Wonderful cabin in the mountains for those who appreciate coziness and comfort. Spacious rooms, two bathrooms – ideal for a large family or a group. The kitchen is fully stocked, everything is clean, neat and tastefully decorated. But most importantly – the atmosphere of privacy and stunning views from the windows: mountains, fresh air, silence… A real relaxation for the soul. The only thing is that in the cold season, the temperature in the house depends on the host, so if you like warmer, it is better to discuss this issue in advance. We were helped by a cozy fireplace, which created not only warmth, but also a special mood. Overall, a great place to come back to!

The apartment is comfortable and very suitable for a family looking for a place to stay and travel in the area. Very central and yet quiet location. Lala and her family are lovely and responsive to every need!

We enjoyed our stay at Tea's apartment, it is clean and comfortable. The communication with Tea was easy and smooth. The location is great, close to everything - ski lift, ski rentals, cafes, restaurants, markets. I strongly recommend Tea's apartment.

We stayed here for almost a week and we had a great time. The place is very spacious and every couple had their separate rooms. Its great that you also have two bathrooms. The appartment is located next to the gondola, which meant that we were there in a heartbeat. I cannot recommend this place enough to anybody visiting Gudauri.

Frendly host, clean apartment, near ski lift and restaurants.

We've stayed for several days at the Victor's apartment. Instructions are clear, Victor let us to check-in earlier. When all roads was closed he allowed us to stay for one more day with late check-out. Amaizing host, very responsive.

Nana took amazing care of us. Anything we needed we got straight away and any problem was fixed as quickly as possible. The apartment it self is amazing. Ski in ski out. 20 meter from the slope, great restaurant bottom floor. Would recommend for groups and families. Super fun place to stay.

This place is absolutely perfect. It has all you need in the kitchen and plenty of towels, blankets and toilet paper. The place is clean and warm. We never even used the fire place. The balcony is facing the sun in the afternoon making for the perfect after ski hangout. The place also comes with a ski locker which is downstairs oposite a ski rent inside the building. The host Sofi is also super friendly and arranged our transfer from the airport to the apartment. Definitely recommend this place.
