Family-friendly vacation rentals in Split

Thank you Pava for a great stay! It was exactly as described. In particular the best bits are how close it is to shops, bars and restaurants. Very clean and tidy, easy to check in. Lovely walks around the park, to beaches and viewpoints, all with easy reach. Close to the airport which Pava had arranged a transfer for us. Pava was always contactable to recommend places to visit and answer questions. I would defiantly book here again!!

Ivana and Mario’s place was just perfect! We were a family of 5 adults and there was plenty of room for all. Enjoyed the balcony and hot tub at the end of the day. We did have a car, so close enough to all of Split’s activities. The hosts were always available and responsive to questions and our needs. Thanks you!

We had a crazy travel schedule and Josip was super patient flexible. Place was awesome! Loved staying inside the palace where everything was vibrant and alive. Definitely in the middle of all the action. Accommodations were great. Awesome AC! I think it's a once in a lifetime opportunity!

We had such a wonderful time staying here. It's about a 30 minute walk to the centre of Split, which is absolutely magical. But sometimes just sitting outside or in the hottub and staring at the beautiful scenery was enough for us. Such a wonderful luxurious experience - and a very special thanks to Katarina who was incredibly responsive and helpful whenever we had questions.

Lovely owners met us on arrival friendly and left fresh fruit and home cooked treats to come home to in our porch so nice apartment was lovely full of home extras in the kitchen and lounge lovely stay my din and partner stayed last year and was so good we booked and would again xx❤️

Marina is a very sweet and helpful woman! She can also tell you a lot about Split and the surrounding area. We enjoyed her beautiful, luxurious and neat penthouse. Everything has been thought of and everything is there. We recommend everyone to stay here

Had a great time staying at Jasenka's place. Location is ideal for visiting most of the places by foot. Jasenka and her daughter were very nice, helpful & kind throughout our whole stay. Would definitely visit again :)

Thank you for a great stay, super location close to the beach and the center of Split, the apartment is very comfortable and has everything you need. An additional advantage was the grocery store open 7 days a week in the same block and a pharmacy. We recommend.

We stayed 2 weeks in the beautiful, small apartment and felt very comfortable. Definitely worth highlighting is the great large terrace overlooking the Mall of Split. In the immediate vicinity there is a supermarket, a small bakery and a pizzeria. A school and a church are also neighbors. 😉 The bus stop to go to Split, for example, is within walking distance - so all in all a clear recommendation. Bozana is very caring, helpful and responds immediately. Thanks again to the father, who provided us with grapes, among other things 😀

Absolutely amazing place, cozy and worth the money 100%. The host miriam was quick to answer all of my texts with questions and even let us check out late with no concern. Recommend to everyone

Perfect for a couple or solo travellers. Clean and comfortable with everything you need. I had a little trouble finding it. Tip: ask the taxi driver to drop you off at 36. Straight down the hill is 36, the path off to the right and around the corner is 32. This helped the delivery guy too. Bianka was always reachable via message whiich was a great support. Convenient place to stay in Split. 5 mins down the street to the right is the entrance to Marjan Park, 12-15 mins left, straight down are the restaurants and promenade. Perfect for boat tours. 5 mins walk to Tommy, local supermarket, plus a coffee shop next to it. Bus station to the airport is just beyond the promenade to the left. I took a bus from here to Dubrovnik. A baggage drop off desk is also available down there if you require it. I enjoyed my stay in Split and at this accommodation. Thank you!!

This was the perfect location for our little group to explore Split! The apartment was well furnished, and the beds were very comfortable. Five minutes walk to the sea.

I highly recommend Igna’s place if you’re visiting Split! It’s a short walk into Old Town but the house itself is located in a peaceful and quiet area. The backdoor also leads directly to the Marjan Hill Stairs. We were traveling with 3 generations and the house met everyone’s needs. Igna was also extremely helpful. She helped us set up private transit to and from the airport. We were also able to ask the driver, Bruno, to take our family to Klis Fortress during our stay. Overall, we loved our time in Split and Igna played a huge role in making the visit as hassle free and as enjoyable as possible.

