Vacation rentals with a fire pit in St. Tammany Parish

The property was so nice and perfect for our family! We loved the quiet neighborhood and the short walk to restaurants, the market, and the library. The house was charming and cozy, and our host left us a delicious cake. So thoughtful and welcoming, with everything we could have needed for our stay.

This place was so beautiful. We fished most of the time. Everything was very clean. Bed was comfy! The first place I’ve stayed with a Bidet! Lol A/C works well. Our dogs loved running around and being able to hang out on the porch was lovely! We loved it! Host was very responsive and friendly. 5 stars.

Nick was very responsive, friendly and accommodating. The home was cozy and clean. The property and bayou scenery was peaceful.

Needed a house in this area and it fit our needs perfect. Quiet and nothing fancy but clean with comfy beds and that's the most important thing. Would stay again for sure. TK

Nine members of my family were in town for a family wedding and found the perfect place for all of us to stay. Fishing, picking satsumas and a large table for all of us to play card games. Not to mention the vintage Kiss pinball machine and all the amazing artwork by the owner. Amazing!!! We had a blast in this private oasis. Thank you.

Third time I’ve stayed at Lindsay’s place. It’s private, comfortable, at a great location with beautiful surroundings. Always nice to be back.

Place was spotless. Deborah was really helpful before check-in. She had some local snacks prepared which was extremely thoughtful of her. The place was clean and accurately depicted based on the listing pics. The city is far from New Orleans but that’s the beauty of the place - to have a little and cozy town getaway. Highly recommend.

Great little house for my husband, 1 year old and I. Very quiet, easy to locate and close enough to Folsom. Our baby enjoyed crawling around in the enclosed porch in the morning while my husband and I had our coffee.

This is the second time we have stayed here. Has everything you need, very clean and beautiful surrounding! Walked the trails, played cornhole and enjoyed the deck overlooking the river! We will be back - again!! Love it!

This cabin is awesome clean quiet with fast internet. It’s the perfect get away and way nicer than any hotel within 50 miles. It’s by far the nicest fish camp I’ve ever stayed at. Very simple nothing over the top just a nice place to stay. I’ll definitely be staying here again if it doesn’t stay booked up. Host are very friendly as well.

We had an absolutely wonderful time at this beautiful cabin! It was warm, homey, had a very comfortable bed and couch. We had plenty of beautiful sights to go see around the cabin within walking distance. Our pup really enjoyed getting to meet Beau and play with him. David was a wonderful host and made sure we were satisfied with our stay and asked if we needed anything at all. I appreciate a host that goes above and beyond with checking on their guests. We will absolutely stay here next time for our next event in this area!

Peaceful and private. When you drive up and spot the little red farm house in the distance you feel a sense of peace set in. If it’s swinging on the porch swing watching the sun come up or it’s having a wonderful fire roasting marshmallows you will know that this place is perfect. It was the best place for our thanksgiving trip and will hopefully be an annual stay. The space was clean and had everything we needed. When you stay here you will not want to leave. Just don’t go for thanksgiving 😉

We were looking for a place to hide away for a few days and this cabin couldn’t have been more ideal. We loved the solitude and the cabin itself was charming. We were so excited to use the kayaks and had a great time on the water. We were also impressed with the starter log left in the fire pit and the charcoal on the pit. The bed was so amazing we didn’t really want to get up in the morning! We are looking forward to the next time we can stay here. Great hosts!

A Magical Getaway - Highly recommend! My stay at the cozy cottage was enchanting. The home was clean, well-appointed, and thoughtfully designed, with a surprising metropolitan flair that contrasted beautifully with the surrounding 20 acres of serene nature. The property offered peaceful seclusion and a picturesque walk to the water’s edge—perfect for quiet reflection or enjoying the moonlit beauty.

if you like camping, but you want running water a toilet and a shower and a comfortable bed. This is a place for you. You’re still going to be bothered by your regular pest that you would have outside but not nearly as much and there is Internet, but it’s out in the country so I hope you would enjoy the surroundings instead of trying to be online!

We very much enjoyed our stay. It was a hideaway in the woods with modern amenities and easy access to roads. Access was important for our intended visit with family and friends. Seafood and beaches were available less than hour away in MS and restaurants of all varieties can be found along the North shore cities.
