We had a great stay. The house is very big, spacious, well decorated and clean. It felt very cozy. The house rules were clear and the host was reachable at any time.

Amazing house that has everything you possibly need, and amazing and responsive host

This house is a gem. Admittedly it’s far from home if you are coming from NYC, which is where my family is. However, the upside is that this house is beautiful, on a big private area, and the absolute perfect place for a getaway with kids. We were three families with three little girls who hopefully made forever memories. I hope we will be back again soon!

If your attending a tournament at CASV , this is the ideal spot. Nice view , a pool to relax and ample space for your entire family.

Omer had a beautiful spot nestled high up on a hill overlooking the mountains 🏔️. I can promise you, being from the city, the pictures do not do the views justice! They’re absolutely stunning! Luckily we had couple of snowy days up there, where we were able to ski and enjoy some local eateries, so it made the scenery that much more romantic! The best was enjoying a drink or two in the hot tub and overlooking the scenic views of the mountains while the snow fell…couldn’t imagine a more perfect weekend getaway! I will be back up again!

Had an absolutely lovely stay at Cassandra’s place. The house was beautiful, clean and fun - decorated with baseball themed decor which added to the Cooperstown experience. The house is large with a lot of space & a big backyard. A highlight is the basement arcade which has something for everyone - great for a rainy day! Would highly recommend staying here!

Where do I begin... I've stayed at numerous Airbnb properties, but this one stands out as one of the most beautiful settings I've encountered. The views of the lake are breathtaking, and having direct access to it was a huge bonus. We made full use of the canoes and kayaks provided, enjoying them every day. My husband, an avid fisherman, was thrilled with the lake, calling it one of the best freshwater fishing spots he's ever visited. The grounds are impeccably maintained and offer plenty of privacy. Inside, the house is both comfortable and well-appointed. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the pots, pans, utensils, and small appliances you could need. The beds are extremely comfortable, and the linens are of high quality. The furniture is tasteful and inviting. Karen was a wonderful host, easy to communicate with and responsive. My only regret is that we didn't stay longer. I would return in a heartbeat and recommend this place without hesitation.

Absolutely loved staying at Arin & Brian’s. This spot is perfect for people with kids/babies! There’s so much to do in the surrounding area including great coffee shops, places to eat & trails to hike. If you enjoy beer, West Kill Brewery is about ~30 mins out and is close by to the mountains if you ski / snowboard. 10/10 spot :)

We were in town to visit family. The home was perfectly located in a nice neighborhood. We slept good and felt very comfortable in this charming home! I have never been in an Airbnb that was so well stocked. Jenn was available if we needed anything and we would definitely stay here again.

This is a great place to stay! Felt at home as soon as walked in. All the modern conveniences while maintaining the beautiful history of the house. Travelling with adult kids and friends, plenty of room for everyone. Well appointed kitchen and baths, lots of blankets for an April visit, and the location was perfect for us. Easy walk to Ommegang and easy drive to downtown Cooperstown and several other more local breweries and eateries. We had a blast! Emily was more than accommodating with quick responses and flexibility, really appreciate her as a host. We look forward to our next visit, which will be a little later in the season so we can take advantage of the outdoor area and front porch. Can't wait!

I could not be happier with my stay! my group and I loved the ammenady options. The house was so spacious so no one felt cramped. The house was clean and well cared for! The neighbors aren't too close so there is plenty of privacy. The beds where sooo comfortable. If you do alot of computer work like me. This place is even wonderful for that too as it has many places to "set up shop" where you wont be bothered by others in your group. My only complaint was that I had to leave so soon. I am looking forward to returning.

We had an incredible weekend at Vanda’s home. It was even more spacious and beautiful than the photos and very comfortably accommodated our group of 13. We all fit at the long dining table and there were plenty of beds. The upstairs living room was our main hangout spot, it was cozy (multiple stoves in the house and a beautiful fireplace) and the view through the windows was stunning. And it was very warm despite the cold weather outside! The kitchen had everything you’d need as well. We didn’t have to go anywhere! I would definitely emphasize cars with 4wd for winter visits, the driveway was steep and the snow/freezing rain we got made it difficult even with 4wd. Our hosts kindly sent someone to plow for us, recommended someone to help us tow a car out that got stuck at the bottom of the driveway, and were very flexible and responsive. Be prepared for winter conditions but it’s worth the trip! Overall our stay was really awesome, I’d highly recommend this house for large groups.

