Truly outstanding. Beautiful location, clean and private. Agree with other reviews that a 4*4 is required, but having a security guard escort for the first time made it easy. Can't recommend enough. Julien was great to communicate with. Perfect for our family of 5 ( including 3 teenagers)

I really enjoyed my time here during my stay in Tree Falls, Belize!! The place was exactly as described and came with lots of nice amenities and plenty of things to keep busy. The Airbnb and the property were so cute, I loved it! My favorite thing about my stay here was the outdoor shower!! It was so peaceful and such a neat experience. Kate and her family were not only responsive, but very welcoming to me! I would recommend this airbnb to anyone looking to visit the San Ignacio area. There is plenty to do and its located in a great spot. Kate provided tons of wonderful restaurant recommendations as well as things to do while I was in town. Staying here was a perfect mix of relaxation and being out in nature. I very much enjoyed the morning yoga session, as well as doing an evening spa treatment, and taking advantage of going for a swim in the Mopan River. Such a beautiful spot!

Hands down the best stay during our 1 week Belize trip. Peter is an amazing host, and staying at his Airbnb was a fantastic experience. The atmosphere, plants, animals, all a 10/10. The location is just minutes away walking from San Ignacio city center, which has plenty of good breakfast, lunch and dinner spots as well as tours to the ATM caves and everything the country has to offer. Highly recommend for all the adventurers out there!

My family and I had a great weekend at this home. It was so peaceful and nice. The home is clean and spacious. My 3 younger boys enjoyed the pool. The property manager, Ms. Sonia, was so helpful and friendly! She’s the best! We definitely look forward to staying at this home again. PS. The pictures don’t do justice! This home is gorgeous!!!

I was initially hesitant to book at Rosie's place because it's in a Village, but it exceeded my expectations. It's not far from the capital city Belmopan. The drive to Xunantunich took us about 50 mins max, all other attractions were in a driving distance. The area is peaceful and quiet, with an electric gate and security cameras for peace of mind. The house is incredibly welcoming, and the kitchen is fully equipped for meal prep, plus a washer and dryer for added convenience. The host, Silvia, was warm and kind, greeting us with a fruit basket. Thank you, Silvia and Rosie, for a wonderful stay! I highly recommend Rosie's place—it's worth every penny, and I’ll definitely return.

THIS PLACE IS A MUST STAY!!! --- My boyfriend and I came to Belize for a month-long adventure to seek out local experiences and feel what it would be like to live in the country. When searching for a place to, we wanted somewhere that was centrally located, had "home-like" amenities, and felt locally connected. We aren't into the "resort" scene. We came across Sue's Secret Home and reached out to her - she was kind and responsive from the start. We booked her place for an entire month, and do not regret a single day! Sue and her family were fantastic hosts - she met us personally on day 1 - she showed us where to park and how to get into the apartment. We arrived a bit after dark, and she was kind enough to direct us to a local place for dinner within walking distance. Throughout our stay she provided tips on places to see and how to get there and always greeted us with a smile. The apartment was our cozy homebase. I HIGHLY recommend staying here and would go back any time!

Allan and Maria were very welcoming hosts, waiting for us upon our arrival. The home offered absolutely everything they list and more. You couldn’t ask for better hosts. We have already recommended their home to friends planning a trip to Belize.

Terry's Place is an amazing, welcoming and very spacious home. Terry was there to welcome us in person and had a snack and fresh fruit waiting. Her home is charming and has lots of room to relax. The views from the patios, the colorful backyard and the pool were enjoyed by all of us. The location has amazing views, close to groceries and restaurants, and had all the amenities for us. We loved our stay there and did not want to leave. We would love to stay at Terry's Place again.
