Small vintage vacation cabin located in Charlestown, RI a 1 mile walk/bike to the town beach. Located on 7 acres called Rockbriar Farm, the cabin is in a wooded setting away from our home affording privacy for guests. One large room includes the futon bed/couch and the one sink; the shower and toilet are in separate room. Cabin also has a cedar enclosed hot water outdoor shower. Clean, cozy but not luxurious! No stove, but coffee maker, microwave, outside grill, and mini fridge.

Rustic cottage on on Little River, a lovely trout stream that swishes around rocks. Great place for kids to play! Lake across the street. Canoe. Woods all around. Very quiet except for hush of river. Nice deck extends almost to the river. Charcoal grill. In all ways cozy and pleasant. Nice for couples, writers, artists, travelers, families, and pets—a place for quiet, peaceful people. About the lake: There's no beach. Access is just a narrow path down to the water.

Cute Little House in Town

Cute little guesthouse steps from bike path. Walk to Main Street or ride bikes to beach. Perfect for two people, but could also work for three with advance notice. There is a queen bed upstairs, and a couch downstairs, there are two fold out cots available upon request. The deck overlooks the huge backyard. The television has a Roku boxes so you can watch Netflix, Amazon Videos, etc. I have a friendly dog named Barney who is often outside on the property.

Spacious, unique barn with beautiful views.

Our barn is in a large field on lot next to our home. Our rental area is upstairs which offers beautiful views of our field and the visiting deer. The eclectic decor is accumulated from years of activism. Our guest room and bathroom are newly renovated. It is a quiet and peaceful area near two state parks. We operate a mail order business in the downstairs area but will not be working while guests are staying with us.

My mom and I were looking for a quiet and affordable place close to the beach. Leah's place turned out to be exactly what we needed. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. There was a beautiful public beach less than a 5 min walk from the place. Leah was quick to respond to our questions and was always helpful. We would love to come back some day!

What a wonderful home-away-from home in South Kingstown! Bill and Pam were fabulous hosts, and I couldn't have felt more at home. I came to Rhode Island for a long weekend of cycling, and this location was ideal for its nearness to a local bike shop, a beautiful local bike trail, and ease of getting to the Narragansett pier and Pt Judith lighthouse. The apartment had everything I needed, check-in was a breeze, and I loved being able to walk around the grounds and the garden. Bill even gave me a welcome phone call, which was such a nice, personal touch. Couldn't write a more rave review for this special place, but I somewhat selfishly don't want everyone to discover it! :)

We had a great weekend at Mitch and Molly's place. The pictures don't really do it justice because it is quite large and very nice. It feels very new or at least recently renovated. The bedroom and living room are both huge, and we found water and seltzer and coffee waiting for us. The host was very friendly both in person and through messages. We had plenty to do between the parks nearby, the beach, and visiting places nearby like Newport. We'd definitely stay again. Thanks for letting us visit!

There space was exactly as described. I particularly loved sitting outside in the porch overlooking the vineyard. It was quiet and lovely. Brian was responded quickly to any question I had and was more than kind. Definitely a great place to say while in Mystic. Close to town but private.
