Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Stanislaus River

LOVE, love, loved this home and location! The river was gorgeous, and the home was comfortable and stocked to the teeth with everything one could need. I have a personal connection to Knight's Ferry and being on the Stanislaus was really special. Cannot wait for warmer weather so we can get in that river! If Carol will have us, we will be back! I had an excellent experience staying at this Airbnb for the past three weeks while on a work assignment. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating throughout my entire stay, which made everything seamless and stress-free. The space itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained—it’s clear why this place consistently receives 5-star reviews. I truly appreciated the thoughtful touches and attention to detail that made it feel like a home away from home. Highly recommended, and I’m so grateful for the opportunity to stay here! Would definitely book again.

Wow, our stay with Deanna and Michael was the most magical Airbnb experience I’ve ever had! They were the most proactive, responsive, thoughtful, friendly, and welcoming hosts. I didn’t realize how much our stay would be a curated experience. Deanna showed us how to feed the baby goats, the chickens, the pig, and the bunnies–which we got to do multiple times! She invited us to collect fresh eggs from the “Chick Inn,” pluck oranges and make fresh orange juice. Michael also set up a fire for us, and they had a pre-prepared s’more kit for us to make s’mores with over the fire. Every detail of each of these experiences was thoughtfully and expertly curated. Deanna also has a tremendous sense of interior design, creating a home that felt instantly homey with personal touches and, at the same time, was spotless and well-furnished—we never wanted for anything. Our day was so peaceful and even healing thst I was quite sad to leave. I miss Hopps Hollow already!

My family and I had a blast! Thanks so much to Luz for making everything so smooth and easy. The place was perfect, with stores nearby and easy highway access. I will be definitely be booking with her again:)

We had a wonderful stay. The ranch & the views are beautiful! Just outside the cottage you will find Daisy the cow, Pricilla the goat, & 2 pot bellied pigs, “I” Lean & Kris P. Bacon. 😊 Daisy & Pricilla will eat out of your hand or the cup provided in the container of corn. The bed was comfortable & the cottage was true to the description. Although, there is a full size refrigerator that wasn’t mentioned. A huge plus! We were here a week & will absolutely return. Thank you, Jim & Shelbi

We just sold our home and transitioning into our new place. Tom and Bugs place was the perfect place for us as we awaited our new place to officially become ours. This mid century home is cute, cozy, comfy and made us feel right at home. The location is great. You can walk to many coffee shops, restaurants and boutiques.

This home was much larger than expected- with three living rooms, all with comfortable furniture, four bedrooms and two bathrooms (one of them huge), it was a massive and comfortable space. We found the beds (especially in the master bedroom) a little on the firm side, but this may be a matter of preference. The kitchen is very well equipped. The home is in a quiet and safe neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay!
