Archipelago villa with a sea plot and stunning sea views out over Erstaviken. The villa is 160 sqm and has three bedrooms, living room and two bathrooms with large natural plot and walk down to the sea where there is a swimming area and jetty. At the jetty there is the possibility to add your own boat. Down by the water, there is also a sauna that you are welcome to rent. The house is close to Stochholm by car, Tyresö castle is at walking distance and by boat you can quickly get to Saltsjöbaden and Dalarö. Let me know if you have any questions

Modern architect design house by the Baltic Sea

Our stunning home was completed in 2013, it is built on a rock overviewing the waterways leading into Stockholm. South aspect with views stretches from east to west. Access to own dock and wood fired sauna by the Baltic Sea. The house has one master bedroom, 2 bedrooms plus a small guesthouse (guest house, bedroom no 4, available summer time only). On the south side of the house there is a massive deck with lounge settings and an open fireplace/BBQ. We are located 30 min from downtown Stockholm.

This house is right at the waters edge. 63 sq meter. Very calm, perfect for a romantic weekend. Light a open fire, take at bath in the hot tub beside the house, listen to the waves and drink a glass wine. Sun-set dining. Dive in the Baltic Sea from the jetty after the hot tub. Several patios in all directions, large heated pool (June-September), hot tub hot all year round ,barbecue, etc. Bathrobe distance to Värmdö's largest beach,with cafe , bakery, food truck, sweets, ice cream, etc . Or go down to the area's own little beach.

Beautiful house and magical neighborhood. Great for all ages. Short ten min walk to the train station to get into Stockholm (peaceful 20 min train ride). We had a car but didn’t need it outside of the trip to and from the airport. Wonderful Mix of nature, parks and swimming in a peaceful neighborhood with access to Stockholm. The house was beautiful and perfect for a family! We will come back and stay here again! The host was amazing!!

Staying at Gustav’s house felt like coming home. It’s warm, comfortable, and has that perfect mix of coziness and understated luxury. From the moment you step inside, you feel at ease. The décor is tasteful, and the house strikes a great balance—plenty of spaces to relax on your own and spots to gather and enjoy time with others. The location is just as lovely. A quick walk takes you to the water’s edge, and heading the other way, you’ll find some beautiful woodlands to explore. Unfortunately, visiting in December meant we couldn’t fully enjoy the outdoor amenities, like the decking or the beach volleyball court, but they looked fantastic. That said, we were more than spoiled indoors with the gym equipment, sauna, pool table, and an amazing kitchen. Gustav was also incredibly responsive and helpful whenever we had questions, which made the stay even better. Our family of five cannot recommend this place enough.

We spent the Christmas holidays with family (2 adults and 3 teenagers) in Hampus' house. The house is very nice and comfortable and the place is particularly relaxing. I would highly recommend it. The space was homely and comfortable, with everything we needed and all mod cons (dishwasher, washer dryer, Xbox etc) which made our stay extra easy and comfortable. We felt right at home the minute we walked through the door. Bjorn was super helpful and responsive, giving us recommendations for where to visit and the best ways to get there. We loved every minute of our stay, the surroundings are stunning, the swimming beach is beautiful, the islands are magical. We can't wait to come back again!

If you are looking for a quiet and cozy accommodation in the middle of nature, but still close to the city, this is the place to be. The cottage offers everything you need for a wonderful stay. The hosts are friendly and helpful and always available for questions. The island can be reached in 10 minutes by boat from the metro. The boats run on time and reliably. The property is on a hill about 5 minutes from the boat dock. The path is hilly, but upstairs you will be rewarded with a beautiful view. You should be good on foot because the luggage and shopping have to go to the island. This did not bother us at all, on the contrary, we enjoyed the peace and nature. The sauna was also a great experience.

We had a wonderful time at Jan's house! The house, the sauna at the ocean and the nature around it were immensely beautiful and Jan was a great host. Since the house is already more than a 100 years old, Jan is in the process of giving it a makeover and this shows, of course. So it was not that clean and there were some open walls or ceilings. For a family with three kids, however, this meant also a bit of relaxing because we didn't had this feeling of "oh, don't touch that..." We would definitely come back.

We had a truly wonderful stay in Gabriella’s home. The location is serene and the views from the house are spectacular. The house itself is perfect, the living room has large windows that provide lots of natural light. The rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. Kitchen has all of the essentials you need to cook, and the barbecue on the porch is a great amenity. Gabriella was proactive and very helpful with local recommendations (beaches, etc.). Also an east trip to and from Stockholm (50min ferry or ~500 SEK taxi). This place is a gem! Would highly recommend to anyone
