We had a great stay! The apartment has everything you need! Debbie is very kind attentive and responsive! We will stay again. Apartment is very clean and cozy. Air conditioner and works really well. Plenty of hot water and very comfortable bed.

This stay had such a homey feel in all the right ways. There were a lot of little amenities that were super nice little touches, like popcorn next to the TV, s'mores ingredients, and dog bed provided. It was such an amazing stay with obvious care and personal touches

What a pleasant experience staying at Stan’s. The location is peaceful and quiet out in the country but still close to both Lodi and Stockton. I held a small gathering of my former high school classmates that i had cleared through Stan previous to my arrival. And everything couldn’t have gone better! it is a wonderful place Stan.

My family and I had an absolutely incredible stay at this Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, it felt like a home away from home. The space was beautifully decorated, spotless, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. But what truly made this experience unforgettable was Rose. She went above and beyond to ensure that we had everything we needed and more. Her attention to detail and hospitality were unmatched. It was clear that she genuinely cares about her guests and their experience. I can’t recommend this place enough! If you’re looking for a perfect airbnb with an amazing host then this is the place to be! Thank you, Rose, for making our stay so special both times!

I was here for almost 2 months and I really enjoyed my time in Tracy. Everything and I mean is near here within just a couple of miles. The place was perfect for me. Laundry, exercise facility and game room, charging for my vehicle, security gate and friendly staff and guests. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

we loved our stay! The house was immaculate, roomy and comfortable! plenty of linens, pots, pans and dishes. The pool was sparkling, too bad we stayed during such a cold time. The bedrooms are comfortable, clean and felt very private. It was AMAZING to have washer and dryer on-site, as we were traveling with children. Ryan was quick to respond to any questions we had and his restaurant suggestions are top notch, he definitely knows what he's talking about. I would stay here again in a heart beat!

We had a great stay. The neighborhood is quiet which made relaxing outside by the pool quite peaceful. The kitchen is great and well stocked, and there was more than enough room for our family. Would recommend for sure.

Vidya was such an awesome host. She responded to all our questions instantly. She provided clear instructions and made sure all house rules were clear and concise. The home was huge and very spacious. The kitchen was perfect for our Thanksgiving gathering. The hot tub was such a nice place to relax. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

This was our second stay, and I have to say still amazing and wonderful and relaxing place to stay! Host (Alex) was amazing and beyond helpful and friendly. Looking forward to our next trip up!

This home was perfect for our group! Every year we book a place large enough for 5-13 people and spend a week together to ring in the new year. This was easily one of the best places we've stayed in! Lots of kitchen supplies, fun activities, clean towels and blankets, amazing instructions and manual made everything super easy, and Jules was incredibly responsive!! Couldn't ask for a better host or a better house!

Art’s place was great, had everything you needed, and as pictured in the photos. The backyard was beautiful and spacious for our 2 pups who enjoyed the space to run around. I appreciate Art’s responsiveness to our questions. If you’re looking for a peaceful stay and have dogs, this is the place for you! Thank you, Art! Johnathan place was fantastic. We booked last minute and Johnathan was able to accommodate my family of 7. The place was clean, plenty of linens, comfortable beds. The back patio was also nice. The kids enjoyed the hot tub while I was out fishing. I did bring my own boat. We did catch largemouth, striper and catfish off the back dock. About 15 mins boat idle speed to fast water for those of you who are planning to bring your own vessel. Would stay again.

This place and the hosts are just amazing! Especially for animal lovers and families with kids this place is just unbelievable. It’s really not just a place to stay but it’s a place where kids and adults can have so many beautiful experiences. For example my kids were able to pet and feed rabbits, chickens, goats (even bottle feeding them!), cats, and pickup fresh eggs. Deanna and Michael also organized additional fun activities like a bunny fort, a scavenger hunt, a fireplace with s’mores. Pool and hot tub were also really nice. Deanna also clearly has an eye for beauty and the house is very nicely furnished and decorated. They also provide all kids friendly things like potty seat, baby cutlery, toys, … The only problem with this place is that I don’t think I’ll be able to enjoy any other Airbnb in the future given how amazing this one was :D sets a bar that cannot be matched :D Seriously, If you’re reading this and not sure whether to book, just book it, you won’t regret :)

This is a real gem of a location and home. Its our fourth time staying and won't be our last!

The home was very clean and comfortable. The outdoor area is very nice. Nhi was very accomodating and very good to work with. It was very private and we felt very safe. Easy drive to restaurants and shopping. We will stay here again when in the area.

Tom and Sarah are very responsive to what I asked. The whole house is very clean we feel comfortable staying. We enjoyed the walking distance to the river and restaurants. I did not notice there is no bathroom upstairs until we stayed, it’s a little inconvenient. However, great experience overall. I like the style of the house, plenty of common areas and enough dining areas and furnitures for everyone to spend time together.

What a beautiful home! The property itself is gorgeous, and the inside was lovely and tasteful as well. The kitchen was fully stocked with every imaginable utensil, serving dish, cooking supply, etc. that you could possibly need. The refrigerator and cabinets were pretty stocked as well, although some items were long past expired and could probably use a little cleanup. Huge formal dining area, great for large groups. Beautiful sun room off the kitchen with wonderful natural light. Very big, comfortable bedrooms for everyone. The only drawback, which I did see mentioned on another review, was the water had a bit of a smell, which in turn made the showers kind of stinky, and the water was yellow when we ran the bath. Just a minor detail; we drank bottled water instead, and enjoyed our stay regardless. All the rooms and living spaces were very clean! Lastly, Katy was a wonderful host. Kind, responsive, and extremely helpful and accommodating. Thank you so much for everything!
