Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Springfield

This place was perfect for our visit to friends in Springfield. Plenty of space for the three of us and we loved the decor. We had a slight problem when we arrived and Bill came right over to take care it. We appreciated Bill and Jen's recommendations of restaurants and shops. Everything for our stay worked out great in their cozy home.

The house is historic in a safe area and updated tastefully while maintaining charm of yesteryear. The beds were so comfortable, we are looking for the same brand after our stay. Entrance is in the back but the steps have no railing. There are only 3, so not a big problem but I felt a little unsafe in the rain. Overall we loved our stay!

I stayed at this location for a month and was very satisfied with my stay. My main concern before checking in was parking, which was largely not a problem for me during my stay. The hosts were very responsive during my stay and were happy to address any concerns that I had. The view from the living room is well-framed and is especially exciting during events like car shows and parades. Many stores and restaurants are within walking distance. La Piazza downstairs is very convenient. Bed is extremely comfortable. Plenty of closet space. Kitchen has a gas oven that worked without issue. I additionally appreciated all of the additional amenities such as dishwasher pods and trash bags. I would stay here again and would recommend this location to friends visiting the area!

Great place! Clean, quiet and in a great and safe neighborhood. The layout of the apartment is perfect and the ability to walk to Washington Park is a huge bonus. Washington Park is the premier park in Springfield. You must go and hear the carillon being played and just walk through the park. The Hyvee grocery store is nearby and they have hot food to go if you don't want to cook. The hot food at Hyvee is reasonably priced also. Wal-Mart is a short drive away and there are several restaurants available nearby. The host was friendly and super responsive when I messaged him. The apartment has a mid-century modern theme which is very popular now and it is a very comfortable place. I would have stayed for another month but someone beat me to setting up a rental here. This includes a garage which is a huge bonus. I really enjoyed my stay here and my only regret is that I did not book it for longer. This is a 5 star place in all regards.

We stayed here when we came to Springfield for tours of the capitol, Lincoln’s home, & the Lincoln museum. This was so close to the capitol and made it easy in the morning. The master bed was SO comfortable. There was ample space for our family of 6. Loved all the games, books, toys, and stocked kitchen, but we sadly weren’t there long enough to take advantage of it. The train does go through a few times overnight but didn’t keep us awake. The pack n play, fans, and extra blankets kept everyone in our family comfortable and cozy. Loved that it was pet friendly, although we didn’t bring our dog. Was a great space for big families or a couple families to stay together, and my kids loved the feel of the “old school” house with 3 floors!

Place was exactly what we needed. Every time we returned I felt like I was walking into my home. Owners were quick to respond with any question I had. Even had snacks and drinks waiting for when we arrived which was amazing after a 14 hour drive. Will definitely be back!!!

The house was perfect for what we needed. Jeffrey was very kind and prompt to respond when we thought we might have left something behind. House is just a short drive from Schnucks to grab items you may need.

Clint's place was exactly as described and his helpful instructions oh how to find his home was spot on. it was the perfect location for all the activities we did. would recommend this home and will rent again when we return to the area.