We had a great stay at Ally’s place - communication was good, check in and check out were easy, house was clean. Very well located - 5 minute drive to All Star Village, 5 minute drive to the grocery store to stock up on food, and 2 minute drive to downtown restaurants.

We have been to the Catskills numerous times but our stay here outshined all the rest. The home was amazing, the bathrooms were stunning and the location was very private. Clearly Paul and Michael put a lot of time and effort into decorating and making the place feel like home. There was also a guide with recommended restaurants, hikes, nearby farms, and things to do that was so helpful. We would 100% come back just to stay here again.

I stayed here for my best friends wedding. I highly recommend this space for anyone getting married at the Cannery or attending a wedding at this venue. It is honestly in the backyard and made the wedding day stress free!

Sam's place was a great spot to stay for our ski trip at Hunter. The location of this stay allows you to beat all the incoming traffic at Hunter (directions to the resort are opposite of traffic), so it was super easy for us to get to the slopes quickly each day. We did have a plumbing issue during our stay, but Sam was quick to respond and sent someone to help/fix it even at 11pm at night on a Saturday, which we really appreciated. Over all, for the price, location, and customer service, this is a solid option.

My husband and I took our 5 year old granddaughter to visit our son, his partner and our 18 month old grandson who recently moved to Franklin. Coming from Hawaii, we knew we’d be spending a lot of time indoors because of the cold temperatures in Franklin. We had the most wonderful stay at Anna’s house. It was a creative haven, thoughtfully curated by an amazing artist. The home is spacious, comfortably furnished and had everything we needed to enjoy making delicious meals and sleep soundly in comfortable beds. What made this home so special was how it was designed as a learning and play space for children. Our grandkids thrived coloring, writing, making puzzles, playing games, and engaging in play acting. Anna was communicative, receptive and available if we needed anything. The home, the artistry and thoughtful touches made it feel like a true gem in Franklin! Highly recommend for families or anyone looking to connect with creativity and enjoy an enriching stay.

We stayed at this house for parents' weekend at Hamilton College. It is a lovely small home with very spacious and comfortable common spaces (living room, dining room) where we enjoyed relaxing at the end of the day. Albert was very responsive with any questions that I had and was super friendly! We had a great visit and would definitely consider staying here again when we stay in the area.

A quiet and private area. A neighbor on one side but never heard or seen anybody. Plenty of room for the dogs to run and hiking trails across the street. It is well stocked but does need some updating.

We loved the unique characteristics. It was fun to explore, Erin even included a scavenger hunt with a prize. We were looking for a peaceful weekend escape and there was everything we needed to stay in and still have plenty to do and all that we needed for food prep. We would definitely stay here again.

We are a family of four with 5 and 7 yr old kids. Debbie’s home worked great for us. The house is extremely well stocked—more than enough blankets, towels, toiletries, kitchenwares, spices, condiments in the refrigerator—many of which are often missing in Airbnb rentals these days—just makes for an easier time for those who don’t want to have to plan to bring every little thing with you. The neighborhood is very quiet and close to any nature-oriented activity you might be interested in. Also close to groceries/farm markets, restaurants when needed. Thank you Debbie!

When I first pulled up to Kliment's, I literally teared up - that's how breath-taking his spot is. It was just what the doctor ordered... if doctors actually treated your mind, body, and soul and not just your body :) Seriously though, Kliment's place was an oasis for me: private, quiet, peaceful, with amazing views of the Catskill mountains. His home itself was beautifully decorated, simple yet super cozy, and had everything I needed and then some. (And the chickens were lovely company as well!) Kliment is one of the best Airbnb hosts I have ever had, hands down. With a very hectic schedule, Kliment was flexible, responsive, kind and patient with accommodating my many change requests and needs throughout my stay. Kliment is not just a wonderful host, but also a truly wonderful person - the world needs more people like him. In short: I can't recommend Kliment's home or him as a host enough! If you are hovering over the "Reserve Now" button, book it!!! You won't regret it! :)
