The house was what it was advertised to be. The rooms / beds / ammenities were as described in the listing. Location suited our needs as we were in town for work. The house was not quite as cozy as home, but definitely much better than a hotel. Greg was a good host. He was very responsive when messaged. We didn't encounter any problems during our week-long stay. Will definitely keep this place in mind if / when we are back in town again.

The Beach Cottage was a great property in the heart of Coeur d'Alene. It is walking distance to the resort and all of the shopping/dining nearby. The property was just as described on the site and they provided everything to make the stay super comfortable. It was very clean and easy to access. I would highly recommend the Beach Cottage and any property that Vacation Rental Authority is renting.

Lindsey was not only highly responsive, as I booked day of stay, but also very informative about the area. I asked a couple questions and received detailed responses. I loved feeling like a local with all the insider tips. The home is lovely and conveniently located to downtown. It was clean and stocked with the basics/essentials. I would absolutely stay here again while visiting the area.

Shannon was very responsive, with only one exception upon checkout when i could not locate the code to replace the key in the lockbox. Otherwise she was very quick to respond for any concerns of mine, which was awesome. Bikes were available to use, place was very cute and private, appreciated that it was dog friendly and even had a small private backyard. Had everything we needed for our stay! Highly recommend and I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
