This apartment is exactly as pictured—cozy, clean, and well-equipped. The location is within walking distance to the ski lift, supermarkets and restaurants. The check-in and check-out process was easy. Gvantsa was kind enough to agree to my request for a couple of extra hours during check-out. Highly recommend for a perfect ski getaway!

We really liked this place. Clean and cozy, located right on the slope. It had everything we needed. Locker room on the lower level where you can leave your gear and take the elevator up. Would love to stay at Magda's again next season :)

Great apartment, sparkling clean, comfortably sleeps 4 with plenty of space. Easy walk to lifts.

The furniture may have some renovation, but this property is cheep comparing to others and has everything you need. Exactly what I expected for that price. Jakub is very polite and let me checked out several hours later which added one more comfortable ski day.

Kakha has been responsive and helpful throughout and before my stay. I enjoyed my time at his well appointed apartment at great location (true ski in ski out block tucked away in a quieter corner for those who treasures it). Kakha has been a very hospitable host and has always ensured that my needs and questions are attended to. I'd recommend his place anyone who's planning a stay at Gudauri.

Stay at Marinas guesthouse was wonderful. The area is very quite and views are outstanding. Place is very clean and comfy. Marina everyday asking is everything fine and she is always ready to answer all questions. If you want work from there, there is fast and stable internet connection ideally for remote work. One little minus for very thin walls so when other guests have little party it might be noisy. But I recommend it for all :)

Probably one of the best AirBnB experiences I've ever had. This is a hidden gem, and seriously worth the money. Walking down the stairs and seeing the valley in front of you with the mountains on both sides is something you'll never get tired of. It really is magical, and a lovely place to just unwind. It's so peaceful, with no other properties in close proximity. You may see a horse or two being ridden by, but apart from that it's just wild horses, goats, cows, incredible birds and total peace. It does get a little bit chilly in the mornings though, so bring some warm clothes! The house itself is spacious, with everything you could need and a good kitchen. Hosts are lovely people too! Thoroughly recommend to all!

Very good location, you can easy hike to the church. The owner was very friendly and also the whole family welcomed us like a part of the family. Very child friendly also, as we were with our 1,5 years old son.

To begin with , We requested late check in and she was graceful to allow us and also requested an early breakfast which can agreed too . Beautiful, well maintained place, peaceful, great views from balcony , helped us with bonfire and was always responsive. I would recommend to stay here and if given a chance, would surely visit again and stay at Nino's place. 5 stars for sure..

I had a very pleasant stay. mgada is a wonderful host, always available and recommending great places. The place is new, clean, and very well-organized. I will definitely return there again.

Good and comfortable apartment. Kirill was easy to communicate and responded very promptly to questions/messages. Check in was easy, although I've arrived one day before planned date Kirill managed to arrange everything within 2 hours before my arrival.

Staying at McKenzie's place was an absolute delight! The space was immaculate, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. McKenzie was a fantastic host, incredibly responsive and accommodating. The location was perfect, just next to ski resort. Lots of indian restaurants nearby and we had a great food experience at nearby Haveli restaurant. Place has a nice balcony with great view. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend McKenzie's place to anyone looking for a wonderful Airbnb experience.
