My place is large studio apartment overlooking Driffield Canal is close to the town centre and is good for people visiting area with excellent rail and bus links. Accommodation is good for couples, small families and business travellers. The accommodation comprises of entrance, 5 star hotel shower room with toilet and WC, combined kitchen, lounge and bed area with stairs leading to second bed area. The apartment has high vaulted ceiling with orginal beams and has been completely renovated.

Apart from one grumpy neighbour (who hates Air BnB's) this was a great little stay for a footy weekend. Don't worry we sorted the neighbour out! Nice little flat in a quiet place. Great for the footy ground and the town centre or beach. Chippy and supermarkets close by too.

Lovely ground floor flat in a fantastic location. My teen daughter loved the twin room with tv and colour changing light. Warm and comfortable with all essentials to hand. Would highly recommend and being able to take the dogs was a fantastic bonus. They had a brilliant time. The Indian takeaway a few doors down was outstanding.

The Verdant apartment is a wonderful place to stay. I was in town for a conference, but tend to prefer a bit more space than a hotel. This gave me space to work, prepare my own breakfasts and relax in the evenings. The flat is comfortable and beautifully decorated with a modern feel, and has great facilities and appliances. Its location is perfect (and I recommend The Inn opposite for a terrific pint of Timothy Taylor’s Landlord). Parking in the nearby Jubilee car park is also very convenient. I’ll certainly be back!

Superb City Centre Apartment within the City Walls

Flat was in a perfect location for the city centre, right at the riverside and just a 5 minute walk over the bridge into the city. Inside, the flat was pristine. it looked fairly new built with a lovely modern kitchen and bathroom which were immaculate. Kitchen was well equipped with tea, coffee and milk sachets available. a microwave would have been a good addition. The bedroom was small but had everything we needed for 3 nights stay. The lounge was quite sparse and it would have been good to have a coffee table or nest of tables to put stuff on when you're sitting on the sofa. It wasn't something that would have put us off but would make it a bit more homely. Great communication from the host, always answered right away and instructions on how to enter the flat were easy to follow. I would throughly recommend this city centre accommodation for 2 people.

John is a fantastic host. Very responsive and helpful. The apartment is very well designed and furnished. Family of 4 felt very comfortable for a long weekend. The apartment is in a great location next to a very large green open space, a range of local shops and a steady walk into the town centre. Highly recommend.
