Vacation rentals with a patio in St. Joseph Island

Alan was an incredible host! His description of the inside of the house and how to get there was so helpful! I was initially nervous when I mapped out the location, but don't let that fool you! The space was perfect for our family of 6. The house was clean and had everything we could have needed! Would definitely stay again!

Would definitely come back to Hunter's place! I stayed for three nights with my two dogs as we traveled from Calgary to Montreal. Hunter's place is very clean and spacious, the bed was very comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. Hunter and Stephen are among the best hosts I have rented from. They were so friendly, helpful with local information and made me and my dogs feel so welcome. Great museums, restaurants, shops and trails within walking distance to the property. The property looked just like the photos and had all amenities listed; the off street parking and washer & dryer were much appreciated and convenient. I highly recommend Hunter's place.

The apartment itself was very clean and comfortable. It’s located in a really convenient area for walking to some restaurants and shops. The neighborhood is interesting; definitely do not leave valuables in your car. Overall I’d highly recommend this stay. It’s a short drive to some really beautiful hikes and beaches, which were the true highlight of the trip for me

The house immediately upon walking in the door is friendly and homey feel. Notebook in kitchen was professionally organized with your TV lineup, restaurant menus, maps and flyers of local places to visit and more. The inside of the apartment is not what you would expect it to be. It was like visiting a person’s home with a warm sense of feel and safety. I’d been traveling for a few months and when I walked into this apartment I was so grateful for that down home feeling of warmth and safety that I so needed. Thank you Alan for such a wonderful experience.

Absolutely great place. Perfect for an up north getaway. We had 2 families and we all fit perfectly. We loved it!

My family and I had a wonderful Thanksgiving long weekend here. The lake, sunset, starry sky, bonfire, and fireplace created an incredibly peaceful atmosphere. We relaxed in the hot tub, gazing at the stars, and after a sauna session, enjoyed a restful sleep. Even though it's far from the city, the Starlink internet was fast, so there was no inconvenience at all. The facilities are also fully equipped. Highly recommended!

This was a perfect place for my husband and I to spend some time writing, cooking, and sight-seeing. Everything was clean, tidy, and well-stocked. Thanks for a great place to unwind for a few days!

10/10 - I hope to be staying here anytime I visit Sault Ste. marie! Beautiful home in a safe location; house was as described and more! Had all of the little things you forget to pack (like tupperware or a hairdryer)! The host was also extremely responsive, helpful and so caring!

Comfy home, lovely hosts were friendly and helpful, great dog walking area in neighbourhood near house, have stayed quite a few times and would stay again ! Highly recommend the host and home
