We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect spot to spend our weekend while visiting family! We first met Dona sitting amongst the ghouls and goblins handing out Halloween candy to the neighborhood kids! We knew immediately we had found the perfect spot to stay and will definitely be back next time visiting our family. If you are heading to Media at Halloween you are in for a real treat of family, friends and neighbors celebrating one of the Best holidays ever!

DJ's place was centrally located and walkable, and he was a great communicator.

We very much enjoyed our stay! The place was clean and organized. It was nice having a pack n play & high chair at the location. Walking distance to every thing! Lorenzo’s pizza and twin valley coffee are great spots. If we come back to the west Chester area, we hope to stay here again!

Stayed at this Airbnb and was thoroughly satisfied with the experience. The apartment was both clean and comfortable, meeting all my expectations. The host was commendable for their easygoing communication and supportive attitude, making the stay hassle-free.

I had a wonderful stay here. I cannot recommend this home enough! It is the perfect place to stay if you are visiting Wilmington long or short term. It's centrally located (very easy to get downtown), comfortable, and in a great walkable neighborhood. As a woman, I felt very safe here. David is a fantastic host and he really goes above and beyond to make sure you're good. I would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

This was not my first stay with Sanjiv and for a good reason. Sanjiv knows the formula for a proper Airbnb. His rentals are all new top to bottom. New everything, floors, walls, bathroom, kitchen and bed. All is new and spotless clean. They're also well equipped with the essentials you need, in the kitchen especially. The formula is called being thoughtful and it works. Also, Sanjiv and his employees who operate everything are always courteous and pleasant. All this on Germantown Avenue in Chestnut Hill. Brilliant.

Jerry's apartment was great for me to stay at from August-November. I am a college student and needed temporary housing, and it was nice it was already furnished. There were a few small issues throughout and Jerry was always very responsive.

Attended an evening show at The Fillmore, which was a few minutes walk away, and I wanted a place to crash after. This neighborhood is very gentrified and jam packed with fun shops, restaurants, cafes, and bars. Hank’s place has unique charm - it’s not fancy, modern, and new like many of the condos and renovated buildings on the block, but it’s clean, safe, and roomy. It met all my needs!

Christopher’s place was AWESOME I love the vibes of the house. Truly modern and unique. My 10 year old son loved the piano 🎹 and played it with excitement. I will definitely be booking with him again. You won’t be disappointed TRUST ME ❤️👍🏾

This was a wonderful place to stay! The host showed great attention to detail, ensuring the place has everything you could need! It was a great location we felt very safe at. Onsite parking was a huge plus. It felt just like a hotel. We would recommend to anyone!

Easy checkin and when entering the flat it smelled great and very clean. The kitchen was equipped with everything from t Variety of teas, oatmeal and an air fryer! The bathroom is beautiful and shower spacious. Very private. We were able to find parking every night and close to so much to do. We had a wonderful time and plan to come back. A cute, cozy place, perfect for a short stay while visiting the city! I was in town for the PAX Unplugged convention and Kerida's place was a perfect place to rest and recharge after a long day of walking and socializing!

John is a great host and he did the best he could to make us feel comfortable. When we first got into the room, it smelled of cigarettes and we let John know. He told me that was from the previous renter, and the cleaners spent a good amount of time trying to get rid of the smell. John dropped off a bottle of cologne to help mask the smell. But we kept all the windows open and the smell eventually went away. Besides that, the bedroom and bathroom were clean and comfortable. The bed is a perfect size for two people. At night there wasn’t any noise that bothered us, despite being on a main street. John is quick to respond to help with anything. He’s was accommodating to my needs. I recommend staying at this place if you’re looking for a cozy place, in decent neighborhood, with 1 quick bus ride away from center city.

Really amazing place and host. Rohan is very responsive and friendly. I enjoyed my stay. I would definitely recommend staying here. Good price, and pretty close the Paoli station with pretty good restaurants and cafes around.

The host edward showed great friendly hospitality, along with prompt responses when asked a questions. Its a beautiful house in a peaceful neighborhood, and side street parking is always available. The house is located in walking distance to everything, from mom & pop restaurants to grocery stores. However, never forget to be respectful as well as courteous of edwards house. May peace always be unto edward, and any whom are blessed to stay there. Host Edwardo showed great hospitality and kindness, along with quick responses when asked. It is a beautiful house in a quiet veçindario and there is always stagnation available on the side street. The house is located a short distance from everything from family restaurants to grocery stores. However, never forget to be respectful and courteous to Edwardo's house. May peace always be for Edwardo and all those lucky enough to stay there.

The house looks absolutely beautiful, just like the photos. Enough beds for the kids and our infant son. Both bathrooms came in handy considering there was so many of us. Airbnb never sent the check in details so we had a small set back checking in but Ben was very responsive, helpful and understanding. There were plenty of toys for the kids to play with to keep them preoccupied. I had asked if they knew any fun places we could take the kids and Ben mentioned the “Please Touch” museum which we did take the kids to and they had a blast! Thank you again Ben for allowing us into your home. Hope to come back with the kids again soon!

Nice area, enjoyed my stay

I absolutely loved staying at Christopher’s place! He was warm and welcoming and quick to respond. The location was close to everything. Highly recommend Christopher for all hosting needs and I will definitely book again!

We stayed here for a staff retreat. We spent the day and it was perfect to have a large space to relax, get some strategic work done, and then walk to an amazing place for dinner. JAFFA! Incredible. Great location, great space. Would book again.
