Rusdani was so enthusiastic and kind. The place is not modern, but it was really warm and welcoming. Rusdani has the ability to make people happy. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to experience the local life of Georgia. It's too bad I couldn't say goodbye because the time didn't work out. By the way, if you have a chance to go to Koreans, you will love it so much if you buy plenty of squash types and give them a gift. It was an unforgettable experience in my life. Also, you don't speak English very well, but if you put the Google Translate app on your phone and download Georgian language, there will be no problems with communication at all. We didn't have dinner because the time didn't work out, but the breakfast was really great. Once again, thank you Rusdani.

Unfortunately, it was only possible to stay at Levani's place and his beautiful mother Tamara for only one day. The house is a few rooms that seem to be isolated from each other, but in the same space. They are original, they have a piece of this family. It would be interesting to come with a large group and check in this house completely. Amenities. Everything is fine, there were no questions. Despite the +8 outside the window and the heating season that has not yet begun, it was warm and cozy to sleep. Breakfast. The location is very convenient. The ski lifts are very close; also there is a very good choice of restaurants and cafes. Besides, quite close there is a skating rink. All the necessary amenities are in the apartment. Last but not least, there is a ski storage in the basement of the building, which is also very convenient.

Perfect apartment for 2-3 people. Close to all the amenities . Good location. Walkable everywhere. Apartment Clean and well maintained. Setup as per photos and description. Host very responsive . Thoroughly recommend (:

extremely happy with my choice excellent location beautiful and super clean studio with all u would need will definitely come back next year and would stay more than this time so I think 6 night was not enough Nee Gudauri is fun olace to be for skiing

Cozy. Stylish apartment by comparison to many of the other Redco Gudauri apartments in F4, F1 and F2 block. Great bed with lots of extra bedding for the pull out couch. The balcony has a perfect view of the ski hill. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, and there’s a washing machine in the bathroom.

Great location right at the center of new Gudauri. 5 minutes walk from the main lift. Close to all the good resturants, ske rent stores and the casino. The apartments is as described and there is a locker for ski equipment.

Apartment is very spacious and perfect for a skiing holiday. Maria has a very helpful friend (Nana) who acts as an excellent host, she arranged taxis so we could head into New Gudauri, helped with any issues we faced and even drove us to the nearest supermarket. You can walk across the courtyard to the slopes and the ski locker is on the ground floor. We had an excellent 5 days there, thank you.
