My family and I had a lovely time at Quinta do Vale da Ermida. Very quiet and peaceful location with a stunning view, especially from the pool. Very spacious and equipped with all the amenities we required for our stay. Last but not least, Catarina was always very responsive, helpful, and proactive in her communication with us. Would definitely recommend!

Very well located villa, near the village of Gerês and numerous trails that make up the National Park. It has a phenomenal view of the river. The photographs correspond to reality, house clean, organized and with basic utilities, hairdryer, toaster, oven, microwave. Impeccable swimming pool. Margarida has always been shown to be available to answer questions or to give suggestions, a very fast one. The only problem we had was the existence of ants in the kitchen and bathroom.

Enjoyed a peaceful stay in Esphinhosa. The house is very inviting with plenty of room. Views are amazing with the vineyards across the lane. Virtually no traffic since it is the 2nd last place on the road. A leisurely 5-minute stroll to the little hamlet of Esphinhosa. There's a very small coffee bar & grocery store in town. It has the very basics to get you through. If you plan to make your own meals in the well-equipped kitchen, remember to purchase your groceries on the way. For large luggage, you will want to access the 2nd floor from the back door up the hill rather than using the spiral stairs. Also, Google Maps took us straight through Espinhosa. To squeeze through the houses where R.Direita meets R.dos Valados, we had to fold up the mirrors on our Dacia Duster with likely only 1/2" to spare on either side. Make sure to use Rua Cimo do Povo and follow the signs for Valado Houses. Good local food at Restaurante Pesqueirense in São João da Pesqueir.

great villa with pool, nice area with lots of privacy and close to the bigger cities. Despite the bushfires in the region, we had a great holiday with the family. Olivier is very attentive and helped us where needed. Would definitely recommend this villa!

I think it's one of the best airbnbs I've ever stayed at. Taking care of the details so extreme makes this place a quiet place full of those little details that makes for a perfect stay. Thank you Carla for your kindness and professionalism.

Extremely relaxing locale, with excellent sights, despite having been in bad weather, gave it perfectly to relax. A few brief moments of sunshine helped to appreciate the view more. The jacuzzi also very good in a reserved place, you could enjoy even though it was in bad weather.

We received a warm welcome. The apartment was very clean and the living area was stylishly decorated. The view over the lake was stunning, as was the surrounding countryside. As road cyclists, we really loved the area. The pool was great for post-ride sunny ice baths (in September!). 😉
