Beach house vacation rentals in Split

Perfect place to spend the last few nights relaxing, but still close to the old town (15 min walk)

The apartment is great size in an amazing and private location. The sea is a second away with crystal clear water to dive into. There is also an outside area which is perfect for barbaque and the place has multiple balconies which all face the sea. The hostess is super friendly and accomodating, they welcomed us with food and were very flexible about our requests. Overall we had a lovely experience and we absolutely recommend this place.

Vercia was very friendly and was super helpful when my plans changed and I had to extend my stay. Lovely place and I look forward to coming back.

Prekrasan pogled na more u mirnom podrucju koji nam je dobrodosao za odmor tako da bih preporucio ovaj objekt jer je u blizini sve sto vam treba,vratili bi se ponovo

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole in questo appartamento. La comunicazione con Mirjana è stata perfetta fin dal primo momento: sempre disponibile e super gentile, ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni di cui avevamo bisogno. L’appartamento, seppur piccolo, è molto confortevole e dotato di tutto il necessario. Abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato il giardino, curato e ideale per rilassarsi. La posizione è ottima: il centro di Spalato è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi e ci sono supermercati e servizi essenziali a pochi metri. Un altro aspetto molto positivo è stata la pulizia, in particolare del letto, davvero impeccabile. Consigliamo assolutamente questo alloggio per chi cerca comodità, tranquillità e un’ottima accoglienza a Spalato!

Fun, quirky, very comfortable place, with more than anything you could require! Excellent instructions, and genuine, warm communication. Nice to come back to after a long day. Very close to everything. Parking an added bonus, just park your car and walk everywhere. So many interesting items to appreciate in the apartment, along with helpful travel brochures.

Wir waren zu 6 und es war genug Platz für uns alle. Die Zimmer sind super schön und alle mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet, die Badezimmer waren super schön und mit Warm Wasser ausgestattet. Eine wunderschöne Küche mit Utensilien zum selbst versorgen, mit Kühlschrank und Gefrierschrank. Anlange hat auch einen Pool und Grill. Zum Vermieter super freundlich ist auf alle wünsche und Anregungen eingegangen, wir hatten unsere Privatsphäre und konnten so gut wie alles machen was wir wollten. Immer wieder

Absolutely stunning. The love put into the Green Dream can be felt both inside and outside. Simply fantastic garden, stunning decor inside. Great for all ages. Easy access to restaurants and Split. The perfect break for our baby’s first trip abroad. The best hosts we have ever encountered on Airbnb, lovely people who make you feel very special and go above and beyond. The house and pool is even better than the photos, we were very comfortable and enjoyed the local area but also benefiting from peace and quiet as the location is secluded. Would definitely recommend.

Wir, eine siebenköpfige Familie, waren für zehn Tage in diesem traumhaften Haus. Wir wurden bei unserer Ankunft herzlich empfangen und haben uns gleich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die beiden Wohnungen, die wir gemietet hatten sind sehr modern, schick und in einem außerordentlich guten Zustand. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut und gastfreundlich. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Was uns Anfangs etwas irritiert hat war, dass die beiden Wohnungen keine Verbindung untereinander haben. Das hatten wir nicht auf dem Schirm, haben aber eine für uns gute Lösung gefunden. Die Lage ist toll, man ist schnell in Split oder in Trogir und alles was man braucht ist in 5-10 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Fußläufig sind auch einige gute Restaurants. Das Meer und eine sehr gute und günstige Bäckerei sind direkt vor der Tür. Insgesamt hatten wir einen wundervollen Aufenthalt und die Kinder haben den beheizten Pool geliebt. Wir können die Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen und würden sofort nochmal buchen.

Wow! A lovely villa, with spectacular views. Inside it is modern, well equipped and very comfortable. The outside area is incredible, with a beautiful pool and lots of space to enjoy the sun. There are views of the sea on one side, and mountains on the other. A very quiet, peaceful and secluded location that is not overlooked. Only the mountain goats can see! A perfect place for couples looking for privacy. Valentino was a wonderful host. Very quick to answer any questions, provide recommendations, and always keen to make sure we enjoyed our holiday. He visited a couple of times to tend to the pool and check we were happy with everything. The only drawback to this place is also the main benefit - its location. It's good to be away from everyone and have great views, but that requires a 10-minute drive along a narrow winding road to get to and from the nearest town. You soon get used to it, and after a couple of days you can tackle it like a local! Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic week at Livia's place. She made us feel very welcome. The house was spotless and as described - the kids loved the pool and the table tennis, they also liked the smart tv in the cool air con when the temperature was too much! Livia gave us great local recommendations and was on hand if we needed her, but also gave us lots of privacy and space. Excellent host. We walked to one local restaurant (Gurman) which was great - but also it was very easy to get an uber into Split when we wanted to be somewhere busier, with more choice of food/activities.

Darko gave us a very warm welcome and was a great host throughout our stay, helping us out with some good tips and always being available if we needed anything else. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. The bed was very comfortable, unfortunately I can not say anything about the sofa bed. The kitchen could be a little better equipped, but you get along well even so. To the beach and to the stores it is about 5 minutes down a fairly steep hill and therefore up again. The neighboring towns of Split and Omis are also highly recommended. I would definitely recommend Darko and his apartment.

Die Vermieter waren sehr nett, haben uns direkt bei der Ankunft durch die Wohnung geführt und Empfehlungen für sämtliche Restaurants und Unternehmungen mitgegeben. Sehr empfehlenswert! Würden jederzeit wieder dort Urlaub machen. Vielen Dank an die Vermieter!

Check-in was smooth and everything was nice and clean in the apartement and we enjoyed our stay there.

It’s a beautiful house with good location. It’s located in a quiet area with lots of trees and fantastic sea views. We had a nice time in this house. Btw, Borna is very nice and always helps us to solve problems in time.

I was extremely pleased with the hospitality and kindness of Magdalena and her family, who live nearby. The apartment fully matches the photos – it’s very cozy, and there’s a great beach just a short walk away, as well as a park where I enjoyed taking walks. Since I prefer to cook for myself, it was important to have a fully equipped kitchen, and this apartment had everything I needed. I truly hope to come back and stay here again one day!

Mladen is a great host and the place is lovely. Incredible location right near the old town / palace, but also secluded with a private outdoor space that is great for siesta. If you are travelling with a vehicle I can't emphasize enough how valuable the parking space is. I live in New York and I thought I understood how difficult it is to find parking, but this is beyond impossible unless you are a local.
