Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Springfield

Great location and friendly host! Comfortable beds and ease of checking in. Would have liked the shower to be cleaner, but the water was nice and hot. Would stay here again. Thank you!

Jordan was a great host. The apartment was nice and the location worked well for us.

Space was very clean and newly renovated. It is very centrally located, but very small (800-900sq ft I would guess). Perfectly adequate for our needs, but 6 people would be a tight squeeze. Pull out mattress is thin and just ok-- pretty typical of a pull out mattress. The host was very nice and on top of communication.

Great place to stay for work, I have like the location, I have extended my stay for three months so far. Hosts have bent over backwards to help out when something goes wrong. I would recommend staying here. The only bad things I would have to say is the stairs, if you’re an older couple and don’t do well with stairs, I would not suggest staying in the attic until. Great place for to stay all around.

Elizabeth was a great host and always fast to respond with perfect information. The apartment was super clean and well stocked with even more than we expected. She really anticipated every need and the apartment was very nicely decorated as well. I felt really safe there, it’s close to everything and there was plenty of parking. Neighbors were quiet and friendly and it really felt like home. It was a great experience!

Awesome place in an awesome location! A beautiful home with a lot to do within walking distance. We will be staying here again when we come back to Springfield!

This place was wonderful, exactly what we needed. My husband and I normally don’t sleep well when we travel, but this time we actually slept! The mattress was firm but not hard. I normally sleep on a medium (not firm, not soft) mattress at home and was worried I wouldn’t be able to sleep, but I had no problems at all. Sober was also very responsive, we couldn’t find the extra pillow cases so she brought some over and brought some portable fans for us at 10pm the night we checked in, she was there in less than 20 minutes. There’s a small grass backyard that was perfect for tossing a ball for our dogs so they could get some exercise . I would definitely stay here again next time I’m in Springfield, one of my best Airbnb experiences.

This is a great place to stay in Springfield. It close to downtown. It has all the amenities that you would need. I stay for about a month and it was great for a longer stay. It not far from the hospitals if you are travel through for work. Would stay again if back in the Springfield area.

Wonderful place to stay if you like peace, quiet, and nature. Amy always checked if I needed anything. Her dog is a bonus if you like dogs. Very sweet boy.

The house was very cozy. It felt like we were at home. The most important thing to me is how clean a place is, and this house was extremely clean. I felt so comfortable there. Janet is a sweetheart to rent from and I will definitely be renting from her again when I go back to visit family.

This is our second stay at Three Pines. Our small group church retreat has been held here for the last two years. We relax, chat, and cook meals together. We love the feel of the house, with great views from the windows, and a lot of room to spread out. Communication is always great and accommodations are, as well. Here's to hoping we are able to stay here again next year!! We love Three Pines.

Matthew is one of the best and most responsive hosts! He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. This house is extremely clean and has a massive kitchen with 2 full size refrigerators, which makes it easy to live in for a week or more. 5 stars!

From booking to check-out, michelle was a great host, even encouraging us to take advantage of the amenities. We loved being able to stay for an extended weekend in this beautifully decorated home with a retro vibe. The owners fully embraced the history of this modular home. There were small details — from the white noise machines, variety of kitchen appliances, and drink selection — that showed that the owners cared about making our stay special. The location was central to the activities we did in Springfield, like coffee shops, museums, Washington Park, and shopping. The neighborhood was peaceful, and roads easy to navigate. Since it was a cold weekend, we made use of the fireplace, and spent a lot of time in the evenings just relaxing. My two other family members agreed that this was a great find! One of our favorite Airbnb’s!

The cottage was perfect for us. The private setting and peaceful views were just what we needed. I was able to get some work done, and the kids LOVED exploring the property with George. Thank you!
