Karl was very prompt in responding to messages and completing request.

Needed a place for my brother to stay while he helped me move to town. Karl was always very responsive to questions and was flexible with a last minute change request. The place is comfortable, clean, and quiet. Exactly what we needed after a 15 hour road trip!

Is stayed here for 3 months while I transitioned from out of state to the local area for a new job. This property was clean, safe, and comfortable. It's a great space for a professional looking for a quiet place to relax after work. The few issues that arose, Karl was always quick to respond and deal with whatever came up. Only minor downside is the property is on a major artery so there is a lot of traffic noise. Even at night, there is constant noise from vehicles and sirens with the hospital near by. Not a deal breaker, but worth noting.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Ed's property, and I can't praise it enough. It was an absolute game-changer for my business trip. From the moment I inquired about the property, the host was extremely responsive and accommodating. They understood the unique needs of business travelers and made the booking process smooth and efficient.

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay at John’s “quaint” home. It was a perfect location in a lovely, safe neighborhood. The home was very comfortable. Beds and bedding were great. It was clean. John was out of town, but he touched base with me frequently to see if we had questions or needed anything. He was very responsive to our questions. Since John and his wife were out of town, we had the entire home to ourselves. It met our needs perfectly. I would definitely stay there again. Thank you, John!

My whole family had a incredible time at this house. It felt just like home for my little niece and nephew. We certainly recommend this place and host. My only recommendation is that the house needs more towels, hangers in closets and more kitchenware in general. Since the house is new, I am sure that will be taken care of in the future. Thanks for allowing us to stay at this beautiful place and feeling at home even though we were away from home!

Tiffany was a kind host and very responsive. I well say I was surprised that the room didn’t have a door, instead closed off by two heavy curtains. You can kind of see it in the pictures, but it wasn’t obvious. Generally, it didn’t bother me and I was fine being there, but it was a sight shock and the cat did push through the curtains a few times to come visit. But on the whole, I was pleased with both how nice the room was and I slept like a rock on that super comfy bed every night. Tiffany even accommodated my request for a hair dryer right away!

Always a pleasure staying at Nicole’s place. Nicole is very helpful, friendly and accommodating. Definitely recommend her place to anybody. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This was my second time staying at Denise’s place, and once again, it was an amazing experience. The room is just as clean, cozy, and comfortable as I remembered, and it truly feels like a home away from home. Denise is such a thoughtful and kind host—she goes out of her way to make sure everything is perfect, and her attention to detail really makes a difference. She’s always quick to respond if I need anything, and her local tips have been super helpful both times I’ve stayed. The location is perfect too—quiet and peaceful but still close to everything. I’m already looking forward to my next visit. Thank you, Denise, for another wonderful stay!

My time in Sonora was fantastic and exceeded my expectations. Candy is warm, communicative, and truly wants her guests to enjoy their stay. I arrived with only a loose itinerary for my weekend, and her suggestions for things to do in the area were all fabulous. The house is situated on a quiet street (virtually no traffic noise), but is only a short (~10 min.) walk to downtown Sonora. Candy's house is beautifully decorated and truly "feels like home," as the listing title says. The guest room is very cozy and comfortable. There is a lovely backyard where I enjoyed sitting and reading a book. I truly cannot recommend Candy enough as a host and and as a person overall. She helped make my weekend wonderful, and I know where I will be staying if I visit the area again. :)
