I had the most incredible stay at this chalet in Gudauri! The location is absolutely perfect—literally just steps from the gondola, making it incredibly convenient for skiing right from the doorstep. The chalet itself is beautifully designed with modern amenities and cozy touches that made it feel like a home away from home. The living room has a stunning view of the mountains, and the large windows let in so much natural light. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals after a day on the slopes. Our host was exceptional—responsive, welcoming, and very helpful with local recommendations. The entire experience was seamless, from check-in to check-out. If you're looking for a ski-in, ski-out experience with a touch of luxury and comfort, this is the place! I can’t wait to return. Highly recommend!

Olga was an amazing hostess!! She was so responsive to all our needs before and during the trip. If we needed anything brought to the apartment, she was so timely to respond, helpful and accommodating. The apartment was super comfortable for our group of five adults and had everything we needed. Ski in ski out convenience was superb. The apartment had lockers on the bottom floor for our ski equipment making it so simple to ski in and ski out :) One of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had!

I have very good and pleasant impressions after staying in the apartment. All the rooms were clean, there are all the necessary things in the apartment. Sophie is very nice person and was ready to help with all the problems that I had and that were not connected with her. There are some tiny things to fix but overall everything was fine!

Fantastic stay at Victor’s place for our family of 5 with 3 young kids on our skiing holiday. The location couldn’t have been better with ski in/ski out, hire shop and Drunk Cherry immediately below and a short ski/walk to the gondola. Local Spar supermarket was also only a 5 minute walk so very handy. We loved the spacious living area, with swing, log fire and projector/tv setup a great bonus. Would 100% recommend to families and groups looking for a high-end, self catered holiday in Gudauri.

We stayed at the apartment with our 3 kids. The apartment is thoughtfully set up for families with games and a separate room for the kids. The apartment is nicely removed from the nightlife at the base of the ski slopes with curtains in the rooms to keep out the light. It’s still really easy to get to the lifts - just a 2-minute walk - and conveniently has 2 ski lockers for your gear. All the restaurants and the Spar are a stone’s throw away so you can eat out or in. Communication with the host was super easy and we were also suggested a car company for transfer from Tbilisi, which makes things easier with kids! We had a wonderful time at the apartment and will definitely return.

We enjoyed our stay at Tea's apartment, it is clean and comfortable. The communication with Tea was easy and smooth. The location is great, close to everything - ski lift, ski rentals, cafes, restaurants, markets. I strongly recommend Tea's apartment.

From the best experience ever , the cottage is great and has double view from rooms and Quad view from downstairs, The area is very safe despite of it quietness , the stairs-is little stiff so better to backwards while stepping down for safety, you can walk few meters to reach the frozen river , zezva’s home is well equipped with everything you need so Don’t worry and go ahead enjoying this experience.

We are 10 skiers from China.I felt very satisfied staying in this villa.The Host was very welcoming.Security devices of the house are checked daily.The house is very well heated.The view from the balcony is also very beautiful.Fully equipped with kitchenware.We finish skiing every day at the house to cook.Very convenient (provided that there are enough ingredients to be prepared) There is not so much food in Gudori.The host arranged the perfect itinerary for us.The driver in Kazbek Tbilisi is also very affordable for the host to arrange for us.The villa is 200 meters away from the snow area and it is very convenient to slide in and out.Overall, this stay was very good. We stayed here for almost a week and we had a great time. The place is very spacious and every couple had their separate rooms. Its great that you also have two bathrooms. The appartment is located next to the gondola, which meant that we were there in a heartbeat. I cannot recommend this place enough to anybody visiting Gudauri.

the listing matches the description. very cozy apartment, clean, warm, you can even say hot, we slept with the window open, although the temperature was -15-20 degrees. everything you need is in the apartment. 5 min to the gondola in ski boots, everything is nearby. thanks to Dacha for his apartment and responsiveness. I recommend this lovely apartment to everyone.

Cozy. Stylish apartment by comparison to many of the other Redco Gudauri apartments in F4, F1 and F2 block. Great bed with lots of extra bedding for the pull out couch. The balcony has a perfect view of the ski hill. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, and there’s a washing machine in the bathroom.

Victor is an excellent and accommodating host, he will do everything you feel at home. His apartment is in Lodge 1 in New Gudauri, close to everything there is a supermarket on the ground floor the main gondola a few minutes away, and there are restaurants and bars around. The apartment is excellent and has everything from a fully equipped kitchen to a washing machine, I had a great time in his apartment and I highly recommend it.
