Family-friendly vacation rentals in Steamboat Springs

Great place to stay, prime location. It was clean and as advertised. Go for it you won’t regret it I was with my wife and 2 kids and it was everything I expected. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars across the board is because I sent a stupid question about WiFi and didn’t get a reply before I figured it out (about 5 minutes.) because it was right there. If that was my place and they were renting it from me I couldn’t do a better job. Great hosts, great location, great place to stay for a family of 4 to 6 depending on age. Couch downstairs is too soft though.

Great townhouse with good shuttle service to and from the mountain. Well appointed unit with good sleeping arrangements. Nice to have lots of bathrooms!

Michael’s place was a solid choice for a ski vacation in Steamboat, and his responsiveness to questions was above and beyond. I would definitely recommend.

Quiet location with genuine ski in/ski out access. Place is very clean and easy access with parking and moving in/out. Cozy ambiance with fireplace, sofa, kitchen island. Great location to stop for lunch mid day!

Such a fabulous place! Plenty of space for our large group and had everything we needed! Very close to the bus stop, hot tub was right behind the house. We loved staying here and would definitely stay again in the future!

Wendy was an amazing and gracious host. She met us at the house and walked us through before check -in. She was super responsive. The home is lovely, well appointed and very comfortable. We had everything we needed for our stay and hope to return again.

Beautiful place, well maintained and updated. Sometimes descriptions exaggerate location, especially in a ski town. The proximity of this place to the resort is legit. So close to the gondola, and two hot tubs right out the front door. If you're skiing, it doesn't get any better than that. The place is spacious and comfortable. The second bed in the guest room is smallish, totally fine for a kid or teen but wouldn't recommend for an adult. But the master bedroom is amazing and the guest queen bed and living room sofa sleeper are very comfortable. Jana was a great host and has clearly spent a lot of time making instructions very clear, both in the app here and inside the condo. I appreciate clear and thoughtful instructions around the space. If you're skiing Steamboat, it doesn't get any better than this, and that's coming from someone who's been booking AirBnBs every year there for spring break for 10 years.

We were 6 adults and 2 babies who stayed here. Before even arriving, the hosts were so responsive and helpful! They communicated with us clearly everything we needed to know and warned us about the poor service on the drive up so to be prepared! once we arrived, the place was very clean and exactly like the pictures. It is walkable to the gondola and nearby restaurants and bars. GREAT LOCATION. The kitchen was very well stocked and had everything we'd need to cook family meals for two nights. The fire place was lovely and the hot tub was 30 seconds away which was also lovely. We loved our 3 nights and would come back again!

Great location, easy walk then ski to the lifts. Place was more spacious than expected and clean. I enjoyed the amenities like the jacuzzi, sauna, and shuttle service. Note: For the shuttle, on the way back we couldn’t find a ride for 15-20 minutes because there were no drivers available. But we called the number on the app and they booked us a shuttle swiftly. Recommend to call right away if you run into this issue.

Cozy, well stocked, and great location! There was a group of 4 adults, and the space was a great size for that, utilizing the pull out couch in the living room, which also has a room divider! The shuttle picks up right outside, or you can make the ~8 minute walk to the slopes. Tons of stuff stocked in the kitchen and extra blankets. Robin & Walker were very responsive and helpful whenever we messaged. We were also able to check in early due to our flight landing a few hours earlier than typical check-in, so we really appreciated that! Would stay again!

The condo at the Bronze Tree was exactly what we were looking for. The rooms were clean and tidy (especially the bathrooms and kitchen. Views of the ski slopes/gondola from each room. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware. Kim was very responsive to me when I had questions about the booking, the city, restaurants, etc, she provided her cell and we corresponded effortlessly. The best part, we were right on the slopes, did a whole vacation with wife and 2 kids and didn’t need a rental car!

The place was just like the photos on the listing. Comfortable for our family of 4 for our long weekend ski vacation. Plenty of room and it was nice to have access to the ski locker for our skis. Kitchen was well stocked to cook breakfast each morning before a full day of skiing. Easy ski out. A little bit of a hike back up a hill at the end of the day to the unit if you choose to ski back. There is shuttle to and from the base but it doesn’t run after 5:30 we figured out. Plenty of parking if you rent a car. We were happy to have a car to head into town each night It was a treat to be slope side.

My family of 6 loved our time at Stacy's place. The house had plenty of space for all of us. The grandparents stayed on the ground level bedroom with bath. The parents and kids stayed in the 3 upstairs bedrooms. We used the kitchen and living space well. We LOVED being able to walk into town to our favorite coffee shops and restaurants. The neighborhood is very peaceful and there is a great view of the Steamboat ski resort.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Jessie's condo. The location was fantastic and it couldn't have been more convienent to catch the bus to/from skiing. Proximity to shopping was also pretty great. We expected to use our car, but literally never even touched it during our 4 night stay. Hot tubs were great and easy to access, and the condo itself was clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed staying in Katie's home on our visit to Steamboat. The location is as good as it gets. We walked or rode bikes down to the restaurants or the core trail every day. The home is well appointed, clean and the outside area was very enjoyable since we visited in the summer. Katie was great throughout the entire time and even left a little welcoming gift for our kids. 5 stars!

Great location close to Steamboat Resort / skiing. The space was great for 4 adults and 4 young kids. The kitchen appliances are updated and clean. The fireplace in the living room was very nice. Sauna was a nice way to unwind after skiing.

The ski bus stop is right across the street, which made it super convenient! The space was well laid out so that everyone in our group could be comfortable. A great spot for a ski trip!

Absolutely amazing location, no driving necessary either going into town or going to the base. Allison was an amazing host who was very responsive and helpful. 10/10 would stay here again.

We had such an excellent time. Great location particularly because some of us skied and some did not. Highly recommend.

The location is excellent as it is a 2 block walk to the lifts. Everything is within walking distance. The unit is very clean and the bathrooms are all recently renovated. Kitchen has all necessary equipment for cooking meals. It is nice that many spices are left by previous families and the unit is not completely stripped clean by the cleaning staff. There is limited parking availability for a second vehicle. We will be back!
