We had a wonderful time at the MandlwandLodge! It combines traditional cabin feeling with modern comfort. We had everything we need and felt right home. The place itself is made with a lot of love to detail and it was a warm welcome. The view form the apartment is amazing because the cabin surrounded by the mountains. You also can start a hike directly from the house. We're looking forward to our next stay at MandlwandLodge!

great place to stay!!! We stayed for 7 days with 6 or for 3 days with 8 adults and dog, there was enough room for everyone. We were over Christmas and the whole house inside and out was extraordinarily great and lovingly decorated, even with Christmas tree for us, the whole family of Nina was very helpful, there were no problems at all! We felt super comfortable! I would recommend the place to anyone at any time! We will be happy to come back.

Stefan was very kind, we could call him any time when we had some problame. He tried to help us solving problames. The appartment has a perfect view for the mountains, it was in a good location. I can only recommend this appartment to everybody

We loved our stay here, as a family of 3, for a long weekend of skiing. The apartment is just the right size, with a breathtaking view. Close to the slopes and several restaurants. A huge bonus are the Spa + pool + kids pool at the Falkensteiner hotel that is connected to the building.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. This is, hands down, one of the most gorgeous, peaceful and uncommon places we have ever stayed. Astrid & Andreas anticipated every possible need, and treated us like friends. We used the sauna, hot and cool tubs every day, and loved grilling on Easter. The fisherie was an amazing bonus, the delivered breakfast delicious, we loved walking along the grounds and the Easter fire was one of the coolest things we’ve ever gotten to do. We are already planning our next visit!

We had a great stay in Joeps place. We booked in very last minute (1 hour before!) and he was very accommodating. The house is very spacious, clean and has toys for kids. The area is beautiful. Our cat was also happy there.

There were six of us in the beautiful wooden vacation home. It is quietly located about 400 meters above the village of Haus in the Enns Valley. To the rear, the house is located on a meadow and the edge of the forest. Hiking trails pass by a few hundred meters away. An enclosure with fallow deer adjoins. The nearest supermarket Billa is about 7 minutes' drive away in the house. The house are beautifully comfortably furnished. There is a fireplace, sauna and hot tub (to heat yourself). All this gave us a lot of pleasure. The place is ideal for those who seek tranquility and like to be in nature. Communication with Mirko was very pleasant, helpful and accommodating. We'll be back. Thank you for everything.

Superb location, easy to find, Gertroud and her husband and very friendly and welcoming also with the two kids. They have a nice dog. Good adventures around, nice cycling routes and playgrounds. Very good place to stay with family

Marius was a wonderful host welcoming us and showing us around the house. He was also very responsive in the communications and always there to offer help and guidance. The view from the house is breathtaking, scenery and absolute peaceful silence. It was just what the doctor ordered for us to rest and recuperate with nature but not lacking any convenience. House itself was very comfortable, roomy and very clean. We visited Altausee and Grundlsee which were quite closeby and highly recommend. On Sundays, there is a self service grocery store in Altausee that we utilized as everything else was closed. We highly recommend Marius' place to anyone visiting the area.

I really enjoyed the accommodation of Natalija and her husband. It is very large and I lacked nothing. I was warmly received and felt comfortable from the beginning. I especially remember the shelties, which are fascinating with their kind and I loved it right away. I highly recommend it and would definitely come back.

This was the 6th year I have been to stay with Renate who is the most friendly and helpful host you could hope for. The apartment is very well appointed and perfect for either a short or longer stay. I have just competed an extended stay for a ski trip. The main Planai gondola is approximately 10 minutes walk with a supermarket located midway on the walk so very convenient. It’s is only a short walk to the main square with bars and restaurants. The apartment is situated overlooking the rivers Enns with a lovely riverside walk. It is a very comfortable apartment with a recently refurbished shower room. The beds are very comfortable and there is a new sofa unit at the dinette. Renate is always looking to improve the apartment and I know she is looking to refurbish the kitchen at some point in the future. I hope to return next year.

Perfect clean accommodation suitable for a stay with a dog. Friendly host, comfortable mattresses and we were also pleased with the dog treats. Perfect location near the mountains. Thank you very much again and highly recommended!

Everything was really great

We arrived with six people for a ski vacation. We liked the house very much; on the sunny side of the valley, with many animals on the farm (dog, cats, calves, cows,...), very nice hosts (we even bought a better cheese grater because we wanted to make cheese spaetzle) and a cozy atmosphere (underfloor heating and lots of wood). We'd go back any time! Next time we would probably bring small bedside lamps for extra coziness :) A special highlight was also the sauna. Warm recommendation.

The apartment fully corresponds to the photos in the listing, it is located on the 3rd floor and grants a superb view of the lake from a side balcony, which can be reached in 2 minutes from the apartment. The arrival was hassle-free and the reception staff very accommodating. The pool and the sun loungers on the jetty can also be used. Overall a great stay, the contact with Eberhard was uncomplicated, he responds immediately to questions

The apartment is simply beautiful and well equipped – it really has everything you need. We felt very comfortable right from the beginning. The view is out of this world! Christiane welcomed us warmly and was always available and helpful if we needed anything. I highly recommend this apartment!

It's a beautiful, secluded place. Although it's a bit far from the city center, it's the perfect place to stay and enjoy the quiet surroundings if you have a car. We didn't have a chance to meet Tanja personally, but her daughter, Franziska, is the sweetest host. She is accommodating and knowledgeable and has excellent recommendations on what to do and where to eat. The apartment itself was spotless, with a great bathroom, a very comfortable bed, and a beautiful view of the swimming pool, which, unfortunately, we didn't have time to enjoy. If we are back in Klagenfurt, this would be our choice. Thank you for making our stay such a wonderful experience!

We were overwhelmed by the warm welcome and hospitality, reception with coffee and delicious cake and then a dip in the pool. We felt like family every day. Wishes were promptly fulfilled, paired with tips and advice for exploration and for physical well-being, which we gratefully accepted. In between, we got lettuce and tomatoes from the garden, as well as home-baked Carinthian Reindling. For goodbye, we had another fun evening with great conversations on the terrace of Ulrike and Christian. By the way, the place was as described. Thanks for 2 unforgettable weeks.

Michael is a super responsive and helpful host, the accommodation fully reflected the description and the lake view was superb, I think we'll be back. Also for those who love skiing it is very close to the cable car and a 5-minute walk there is a skating rink and a nature reserve for those who love bird watching with beautiful specimens. The only suggestion I would like to give to Michael is about the bedroom doors that are made of transparent glass and are not the best for privacy, maybe a nice shutter could help. Anyway, thanks for everything and see you soon.

Pleasant and well-equipped apartment in the suburbs of Bad Mitterndorf. All perfect. The only shame was that the swimming pool offered was closed for technical reasons - but that was out of the host's control.
