The house was pretty nice considering the price, hosts were polite and extremely welcoming. The only downside was the location and sorroundings.

Great apartment in an ideal location. The apartment met our expectations, everything was just like in the photos, with all the necessary amenities, clean and tidy. Absolutely worth the 5 stars!

Antonela was great! I didn’t get to meet her in person just because of schedules but I did meet her son and he was great too. The location couldn’t be better and there is plenty of room in the flat to be more than comfortable. She was very communicative and had the inside scoop on things in split. I definitely would stay again for sure. I really enjoyed the place and her hospitality!

Our stay at Apartment Martini was fabulous!! SO clean, amazing location, so close to a great beach, and the hosts went out of their way to accommodate us. Some construction going on right next door that starts early but we’re early risers. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

Very beautiful apartment with the view of the sea. About a 10 minute walk to Znjan Beach. I recommend it to anyone visiting Split😄

The apartment was exactly as described, with a beautiful view. There’s no need for a car since the bus stops are conveniently close. There are no cons to mention – the apartment is priced as it should be. The small selection of books provided was surprisingly interesting.

This is a lovely new apartment only a few minutes from everything you need: groceries, butcher, hairdresser, walking path and beach. The apartment is super clean- my #1 priority when booking. 2 balconies. Private and makes you feel like a local. The local coffee shop is really nice too. Highly recommend this property and Ivana, the property manager if fantastic and answers all questions and requests.

Kreso’s apartment was beautiful. Exactly like the photos. Very clean and comfortable. About a 10 minute walk to town and close to restaurants. There is a grocery store just across the street and around the corner with a very good selection. We enjoyed the grill and dining on the terrace. Kreso was very responsive and gave us great recommendations for restaurants, and helped arrange transportation from the airport. We were very happy to find some welcome beers and wine in the fridge for us. There was plenty of space for my husband and me plus our 3 adult kids. We would absolutely rent this apartment again if we are lucky enough to come to Split in the future. Thank you Kreso!

Very nice, modern and comfy apartment. Multiple beaches, grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance. Host was very welcoming. No noisy neighbours or loud street close. Great parking right at the entrance.

Our stay here was excellent! I couldn’t recommend it more, the apartment was clean, cool and spacious with a beautiful balcony. It was a great location walkable to both the beach and town with supermarkets right next door. The price is excellent. Jure the host was remarkable, by far the best air BnB host I have had. His communication and instructions made our stay very comfortable and easy allowing us to check in early and check out late around our flight times. Book this place for a great stay in Split.

Great place to stay, location and underground parking super! New house, 2 minutes walk to the center (old town). Everything was very pleasant, met with candy, coffee, the whole whale start for a good holiday!

Lovely apartment in walking distance from main attractions in the city, Marjan and the Palace. The apartment was comfortable and well appointed. The apartment had multiple AC units (to cover the bedrooms and the main living area) - and given the summer heat this fact is very important.

A perfect stay! Very warm, pleasant and caring hosts. The apartment is as described, very clean and very well furnished. Spacious, pleasant and comfortable. We recommend this place with your eyes closed.

Thank you so much Petar, we had a lovely time in Split. The apartment was basic with everything we needed. It was super clean and tidy. Lots of places to eat and a beach literally across the road. The bedrooms had no aircon, but Petar had fans delivered the next day, greatly appreciated. We also had a very late flight home and he kindly extended our check-out time. Thanks again.

Anita was a wonderful host, proactive in her communication and provided very clear instructions (super helpful for us weary travellers many hours delayed on arrival). Her flat is super homely and comfortable and a quick taxi ride into the city. Would recommend

This is a beautiful peaceful hideaway overlooking the sea - great balcony and very spacious - we will be back!!

Elena was so helpful and friendly. She also arranged to pick us up and drop us off at the airport. The apartment was perfect for us and the pool was amazing! It is so close to the old town without being right in the noisy/busy part. We would definitely come back.

I loved the location. Short drive to beaches & the marina. Beautiful view from the patio. Pero was a wonderful host & extremely helpful.
