The house was in a nice clean and quiet neighborhood. the house itself was super cute and felt calm when we got there after a busy day. nice retreat.

Ebony was a great host! This house is a rare find. A little bit of peace AND a small pool?! Get outta here! Arrival was easy peasy. We had a packed trip with a long drive at either end, so we didn't chat much. We had a great stay and would definitely come back if we're in the area again!

Great location to where you want to be!! We cannot wait to bring the family to witness New Orleans great hospitality!! We took tours and did all things tourist! Much needed break! Thanks so much!

Great home just as pictured. Nice quiet neighborhood. Close to attractions and restaurants. About 15-20 minutes drive to French quarter with traffic.

Bradley’s place was very accommodating. The two bunk beds feature for a group of kids or young teenagers was great. The location is very accessible although located on major road, but many stores to walk and get food and etc. the back yard is nicely set up for outdoor gatherings.

Our stay at this beautiful home was simply incredible. The host was EXTREMELY welcoming! So many snacks and nice accommodations to make us feel warm, cozy, welcomed and right at home! One of the most spacious places we’ve ever stayed and the master comes equipped with anything you could think of. Highly recommend this place above any other place you’d ever stay in NOLA. We will continue to book this property! Thank you

The house was immaculate, gorgeous, comfortable, and exactly as advertised. I would 100/10 recommend. The kicker, though, was the incredibly sweet and helpful host. Roxane offered several tips for the trip, was incredibly responsive to all messages, and went well above and beyond to ensure our vacation was as pleasant as possible. My friends and I who stayed at Roxane’s ABnB are all highly grateful for our experience there, and cannot speak highly enough of the house or host. I feel that anyone who stays there will be more than satisfied with the experience. They will be ecstatic!

Don’t miss out on this amazing house! It’s the perfect spot for a weekend getaway with friends, family, or a special group. From the moment you step inside, the inviting scent fills the air. The game room is incredible, a true highlight! I traveled with my mother-in-law and kids, and we spent the day exploring New Orleans, then relaxed at night watching movies in the living room and playing games in the game room — pure nostalgia. We sat outside in the seating area which was so relaxing. The hosts were wonderful — so friendly and responsive. They even gave us a heads-up about a parade, so we could plan our day accordingly. The house was spotless, with every detail taken care of, from slippers to robes. My kids didn’t want to leave, and we’re already planning to stay here our next stay. This has definitely been our favorite home and overall experience. Thank you both for making our trip unforgettable!

This was easily the best Airbnb me and my family have ever stayed it. It's around 40 mins from th city of New Orleans with peaceful surroundings right off the lake. Nice and quiet area and the house is beautiful. This was our first time staying at a lake house and it was everything we imagined it would be. The hosts were also very friendly and accommodating. Will most likely book again in the future.

We just stayed there for a couple nights. It was clean and an easy drive from MSY. Perfect for our trip

We loved our stay at Pelican Pier! Everything on the property was as beautiful as the pictures, all amenities were exactly as outlined, and there were many thoughtful touches offered by the host to encourage maximum enjoyment of the waterfront property. We have 4 boys (ages 8-14) and they loved the dock. We caught crabs, went fishing, and played on the small sand beach. It was too cold and windy to kayak but it was very tempting. The house has just enough common space and very nice bedroom arrangements for a family. Bringing an extra adult couple would have also worked. The house is not in a populated area - which we felt was part of the appeal! Slidell is close enough for quick trips. Downtown New Orleans is a 45 min drive but reasonable for day trips. We would definitely consider this property again if going to NOLA again.

Kevin the house manager was outstanding. He assisted with bags upon arrival and departure. Very hospitable and friendly. I will definitely look for future dates to return to Louisiana to stay at this house. The home was very spacious and perfect for my birthday vacation

There were a few issues that came up with appliances. The fridge didn't make ice, and the water flow was very slow. The coffee maker carafe had a leak and you made sure to poor over the sink to avoid the drips. Had a towel rack that fell off when you touched it. And a few other little issues. Also there were really good things: like children's life jackets were available for safety, views both front and rear were wonderful, the beds were vey comfortable. But David and Dinah were both extremely nice. Very responsive. Both of them a delight to and talk too. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.
