Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Stone Town

Uma and Mohamed were wonderful hosts. They made us feel very much at home, responding to any requests we had. Very flexible in terms of the house rules. The house is beautiful located just by the ocean with a very well maintained pool that we enjoyed everyday. Their team of staff were very friendly and quick at helping. The house is a little secluded therefore provisions for groceries e.t.c should be accounted for by the guest. Otherwise all the basics are provided by the host along with a delicious fruit basket.

An amazing stay in an exceptional villa! The sunset view facing the sea is simply breathtaking, and the villa is even more beautiful in real life than in photo. It is impeccably clean, private and without vis-à-vis, however, you can see fishermen passing in the distance during low tides. The villa is well equipped, with everything you need to cook and prepare delicious juice. The only small detail missing would be a hair dryer, but that doesn't take away from the excellence of the stay. On the other hand, you should know that it is far from everything, no restaurants or shops are within walking distance. A rental car or taxi is a must to get around and enjoy the surroundings. Apart from these small details, everything was perfect, and I would recommend this villa for a peaceful and exotic stay. I would come back there without hesitation. Veronica was very kind. She welcomed our family into her home. We wanted a place close to the airport so fly out the next day. Driving into the neighborhood, we started to get a little worried. It's a few minutes down a dirt road. She was able to give our driver precise directions. Once we got behind the secured gate, we were amazed by the property. We hung up our wet beach clothes outside on the spacious patio and clothesline. The kitchen had all the amenities. A separate dining area, a sitting area with 3 couches and TV, 3 bedrooms(2 with en suite bathrooms then a 3rd bathroom). AC in every room which was a bonus for us coming from not having any for 3 days in Nungwi. Hot water in the baths/showers. I slept on the couch comfortably whilst others enjoyed their private rooms/beds. In the neighborhood, I felt safe enough to walk 10 min to a fruit stand and small grocery to make breakfast. The kids in the area were so sweet. We gave them treats and they were grateful!Thank you!

Really great stay at this apartment, boutique feel and just like the photos. The complex where the property is situated is big but the host is easy to reach via message , phone call and inbox. Cleaner service every couple of days was a bonus. I stayed here with my family and was very happy and safe.

I had a wonderful stay at Riz’s Airbnb apartment in Zanzibar. The space was classic, immaculately clean, and well-maintained. Riz was an excellent host, making the experience even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Zanzibar and look forward to staying here again on my next trip!

Great location.. right in the middle of Stone Town and great for exploring the streets and sites. The accommodation is set over 4 floors with 2 bathrooms on the first and second floor. Lovely clean bed linen and great wifi and A/C. I would definitely recommend to others.
