Pet-friendly vacation rentals in St Ann's, Nottingham

I stayed here for a weekend reunion with friends. Overall this was a lovely place to stay for us all with plenty of room for all of us to relax and catch up. Christmas decorations had been put out, which was a lovely touch. It felt warm and welcoming, comfortable and clean. The restaurant Pesto at the Peacock nearby was lovely and a 30 second walk. The only thing that detracted was the kitchen wasn’t brilliantly well equipped (no wooden spoons or spatulas) and the 3 pans were all scratched on the inside, needing replacing. Otherwise it was a lovely stay and would recommend it.

It was my second stay at the property, and newly furnished since the last stay. Every was as good if not better than last time. Kaine and Jen are great hosts.

so wonderful to have a base so close to my parents. and where I was very comfortable. A massive bonus was to have no worries about having my pets there too. Being virtually next door to a great pub was terrific.

Lynley was very responsive , he was able to support our request for an early check in and additional bed linen. Nothing was too much trouble. Our team enjoyed their stay, the house was of high standard , super comfy beds, well equipped kitchen. We would recommend this house to all

This is a really nice property for the amount paid. It's a home-from-home at chain hotel prices. Basically, if you need a large house in this area, this is the one to go for. It has parking for two cars, key safe access, more beds than you could ever need, a comfy lounge, and an amazingly usable kitchen and dining room.

Our family catch-up of three generations was wonderful at this beautiful and tranquil Coach house. The hosts were away but couldn’t do enough for us. The use of the pool, sauna and tennis court was incredible. Walking the stunning grounds and being able to walk into the forest was another plus. So many lovely treats were left for us, I think this is the best place we have stayed at, 100% perfect!

We had an incredible family weekend with two young children. The house is absolutely beautiful, with a warm and inviting atmosphere that made it feel like home. The kitchen was the heart of the house for us, fully equipped with everything we needed. The unique charm of the house was a delightful touch, and the kids had a blast exploring both indoors and out. Marcus, the host, went above and beyond—he even came out to find us when we had trouble locating the entrance. He gave us a comprehensive tour and made sure we knew how everything worked. The pool area was wonderfully private, and the hot tub was a lovely addition. The rooms were very comfortable, with stunning furniture and textiles. The grounds were breathtaking, providing the perfect setting for al fresco dining in a peaceful and glorious environment. Shame we hadn't planned a longer stay.

We had a great stay - the house is peaceful, quiet, clean, and especially cosy with the woodburner on! Richard and Jo were excellent hosts, very friendly and accommodating, and offered great advice on places to visit nearby with our two small children. We all slept amazingly well (very unusual with a 1 and 3 year old); the beds were comfy and it was so quiet. The house is well set up for visiting with toddlers - there are toys, books, stair gates etc. and the large garden is great to let them run around in. We would absolutely return, especially in the summer to really make use of the beautiful garden.

Just what I needed: somewhere to stay after a family event, but just too late, tired, dark & windy to drive home. The studio was very clean & tidy. Had a slight problem with the door, Cara responded very quickly with a solution & got it professionally fixed the next day, so no problems. Dedicated parking for the studio & able to re-cycle my rubbish. Will stay again if my family have ano get-together in that area, thank you.

Easily the best cottage we've stayed in , Annette was very helpful from the start helping me out with my booking as I'm not that tech savvy, and was spot on with communication. The cottage itself was more than perfect,even though the pictures and description are exactly as it is the description and pictures do it now justice at all as it's so much nicer, the cottage had everything you could need and more, Annette has went beyond what she needs to provide in her cottage by a mile! next time we are visiting family down that way Annette's cottage will be the first place we try and book. This was perfect for us and Freddie our dog. Private and cosy. Nice and warm. Loved the pictures and pottery and rustic feel. Stunning views. Beautiful farm house.

Great stay at Sarah’s. Felt like home from home and will definitely be using again

Great little appartment with a powerful shower and comfortable bed. The place had a little fridge, coffee and tea making facilities. Located near multiple parks and lakes, 20 min walk to the town, 5 min walk to various eating and shopping outlets. We will be back!

Louise was very responsive to questions and accommodating to requests. we went for an event at Donnington track and her place is perfectly situated for it which is a high point for it as its walkable in less than 15 mins across the field. the property is well equipped and comfy with everything you need. there are plenty of places to eat nearby in Castle Donington so perfect for a little getaway.

Fabulous coach house with lots of heritage and immaculately presented and furnished. Gardens done so well. Elaine was beyond helpful. Really surprised by how beautiful the village of Shardlow was and especially enjoyed the local Cafe Florentines.

Stayed for two nights in October with my dog. A welcoming, cozy and clean property, everything was well maintained and kept inside and out. Ideal location and in a quiet area.
