Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Steuben County

It was absolutely perfect. We only stayed 2 nights and it was very comfortable and delightful. I put it as very clean and would recommend to anyone who wants cleanliness. Thank you so much for letting us stay... was wonderful

Great hosts. I had a little confusion on which place was the one I rented and I accidentally knocked on the door to their house. They were extremely friendly in showing me to the correct location. The space is a nice, quiet place on Hamilton Lake. If you are looking for an affordable place to rent for a weekend away to do lake activities, this is a great space.

Our stay was peaceful and relaxing ,good price and Brad is excellent host.

Great location! Wonderful lake level deck and fire pit, we had a fire every night!! Beds were super comfortable and we had everything we needed. Highly recommended!!!!

We have stayed at Jonathan's place several times. The location near Trine is perfect. His property has everything we need and he goes above and beyond to communicate with us. I highly recommend all of his properties to anyone staying in the area.

My husband and I loved this stay! It was gorgeous, and had so many touches that made it cozy and enjoyable. I could see all the special touches that would make it perfect for bridal parties, from the steamer and cute hangers to hang dresses on, to the neutral but gorgeous interior with big windows and beautiful tile flooring. Although non of those details were necessary for my husband and I's weekend stay, they deserve to be bragged on! Oh and the property it sits on is gorgeous!!! 10/10, a wonderful stay.

Great house/property for a larger group. Jamie was great with communication leading up to and during stay. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Beautiful home with great views of the lake. Open living room, dining room and kitchen which made it great for cooking and spending time with family. Plenty of beds. Well stocked kitchen with cookware, plates, etc. Enjoyed the ping pong table in garage.

Parking is limited to 4 vehicles. That is probably enough for a family vacation bringing several members in the same car. The large kitchen table makes for a great meeting space for 8-10 people on a business trip. That could mean 8-10 cars. Brandi has contracted with a local home owner to allow additional parking for cars that do not fit at the AirBnB parking. Less than 3 minute walk to additional parking. Very cheap at just $10 per day for unlimited number of cars. The large projection TV 10ft x 7ft display size is great for PowerPoint presentations. It is really a very good business meeting location.
