Fabulous location with wonderful views through large picture windows, surrounded by wildlife (we saw dozens of kangaroos many up close, a dozen emus in nearby fields, loads of ducks, and a blue wren pair who frequented the barbecue area). The villa has a nice gas (one button) fireplace and also split system air conditioning/heating which worked well. The house is in easy walking distance to the main shops but feels very private. The large spa was great as was the bed and the villa was well equipped, comfortable and fashionable. One piece of information is that the bedroom area in this open-plan villa is raised so one goes up two steps (without railings) to get to the bed/bathroom and spa. Theodora responded to messages promptly. We found this a wonderful relaxing experience!

Had a most wonderful stay here - the pictures don't do it justice! The space is absolutely amazing with huge windows looking out into gorgeous bush and the rock formations in the distance. It was peaceful, full of wildlife and an incredibly lovely space to spend a weekend, we definitely wanted to stay longer! Kitchen was well equipped, and had a spacious fridge for lots of people's groceries. We made use of the outdoor dining area which was divine to spend mornings and afternoons, and the living room, though looking small, easily accommodated 5 adults for movie nights 😊 Jane was responsive and graciously allowed us a later check-out, and was there for any questions we had. The only thing that could have slightly been improved was the cleanliness, the bed quilts a bit dirty and the house a bit dusty, but nothing that got in the way of our stay overall.

Perfect spot to stay close to the shops

Alans home was an absolute delight to stay in. He was always very helpful and super responsive with any communication we had. Upon arrival the house exceeded our expectations as soon as we walked in the door. The property is easy to find with plenty of parking and is in a lovely quite neighbourhood with a bush setting. Beds were really comfy, good pillows, plenty of toiletries, shampoo/conditioner.. Great showers/towels and an amazing deep bath in the ensuite. The games room was a real hit, with something to entertain all ages. Big bag of ice in the freezer was a bonus. The back deck was so beautiful to relax in on the evenings. Hammock was very inviting and was used many of times. The price for this beautiful holiday home is exceptional value for money. We searched similar properties on Airbnb in the area and Alans home stood out immediately for its very well priced tariffs in comparison to others of the same size/quality. Family are already planning another stay here soon.

Idyllic surroundings. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was a great base for activities in and around Warrnambool. Would definitely recommend.

Our stay at Adam and Peps was the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in and all 5 of us agreed! It was an absolutely beautiful place with heaps of room, very clean and tidy, and the hot tub and outdoor fire pit was a highlight! The beautiful vineyard and scenery around made us not want to leave to go on the amazing hikes around the Grampians which were all a very close drive away! It was private and extremely good value. Adam was super responsive with any questions and willing to help out with suggestions if needed. We are already planning when we can come back next! Highly recommend!

We had a large group for a getaway for people with disabilities. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend. The place accommodated for people with disabilities. Was great to have a dedicated bathroom. Loved the space, bathrooms, access and area. Lots of undercover space for our van and luggage trailer. Will definitely be back.
