Vacation rentals with a pool in Spanish Springs

The house is very clean and quiet. The bedrooms are spacious with comfortable beds. The surrounding Forrest is beautiful. I would highly recommend.

After quickly working through a couple of issues, Moonis, Ian and the others worked through our concerns and made our stay very pleasant and memorable.

We absolutely loved our stay at Ian’s over Thanksgiving week. All 4 of our extended family groups fit comfortably here and we couldn’t have asked for better ambience and mountain vibes. Every detail is perfect for hosting and relaxing between ski days at Northstar. Our dogs enjoyed the large yard and the neighborhood is beautiful / peaceful for running. The sunroom is also next level. Hope to book again next year.

Our stay at this home was great. The location is great in summer or winter. There is plenty of space to walk a dog right outside the house. The location is right across the street from a great grocery story and the truckee airport. You're down the road from Northstar (you can see it from the front yard). It's a short drive to Truckee through neighborhoods. You *could* walk to downtown Truckee but it's not like a go-grab-food-and-come-back, it'd be a full morning or afternoon activity. We liked the layout of the house and the air conditioning was great during warm summer days.

Fantastic place - very comfortable with everything you could need, beautiful decor. The rental company was very helpful and responsive. Great stay all around.

Very well put together condo. The rooms and beds are nice. The sitting area is comfortable with a nice chair. The condo complex was quiet and neighboring units all seemed to keep to themselves. No issues with noise. Parking will be hard if more than one car. Did have a car break in, but seems to be a random occurrence rather than a bad area, don’t leave anything visible in vehicle.

The stay was great. It was actually better than what we expected. The location was great close to everything we wanted to see. The check in was easy and the service was great. Jeff in front remembered us the next day. It felt very good. The suite was spacious enough for our kids. They loved it. It even has a washer and drier which helped so much with my toddler who is still potty training. It was a wonderful experience. Lori was great and quick to answer us. Great host.

Our stay at Jan's place was perfect for our family. We enjoyed having the living room area that hotels lack, and the Murphy bed and kitchen was nice to have as well for cooking breakfast, etc. Highly recommend.

We stayed five weeks. We were there for medical reasons. The unit is well located, minutes from all major medical facilities, minutes from a wide variety of restaurants and shopping malls. Lots of younger people in building that is very close to the university. The building is older, and all the tenants/residents we met were very friendly. The unit is very well maintained and equipped with all the necessities of home. We are looking forward to staying there again when we return to Reno for the next round of medical procedures.

Grant was a great host. I would recommend him and his place to anyone wanting a great place with a great owner. Thanks again.

The apartment was very easy to find and it was exactly as described in the listing. We needed a temporary living location while moving in to the area. Katrina was a very responsive hostess and we are grateful that her space was available for us to take advantage of. The apartment is very close to downtown Reno so there were plenty of activities for us to participate in and wonderful people that we met while there!
