Apartment IN Stobrec Split Croatia

Split, situated on the most indented part of the Adriatic coast, is the most beautiful town in the world according to all of those who experienced its unique charm. City is filled with cultural and historical landmarks that live today in the unique symbiosis of tradition and modernity. This apartment is situated within administrative borders of the east part of city of Split, in city district Stobrec. The large sand beach, many sunbathing plateau, the clear and blue sea and the quality of domestic food make Stobrec a beautiful summer resort. We are just 6 km from Split (bus station near the house, buses leave every hour) and 300 m to the nearest beach. It's a sandy and blue flag beach located in the lagoon made by river Zrnovnica delta and Adriatic sea. It is over 400 m long. The beach is equipped with a life guard, facilities for the disabled, showers, children playground, sport facilities, food and drink facilities. There is no danger spots for pedestrians, while the beach is far away from motorways. This lovely 38 m2 apartment, in a newly furnished family house, is composed of: bedroom, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and living room with TV. In front of the Apartment there is a terrace overlooking the garden with table and chairs and a barbecue in the garden where you can enjoy your holiday. Parking place for your car in shade. Ideally placed for holiday in town

The apartment is located in an old, elite, quiet part of town, along the beaches. It’s situated a twenty-minute walk from the port, city center and Diocletian’s palace. It is close to well-known restaurants, tennis courts, marina and promenade along It's renovated and has good heating and parking space. It is a fully serviced apartment , air-conditioning, WiFi Internet, dishwasher, washing machine, LCD television. We offer a fully equipped kitchen, towels, bedding, and all cleaning products.

Apartment Lara 2 Exclusive Centre

The apartment is situated in a quiet, attractive residential area of Split. It is placed on the south side slopes of Marjan hill, only 5 min walk from the old town, Diocletian's palace and Riva city's main promenade, where you can find all the restaurants, bars, shops and nightlife. 20 min walk to the ferry port and the main bus terminal. Large terrace is looking over the sea, islands, yacht marina, and the old town. You can just sit back and relax, watching ships coming and leaving the harbor.

Old town apartment

Guests will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. 1 min from city center, 2 min from Marjan forest park. Harbour is only 5 mins walk for visiting islands. Apartment is finished in 2022. Everything is brand new. In one bedroom there is king size bed and another is two single beds.
