Great spot, the pool was lovely and the condo was equipped with everything we needed in a party of 4 with two teens!

Our stay in Sanpopo Treehouse was amazing! It was a sanctuary in the jungle!! We loved sitting on our porch and watching all the wonderful bird activity every morning and evening. It was a great location for all the local attractions (Mayan Ruins of Tikal, Cahel Pech, Xunantunich) Hummingbird Highway and Mountain Pine Ridge Forest Reserve. Also close to town-can walk or short drive. Jenny and Peter were super responsive and offer great hospitality! Highly recommend staying here if you visit San Ignacio!

I cannot say enough good things about our stay. Juliette and her husband were so warm and accommodating and responsive to all our queries. They were available for our late arrival and even sorted making sure we had food at the late hour by calling a nearby restaurant and ordering for us. The location is great and the pictures are exactly what you get. So peaceful and a wonderful way to end a day full of adventures in the jungle and our guides always picked us up right there at our cabin. We got the breakfast every morning and HIGHLY recommend doing it! It was always delicious and a life saver! I am still dreaming about Raphael’s hibiscus tea he brews himself. Thank you so much for helping make our stay so special! Oh and the 5 gallon jug of filtered water in your room is such a bonus. They really take care of you here!

Virginia and Ken were the sweetest hosts, Luis was a remarkable manager and they all created the perfect atmosphere while we celebrated our engagement. From the beginning everything went smoothly, we were offered the best excursions with the best guides and (prices), and from the beautiful view (we booked the rooftop suite), the best transportation, Mr.G was a great and knowledgeable taxi driver always going out of his way to bring us to our next destinations with facts about everything. The other best part was our private driver, Lerry! He was such a good vibe and provided lots of informative knowledge about different areas and history of the country. Ive never been to an airbnb who provided room service, this place was beyond exceptional especially with the newly built infinity pool and gym. We highly recommend this spectacular Villa Cayo.

If you are looking for a spacious, clean, beautiful home near San Ignacio, look no further! We were amazed by the view and the breeze the minute we walked in the door and were greeted by Consuelo. We enjoyed drinking coffee with the toucans (and other tropical birds) on the back porch each morning and swimming in the pool after a day of adventure. Our family of 5 had more than enough room to spread out and relax during our time in Belize. We spent a week at Katia’s house and explored ATM cave, Big Rock falls, Rio on Pools, Cahal Pech, Tikal, San Ignacio Saturday market, and zip lining at Calico Jacks. Consuelo made 2 delicious meals for us after a full day of exploring and taught our girls to make tortillas. I wouldn’t change anything about our trip and especially wouldn’t change where we stayed. You will not be disappointed!

Our stay with Julie and Gary was amazing! Not only was the cabana lovely and the view gorgeous, but Julie gave us a personal tour of her amazing community, recommending local places to eat and lots of tips on how to really enjoy our stay. It was an amazing first time experience in Belize! Julie and Gary are lovely hosts and I would 100% stay with them again!

We loved our stay here while in San Ignacio. We only stayed one night on our way through Belize but the home had everything we needed and was exactly as advertised! Make sure to check out the market and Hode’s Place and all the little shops downtown. Great location, 5 minutes from anything you wanna do

This is a great place. Beautifully situated by the river and very well maintained. The kitchen had every amenity needed for cooking, and all the appliances worked great. Olga, the manager, was extremely responsive and helpful, providing lots of local information. The bed is comfortable. There were amazing flower arrangements when we arrived. We felt very well cared for. Note: the cabin is about 15 minutes drive from San Ignacio. The village of Bullet Tree has a good French bakery (!) and a vegetable stand.

Great stay! Carlos was there to meet us upon arrival and quickly showed us around the space. Everything was advertise and we had everything that we needed. The location was fantastic and we were highly recommend staying with Carlos.
