates, glasses and utensils, pots and pans needed and an awesome coffee station we enjoyed cooking breakfast every morning and then enjoyed at the family table large enough for 10-people if needed and a high chair provided for our grand baby! Rooftop outside table was great for enjoying the gorgeous view of beautiful Old Colony Beach! Short block walk to private Old Colony Beach made for an amazing family vacation! We can’t wait to come back and make this an annual stay. Thank you Peter for making #19 our new vacation spot.

Very nice stay. Appreciated the bedside chargers. Kitchen was smartly stocked, was able to prepare a Thanksgiving meal with amenities provided. Very clean. Stunning views of the ocean. Downside, small bathroom/shower, limited bathroom shelf space/counter.

We had a peaceful, pleasant stay at Desiree's AirBnb. We chose the location as we were seeing a concert at Mohegan. The condo was less than a 5 minute drive to Mohegan which was perfect for us, yet very peaceful and serene considering how close it is. The bed was very comfortable and it was very quiet. We enjoyed the hot tub in the club house after a day of walking (we went to Mystic seaport, which is about 25 minutes away). The condo was very clean although the soaps in the shower need a refill. We overall really enjoyed our stay at the condo, the surrounding area and the hot tub. Next time we will utilize the services at the Norwich Inn & Spa, which is walking distance to the condo.
