Large house in a quiet location , ideal for family gathering . Kitchen was well equipped which made catering easy . No camp cot or high chair but we bought our own . Thankyou

My son and his family stayed at Andrew’s property while they were visiting us from Australia. It is a fabulous property. Clean, comfortable and, with the log burner going, very cosy. Very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Very comfy beds and the little ones loved the bunk beds. Lots of little extras including books, games, logs for the fire and even a BBQ. Ideally situated with shops, cafes and the local market all within walking distance. The railway station is nearby and and the M6 less than 5 minutes drive. Andrew responded to a couple of minor queries almost immediately. Absolutely no hesitation in recommending and would definitely use again.

Great stay at 'The Trio House' - it's beautifully decorated and had everything you need in a home-from-home. It was an easy 20min walk into the centre of Chester. The parking at the house is also very convenient. Would definitely stay again next time I visit Chester.

Great house for extended family gathering. Quiet location with easy access to the city and nearby parks and cafes (& the fabulous Lark St) Ample street parking. House stylishly decorated and stocked with tea/proper coffee and everything required in a working kitchen. Very pleasant outdoor courtyard area perfect for morning coffee in the sun! (& there was sun!!)

Had a great stay whilst visiting family, a short walk away from the train station and check in was straight forward. Gemma was friendly, responsive and really helpful when changing my dates last minute. The house was clean, comfortable and warm. Would recommend this place 100%🥰

All was perfect for our family stay. An important part was our beloved dogs were welcome. With the rear garden dog safe we were able to keep the back door open and the dogs were free to exit at anytime. Responsible dog owners we only thought it correct to restrict them to the kitchen / dinner where the family focus was maintained. We add that the detail to all being pristine and clean by our hosts was present in all parts of the house… the welcome package was also another important practical touch that was much appreciated. We had a lovely weekend away at A’s place. The house was easy to find, had good and private parking and was very spacious (bigger than it looks on the photos!). The beds were really comfortable and the living room was super cosy. The kitchen was also great and had every item you would need for self catering. The cleanliness of some of the glasses, plates and pans was not 100% and we did need to hand-wash a few items - I think this could be due to the dishwasher. The pool was great, we visited in January in the snow and were able to swim every day. A was super friendly and informative at check-in and gave us some local recommendations. Thanks for having us!! :)

The cottage was beautiful and really cosy. The area was really quiet, but really close to pubs and a shop (walking distance). We really enjoyed in the jacuzzi, nice warm and we managed to enjoy the swimming pool too. Russell was really responsive to all of your queries.

I would definitely revisit Jess’s place again. The location is conveniently situated just outside the bustling center, with several bus stops nearby that make it easy to reach the Trafford Center for shopping, as well as visit the iconic Manchester Football Stadium. I had a fantastic time relaxing in the evening by the cozy fire, which created the perfect atmosphere for our mini date night in the flat. The space was incredibly peaceful, allowing us to unwind and enjoy each other's company without distraction. Additionally, there are plenty of local shops and charming urban cafes within walking distance, making it a great spot for grabbing a coffee or exploring unique finds. Overall, the combination of comfort, accessibility, and a vibrant neighborhood makes it a wonderful place to stay.

Absolutely beautiful home - rooms and outside space was so much bigger than we expected! We stayed for a hen party, and the space was exactly what we needed. Host responded very quickly and even popped in when we needed some extra bits. Pool was a lovely touch, easy to use and warm enough for a late dip even on a cold April evening! Thank you!

We had a great stay at Jodie and Paul's place. I'm on chemotherapy at the moment so cleanliness and infection is a key concern but The Cottage was spotless and had everything we needed. Paul was also very understanding when he gave us a knock to say hello on our last night and was woofed at very loudly by our anxious dog! hightly recommend this place if you want to stay in Southport or the surrounding area.

Joanne and Neil’s place felt like a home from home. The space was completely clean but very thoughtfully stocked with books and other homely bits as well as tea, coffee and toiletries. They even provided bottled water and fresh milk which was a lovely touch. They were so friendly and flexible with us and we couldn’t be more grateful. We would stay again in a heartbeat!

Good little city apartment, well positioned and everything you want. Getting in was a bit of a pain as the key wasn’t on site, and only one key provided. Was a little pricy compared to hotels next door but ideal for us with a little one being able to put them to bed and not be stuck in the room with them!

Beautiful lodge - perfect for a couple of nights away with our 1 year old. Deborah was a great host - she provided a high chair for us for the stay which was much appreciated, along with lots of lovely touches (like milk, wine and beer). She provided local recommendations before we arrived and checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. would definitely recommend for a getaway.

Very quiet and peaceful location. Well appointed flat, cosy and easy to find. Corinne was proactive in providing check in details and making sure all was OK. The fresh milk and tea coffee were much appreciated on arrival due to December weather. Great transport links into the city by bus or train. The nearby Mersey waterside is impressive and only a short walk away. Would definitely return.

Absolutely beautiful little cabin in a lovely setting, the hot tub was great and the amenities were perfect.
