I offer my guests complimentary parking permits for one car in the surrounding streets, however spaces are limited, toiletries, kitchen basics, linens and super fast broadband.

We are only metres away from the water, The Salutation Inn, local pubs & shops. The Exmouth Walking trail is all outside the front door. Or, just enjoy the free-standing bath or an evening BBQ, with Topsham's many independent little shops a few metres away. Note; has steep stairs.
