Vacation rentals in Springdale

Our extended family stayed at Bailey's place over Thanksgiving while visiting my mother at Concordia Lutheran home. There were 5 of us; two couples and a single. The home was clean and well-furnished with linens and towels. The kitchen was simply equipped; however, it was very sufficient for our needs and had space for our family to eat together. The driveway is steep and sits on a bend. While there was little traffic on Sarver Road, we found it not safe for making a left hand turn onto the road or a right turn onto the driveway. Also, if using the two rooms that contain a twin bed in each, keep in mind there is no privacy between the two rooms and if you are staying in the back twin room, you must walk through the front twin room. We did not use that room, so it did not deter our stay. Lastly, there are two small living spaces as opposed to one large. This was also not inconvenient for our party of 5, but there is only a couch and love seat.

Much nicer than I initially thought uh get it was going to be. The apartment actually looked better than the pictures. Super clean and had everything I needed. I felt right at home! Would definitely come back!

Our family of six plus pups had a great stay at Janet’s place. The guest house was warm and welcoming, spotless and with all the amenities we needed. Janet was very responsive and flexible. We enjoyed lounging at the house and exploring the local sights. In addition to Fallingwater, highly recommend Glades Pike Winery just down the road.

Gorgeous, well appointed home in a beautiful natural setting. The dirt road on the way in had me wondering but at the end of it you find a beautiful, serene space to relax and enjoy the weekend. Bedrooms and bathrooms were perfectly clean with plenty of quality linens and high quality soaps, shampoo and lotion. Beds were very comfortable and overall it is a good value. Would definitely stay there again. (Our 13 year old was obsessed with the vintage skee ball machine.)

I had family coming in from 4 different cities and this place was very centrally located. There was plenty of parking for all 4 vehicles and the 5 bedrooms accommodated all of our needs. The house was very easy to find. We used Mapquest, in conjunction with the written directions, and had no problem finding our destination. The house itself had quite a bit of space to roam around in. As mentioned in the listing... if you have trouble with stairs, this probably is NOT the place for you since there is not a bathroom on the main floor. But other than that... this house was PERFECT for our family! I'm limited to 1000 characters, I'm going to list our favorite features of staying here! The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and plates. The water was hot It was in a GORGEOUS setting There was plenty of room for all of us Plenty of parking Easy to find Shopping not far (15 mins) Jeannette was VERY accommodating and helpful GREAT! I could go on, but I ran out of characters!

Everything about this place was perfect. We loved the cleanliness the design the location we were in for a Steelers football game and a celebrate one of my son’s 25th. So close to the strip district perfect location for all the great things to do in Pittsburgh. Thank you Shima for a great location and beautiful home.

This home was exactly what we were looking for. It was the perfect place to stay for Thanksgiving to spend time with family nearby. The hot tub and fire pit were great additions for the chilly weather. The house was clean and they even had it decorated for Christmas!

A month's worth of comfort and convenience - this property was exactly as described and pictured. Perfect location, central to everything - parking right outside was always available, regardless of time. Renee is a wonderful, responsive host. Thank you for the hospitality!
