We had a very nice week in Bettina's house. The views from the terrace are phenomenal! The beds are extraordinarily comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with everything. There were more than enough towels available. We can imagine coming back. It's certainly enchanting in every season!🤩

Christoph's place is beautiful. The house is very secluded and thus you have your peace and quiet. You can hike and enjoy the nature. The beautiful house offers you everything. From sauna to fireplace. The view is a dream. Communication with Christoph was very kind and uncomplicated. I can only recommend it.

Chalet in the mountain, quiet away from the crowds of cities with a great view to the mountains and valley. Very welcoming and responsive hosts, drinks and chocolates were waiting for us:-) Clean and very well-equipped accommodation:-).

We enjoyed our stay very much! Great location and very nice for hiking. We were 4 adults and 4 children. They had a lot of fun and fell in love with the mountains.

The "Bear Cave" fully met our expectations. It's even bigger than you might think in the pictures. It was pleasant that due to the small windows it was pleasantly cool inside at the high outside temperatures. The converted barn is located in Unterdöbernitzen, right near a river. We did not find the through traffic of agricultural machines to be disruptive - that's part of it. The furnishings are clean and completely sufficient for a relaxed two-week family vacation. However, there is no oven for rolls or pizza. When the weather is nice, you can also sit outside in the shade. The area is wonderfully suitable for hiking and relaxing, host Sven helped us out with some tips for exploring the mountains. Gastronomy, supermarket and gas station can be found nearby, but not within walking distance. A beautiful area and the right place to stay. What else could you ask for? Unreservedly recommended.

Absolutelly fantastic. You can have a grill party in front of the cottage, the nearest house is about 1 km away. Absolutelly beautifull nature with view on Grimming. You can use wood in Haus. Very silent at night, if you are overloaded at work, highly recommend to stay here at least for couple of days.

A wonderful spot on earth and a great place to stay. I felt very comfortable in the chalet. Definitely on my list: I can go on vacation again.

I recently stayed at this incredible house with my family of 13 for six nights, and it exceeded our expectations in every way. The property is even more stunning in person than in the photos, with spacious, beautifully decorated rooms and all the amenities we could have hoped for. The host was exceptionally friendly and responsive, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended for any large group looking for a comfortable and memorable stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed an extended family holiday in the beautiful surroundings of Muhlbach. Iris's chalet was convenient to the town, cable cars and many hiking trails. There was a bakery and Spar within walking distance with everything we needed for our 2 week stay. The chalet was very well appointed with excellent cooking facilities, a very efficient electric BBQ and excellent laundry facilities. The chalet felt spacious and the outdoor terrace was welcome on the warm evenings. Finally, Iris and Snejana were very approachable and responded immediately to any queries we had. They made us feel very welcome in the chalet and ensured we had a wonderful holiday in Austria.

Last minute find- deeper home. The roads outside can be loud but that’s just the benefit of being so close to amenities like grocery. Well worth it. Super nice hosts!!

From the moment we arrived, our host Christian made us feel incredibly welcome. His dedication to ensuring our stay was perfect was evident in every interaction. We brought along our young baby and two dogs, and Christian went out of his way to make sure all our needs were met, proving that nothing was too much trouble. The accommodation itself is simply stunning. It offers breathtaking views, serene atmosphere and additional amenities, such as the spa and wellness facilities. The interior is tastefully decorated - every detail has been thoughtfully considered to provide maximum comfort and luxury. We are already looking forward to our next stay and highly recommend this outstanding destination to anyone seeking an unforgettable experience. I just came back from a great vacation in Austria I been lucky with choosing the house , first the owner is very nice and helpful as well, he 's really great '"any help any time"' , the house is very nice with wonderful view and the location is very close to highway A10 , its close to main interest, not far about 600 m a supermarket I REALLY RECOMEND.

We had a Looking for accommodation with the whole family (6 adults, 4 infants, 2 dogs) and ended up in Chalet Franzi by accident - we had a wonderful stay. The kids loved the garden, the free entrance to the pool was an extra highlight. There was enough room for everyone and we adults could sit comfortably together in the evening. The furnishings of Chalet Franzi are really nice and functional (the beds are super comfortable). We will be happy to come back!

The cottage was easily accessible. Check-in and check-out are very straightforward. Unfortunately we had very bad weather, but when we entered the house it was nice and warm and very comfortable. That is why we enjoyed staying indoors and enjoyed our time there. Each room had its own bathroom with toilet, which is really great. Overall, we had a great stay. Absolutely recommended.

The contact with and the reception of Michaela & family was super nice, I was in good hands and felt comfortable right away. The chalet is beautiful and well furnished, extremely well equipped and everything was very clean. A feel-good place, rainy days can be well endured. The bathing bay is perfect for the beautiful days, long walks along the river and countless outdoor activities can be found around the area. A perfect stay!

We were there for the AirPower event. Unfortunately a little longer away by car, but ideal for overnight and sleeping. Everything is available, some things could be modernized, but that doesn't detract from the feel-good factor.
