Vacation rentals in St. James Township

This cabin was so much more than we expected. We tend to stay in cabins when we go on vacation, and in particular log cabins. This was the cleanest, most spotless cabin we've ever stayed in. The cabin was bright and extremely cozy. The couch was very comfortable - the perfect way to spend an evening watching Netflix after a full day's worth of outdoor activities. So many small touches and amenities - too many to note. We would absolutely visit again with our doggie who had a great time too!

very friendly host! Anna was messaging me far in advance if the stay. she provided a helpful warning of the apple festival downtown that disrupted traffic. She offered local tips on things to do and was helpful overall. nice place for a family to stay with young kids.

This was an awesome trip. The house was so clean, we didn't even have to wipe down a countertop! Everything is as described in the pictures! Gregory answered any questions we had so promptly. The location was wonderful, we set out by the firepit each evening and watched barges across the street go down the water way. The house was equipped with everything we needed, the drawers were labeled, very easy to find whatever you needed. The location was perfect, restaurants and breweries were close and the local fish, walleye and whitefish were excellent. Mackinac Island Ferry in St Ignace was very close and the Island is so worth the trip. We did the Carriage House Island tour, I strongly recommend this tour when visiting the island! Sault Sue Marie was just an hour away, we did the Soo Lock Tour it was very informational. We had an added extra, Canada was having an Air Show and we were able to enjoy the Snowbird's show!

Mark and Mary’s cottage was perfect for our family getaway. It’s perfectly located in close proximity to Bay Harbor, Petoskey, and Harbor springs with no shortage of things to see and do. The property itself is great for families with the lake access and we were pleasantly surprised with a very nice sized dog enclosure! We would highly recommend visiting their place and will likely be back ourselves!

We absolutely loved our stay at Riverhead Rentals. We had family up from Texas and wanted them to experience a quaint Michigan lake town. The house was close to everything in Boyne City and being walkable was just perfect. The house itself was spotless and tastefully decorated, with the perfect kitchen for entertaining. We enjoyed time out on the deck and playing games that came with the house. We had the good fortune of meeting the owners, Michelle and Chris, and they are as lovely as their home! We will definitely return and book this lovely home again.

We stayed at Penny Cottage for spring break with my 2 and 4 year old. It was perfect. Lots of toys/games for the kids, which they loved. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen is beautiful and has everything we needed for cooking light meals. Although it was cold and snowy while we were there, is it located close to the beach and downtown so in warmer months it would be easily walkable to both!

We loved our stay at Lani's place! The location was perfect and the place had everything we needed. I also really loved the bed (I wasn't too hot) and usually have a hard time with beds at other Airbnbs I've stayed in. Also, while the place didn't have wifi we still had great service on our phones (which have Verizon service). If we come back to the area, we'd LOVE to stay here again.
