We had a fantastic stay at this well-designed home in the quiet and peaceful neighborhood of Claremont. The layout was perfect for our family, with spacious and comfortable rooms. Claudia, the host, was incredibly kind, communicative, and proactive, making our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this home and would happily return in the future!

We split this beautiful place 2 with other couple friends and enjoyed the relaxation so much. The views were jaw dropping at sunset over the vineyards.

The place was spacious & well equipped. Both Mauritz & Tania are extremely helpful, very friendly & exceptionally responsive. They have a solution for every request & try to help all the time, they honestly go more than the extra mile to make your stay as good as possible & communicate well.

We had a great time at Mia’s beautiful house. She was really kind showing us around and was always available when needed. It was awesome for our little daughter to play with all the toys of Mia’s kids. Maybe good to know: The house is not in a gated community, but we felt secure due to the nice neighborhood. We can highly recommend staying at Mia’s beautiful place.

I rented the house for my wife, two kids and some friends. We had a very great stay and a good time at the house. Everything was as expected and described by the owners. We had a very good communication with them before and during our stay. They are so lovely and helpful. Restaurants are close, also grocery store and a mall. The beach is just 7 minutes away by car and around 20-35min to downtown depending on traffic. Also once a week the house is cleaned with no extra charge. All together 5 Stars from us! Thank you very much.

Easy check in with Lulu , the house keeper. The place was spacious and beautiful , small kitchen but worked so perfectly, the location is prime with Lanzerac hotel and the mountain trails close by . The house is perfect for a small family or friends wanting to get away.

I had a wonderful stay. Anneen was incredibly friendly, responsive, and accommodating throughout my stay. The self-catering unit had everything I needed for both short and long stays, making it convenient and comfortable. The location is perfect, close to shops and centrally located. Beautiful place to stay, family friendly and in a great area, next to Canal Walk shopping mall. The hosts (Sharon and Colin) is extremely friendly, helpful and understanding. I appreciate them allowing us to use their home for our stay in CPT.

We enjoyed our stay, with the close proximity to the beach and having access on the lower area, allowed the kids to play and be close to the pool which was great. The apartment was clean and well looked after. Everything we needed and security was very helpful. Local Thai restaurant was great too.

The location of the apartment is super beautiful. You have a magnificent view of False Bay. Only steps to the sea. Miles of beach for walking. Very family-friendly. Safe swimming. Quick connection to the most beautiful wine regions of South Africa.