Our stay at The Green Dream was absolutely perfect! The listing was accurate in every way - the space was beautiful, immaculately clean, and had even more amenities than we could have imagined. Ana, our host, was exceptional. She was incredibly responsive, helpful, and accommodating. She allowed us to check-in early and even let us store our bags after check-out until late in the afternoon. Ana's attention to detail was impressive, from providing mosquito repellent to offering suggestions for local restaurants and transportation. There were 10 of us, including myself and we all agree that we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The Green Dream and Ana made our stay truly unforgettable. We are so grateful for their hospitality and highly recommend this listing to anyone visiting Split. Thank you, Ana!

Hosts were helpful if needed, the apartment was clean and the balcony and views were fantastic. We loved having use of the lovely pool. As pictured the kitchenette is very small and sink hard to wash up in; the living area was quite small but we coped as we weren't there much! The apartment is up a very steep windy hill which would be hard (and a bit dangerous) to walk up especially in the heat. Took us about 20mins to drive into Split, you can also get a bus.

What a hidden gem. Mario was flexible for us to leave our bags as we arrived early on the day of arrival. He was very responsive throughout our stay, with recommendations and any help we needed with the villa. The villa is exactly like the photos and is very private. We walked into Split Centre along the coast road which took an hour and had numerous cafes and beaches along the way. Ubers were efficient and plentiful and helped us to get us around. €7 to get into the heart of split/old town. Do not use local taxis! we were charged €47 for a journey that cost us €7 in an uber!! The villa has a perfect layout for two couples or families and we loved the two different sides to keep things private. The kitchen was stocked every utensil.and cockery, etc you could think of, as well as the outside eating area and outside oven. The pool was spotless, with Mario coming to clean it, he contacted us first to see if it was convenient. There is also a little back gate down to the beach.

We, a family of seven, were in this beautiful house for ten days. We were warmly welcomed upon arrival and felt very comfortable right away. The two apartments we rented are very modern, chic and in an extremely good condition. The amenities are very good and hospitable. We didn't miss anything. What irritated us a bit at first was that the two apartments have no connection to each other. We didn't have that on our radar, but we found a good solution for us. The location is great, you can quickly reach Split or Trogir and everything you need is within 5-10 minutes by car. There are also some good restaurants. The sea and a very good and cheap bakery are right outside the door. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and the kids loved the heated pool. We absolutely recommend the place and would book again immediately.

We loved staying in Marijo's apartment. Beautiful location with a view, pool, and he and his wife were extra sweet providing some food and drinks. It's about 30 min to Split and a surprising amount of traffic but great to be in the location. And private garage parking. Thank you for having us!

Fabulous Villa, was the perfect location for relaxing and popping into Split for sightseeing. Ubers are frequent and reliable, for anytime or advanced booking, even for 6seaters. Despite a slight confusion at check in the host was very attentive and responsive and accommodating. Everything was clean and functional, and we felt comfortable and at home for the entire stay. Big plus was all the towels provided! We loved the views, and the hot tub and pool were perfection. I think it would be a bit tight for 8 adults, but for 5 it was great. The tortoise family were amazing, we loved feeding them in the morning. The surrounding town is also lovely to walk around, with a supermarket and cafe nearby. Antônios was a good restaurant for our last night. The villa is a 20min ride to Klis Fortress and 20-30 to Split. Would recommend Villa Roko again and again, it added to special memories of my milestone birthday trip with friends. Toptip: Bring mosquito deterrent/spray!

Edi was nice and helpful guy, he answered fast and kindly to our messages. The house is located in a quiet and cozy place in the village of mravince. From the house it is a short distance to a shop and a restaurant. The balconies had wonderful views of the mountains and the city. The swimming pool and jacuzzi were our favorite places during the holiday, the water was clean and suitably warm. Our holiday was nice and memorable, thank you Edi.
