Family-friendly vacation rentals in Squamish

Our host was great to deal with and very helpful, the house gorgeous, heated floors and nice finishes, was both clean and comfortable and had basically everything you need. Heated garage was awesome to have to leave our ski/snowboard equipment, hot tub helped the sore legs from long days on the mountain. Gas fire pit on the balcony was perfect for a small apres-ski with our crew. The ski out location was maybe a one minute walk down the road which led to creekside gondola. Ski in was a bit longer walk, maybe 5 minutes but still very reasonable. Approx $25 uber or cab to whistler village was also reasonable. I look forward to booking this house again!

This was the perfect place to celebrate a milestone birthday weekend with friends. Beautiful surroundings and we walked to the village for dinner. Everyone had a comfortable room with their own bathroom, so many little details were well thought out, the kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed the take and replace drinks and thoughtful bottle of wine. Jacqueline was lovely, so helpful and hospitable I felt like it really mattered to her that we had a great experience. We felt comfortable and at home.

The house was absolutely perfect for a ski week for our family of four. The house was exactly as described and had every amenity we needed for a great trip. The location was private, and within steps of Whistler Village and all the mountain had to offer. Would highly recommend!

Colleen’s place was exactly as advertised, the place was clean and well stocked, the hot tub was big with crystal clear clean water, and was in a very private location compared to many of the other hot tubs around the complex that are right out in the open for all to see. I would definitely stay here again.

Easily the best-stocked kitchen I've ever seen in a rental unit. Great hot tub with an amazing view from the balcony. Walk 50 yards to the ski-in trail location. Nice private drive that's only for the few units on that street, so very little traffic outside. I have nothing bad to say about this place or the owners. Hands-down one of the best Airbnb's I've ever stayed in. If I ever come to Whistler again I hope this place is available, because I would definitely rent it again.

We really enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend. Though I wouldn't consider it ski-in as it was quite a walk from the lifts (unless there's a run we didn't know about) it was perfect distance from the Village and had everything we needed to feel at home. Maibel was a top notch host whose friendliness and responsiveness made our experience that much better. My only tip for others is don't count on using the pull out couch (we could feel the springs through the mattress and much preferred the couch cushions).

Great place and location for winter or summer! Ski/in out and walkable to lifts, cafes and restaurants. All the amenities you need for a weekend or week escape.

Parking structure is tight and lots of pillars, corners, and dead ends, just like anywhere else in Whistler, beware if you drive a big car/SUV/van. Living space is not overly spacious just like anywhere else in Whistler, so don't bring too much luggage. Free shuttle service to Whistler Gondola (less than 10 minutes) is very convenient, but you need to cross the street.

We had such a lovely stay at Raquel’s place! Raquel was super responsive and easy to communicate with—she gave us lots of helpful info about the area, and when we ran out of pancake mix, she even brought us a new bag (so thoughtful!). The place itself is really cute and peaceful, with cows nearby and a sweet big black cat we got to meet. It’s in a great location too—right off the main road and just a minute away from a cider place we really enjoyed. The room was spotless and well equipped. We appreciated the selection of teas, the automatic coffee machine, and even dog biscuits—it’s clear a lot of care goes into making guests feel welcome. There were a few harmless ants here and there, but honestly nothing to complain about. Overall, a fantastic experience. Highly recommend!

Sharon's place is an absolute gem on Bowen Island! The views are magnificent and the home itself is comfortable, clean, spacious and well-appointed. The location is a short walk to all of Bowen Island's restaurants, shops and art galleries. Sharon is an excellent and communicative host who goes above and beyond to ensure her guests are well taken care of. I highly recommend this home for anybody looking for a relaxing stay on Bowen Island!

Wonderful suite on the lower level of a character house in East Van. Quick, kind communication.. clean thoughtful space, beautiful little patio zone.. super close to everything on Commercial Drive and just down the road from a fantastic park (open green space, community gardens, tennis courts with views of the mountains!) Mieke was kind to let me check out late as they didn’t have someone arriving today which made my travel much smoother. I’d stay again in a heartbeat. You can hear the family upstairs from time to time but even less than I expected. Bed seemed very new - firm but comfy - having laundry is always a bonus. Loved it all. Thanks!

Virpi is a helpful, responsive, and accommodating host. We appreciated that the unit is well stocked (lots of extra blankets, enough dishes, laundry detergent that we could use, etc). It's worth noting for us because we are a family of five and have stayed in too many places where this isn't the case! The unit was simple and clean and a great affordable option in the area.

Kristen’s AirBnB was amazing. We felt very comfortable, it is very spacious, stylish and well equipped. The location is perfect for people with dogs like us, with Trout Lake right outside the backyard. We really enjoyed our time :)

Jamie’s home is a clean, cozy and comfortable space for a large family. We held a small family reunion at the house and there was plenty of room for everyone. The beds, linens and pillows were very comfortable and the newly renovated bathrooms and kitchen are very nice. There was plenty of street parking out front. Due to the weather we did not get to enjoy the backyard but a summer visit wouid be so fun with the basketball court and the fire pit. Thanks Jamie for hosting our family at your lovely home.

My stay at this condo was amazing!! It's very quiet and comfortable and centrally located, so you have access to everything you need. I'm looking forward to staying here again the next time I visit!

This place was perfect! It was clean, had plenty of space and you can’t beat the location. It’s right across the street from the grocery store, village, and bus stop for the shuttle to the gondola. The kids loved the pool and hot tub. Tina and Colin were great, responsive hosts. It was the perfect spot for our family ski vacation!

Our family stayed here to ski and board. Found the place very clean, kitchen was well stocked, walkable to the gondola and to the village for shopping and restaurants. The hot tub was great after a day on the mountain. My boys loved the heated pool. Very nice, quiet and relaxing after a day on the slopes. Our truck was too tall for the parking garage but we found free parking across the street for free ;) would totally book this place again!

We stayed at James' condo for 5 nights at spring break - two adults and two teens. We came to ski and spend time in the village and this was the perfect location for both. Short walk (or ski on a good snow day) to the run; 5 minutes to upper village and and a lovely 15 minute walk to the main village. James' condo is very comfortable, bright, and quiet. It had everything we needed. Would recommend and would stay here again! Thanks James!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Samantha's place! My family loved every moment of it. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the area and enjoy everything it had to offer. Samantha was incredibly responsive and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Highly recommend!
