This place was fantastic! Loved the proximity to the beach, George’s, Block Island ferry and more!! Such a hidden gem and will definitely be back! Karen and Peter were excellent hosts and always responsive if we had any questions. The apartment was so cutely decorated too!

Host was friendly and flexible to work with. Fast communication. Location easy to find, very comfortable and lots of character. Loved the view and ability to walk to great restaurants. A very quiet peaceful stay. Would gladly return. Many thanks.

Very nice place and home for three people. Enjoyed every piece including the free beach parking pass which we fully utilized. Also took advantage of the $10 coupon for old joe's coffee. Absolutely no flaws. The only thing that was a bit tough for us were the spiral stairs and the additional stairs after you enter which in case you have a toddler and/or a wife who is expecting, must be careful to not trip (quite narrow). Also having a bulky bag makes it a bit challenging as well due to this setting. Not a huge problem but worth mentioning. Still 5 stars!

My mother and I had the perfect Christmas Weekend in Mystic! The place was home away from home for us. We felf so welcomed, safe and relaxed. Everything you could possibly need they thought of and had ready for us! The surrounding area had so many local gems - we would absolutely love to come back! Thank you to our amazing hosts for making us feel so comfortable! If you’re looking to explore the area, I’d highly recommend staying here!

Peter’s home was very clean and as presented in the photos. He was very responsive and there was plenty of parking. I also appreciated how well stocked the kitchen was with anything you might need. I would definitely stay here again.

The house was wonderful and perfect for walking distance to restaurants, a short drive into town, and meet our expectations. The hosts did a great job with communication and answering our questions.

Great place! It’s in a beautiful neighborhood. We couldnt walk into mystic but that’s because we had little kids with us. So peaceful and relaxing. Sitting in the back yard was a great way to unwind after fun filled action packed days. My little girl left her beloved teddy bear behind, fran found it, reached out and teddy is on his way home!! Thank you thank you.

So glad I found this spot for a quick trip to visit family. Could walk to everything, bed was comfy, loved it. The design of the space was great, the bathroom shower was great. The furnishings and design were fabulous .

Victor's was an exceptional host who went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our stay - and was very attentive to all the details. And his home was lovely - right on the LI Sound. Great place to stay and unwind wiht family!

Charlotte’s place was peaceful, clean, and comfortable to stay in for my family over the holidays. Heat temperature control was great even during extra cold weather. Charlotte was super responsive, quick, and clear when we needed assistance one morning. Her instructions were easy to follow and we really enjoyed celebrating the holidays in this great home on the sound!

Our family had a wonderful stay with Melanie! Her home is comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. She was always responsive and helpful from the time we made our reservation through checkout. Would stay here again and would definitely recommend.

Our group has stayed at Patti's place twice a year for a number of years now. She has always been gracious & helpful, with a nice note and home baked cookies greeting our arrival! The location is quiet and peaceful, right on the beach, which is conducive to our desire for rest and reflection.

Tonya’s place matched the description and photos. We really enjoyed being near the water and how quiet it was. Cozy. Family friendly. Right at home. Clean. Would stay again.

Heaven on Potter’s Pond - we weren’t expecting it, especially in winter, but we certain found a slice of Heaven at Jeanmarie’s gorgeous and well appointed home. The house is fantastically equipped, with extremely comfortable beds, high end furnishings, linens, towels, kitchenware, dining, and glassware - everything you need for a luxury stay has been considered and provided. The grounds are stunning, with an amazing sense of privacy, all while being mere minutes from a highly rated oyster bar. There was a great sense of communing with nature, all while being warm and cozy by the fire. It was the perfect away staycation to create a memorable birthday. Don’t hesitate, just book before someone else gets to enjoy this magical destination!

We loved the lakehouse! The setting and house were more beautiful than the photos. Panoramic lake views abound from inside and outside the house. The kitchen has new appliances and the house was toasty on a few very cold days. Also, there is a nice fire pit, outdoor lounge area, and a new dock that is amazing at night to walk out onto and gaze up at the stars. The sunrises and sunsets are visible from the property and provide a bonus. It’s very peaceful and everyone in my group slept well. I hope to be back in the warmer weather to swim, kayak, and unwind.

Cute getaway for family. The home is cozy, we can imagine its beauty in the warmer seasons with the lake.

Desiree's place made for a great weekend away for a work conference at Mohegan Sun. The home was neat, clean and smelled nice. Comfortable king bed and great water pressure in the shower. Also, a close drive to the casino. I would stay there again. Thank you Desiree!

If you’re looking for a spot to stay in Narragansett this would be it. Right near the beach and ferry.

Rate was great, it was off season. Cleaning fee is a little nutz considering it is tiny. VERY clean, perfectly functional. I wasn't a fan of the mattress, way too soft for me, but maybe that is just me :-) Overall I would happily stay there again. It was quiet, the other tenants were very friendly.

Exceeded all expectations! Everything was well staged. I appreciated walking into the warm colors and aesthetics! The fireplace was amazing! Excellent host!

Incredible stay at #19 The Bridge the whole 3rd floor with two comfy family inviting areas to hang out and enjoy, large tv in every space, 4 great bedrooms with new mattress so comfy, luggage holder and greeted with fresh towels in every bedroom and great sound machines, chargers and ceiling fans in each bedroom. Bathroom one with jet tub, shower and bidet, beautiful tile and clean! Kitchen had all the plates, glasses and utensils, pots and pans needed and an awesome coffee station we enjoyed cooking breakfast every morning and then enjoyed at the family table large enough for 10-people if needed and a high chair provided for our grand baby! Rooftop outside table was great for enjoying the gorgeous view of beautiful Old Colony Beach! Short block walk to private Old Colony Beach made for an amazing family vacation! We can’t wait to come back and make this an annual stay. Thank you Peter for making #19 our new vacation spot.

Very nice stay. Appreciated the bedside chargers. Kitchen was smartly stocked, was able to prepare a Thanksgiving meal with amenities provided. Very clean. Stunning views of the ocean. Downside, small bathroom/shower, limited bathroom shelf space/counter.

Location, location, location! Michael’ s place is centrally located to everything we were looking for- sun, sand and seafood. This was our second stay and hopefully not our last! The property has everything we needed for a peaceful, relaxing vacation. I’m so happy we found this listing.
