House vacation rentals in Southwest Penang Island District

We are a group of 20 pax. The house is clean and spacious . We enjoyed our nights in this big villa. Swimming pool is clean . KTV is function well . Has plenty of games . We definitely will be back again . Suitable for big group gatherings .

This place is very clean … and super nice .. the pool area is beautiful with a view of the city .. we walked into the town each day very walkable .. And the host was so pleasant .. would stay again :)

Perfect Stay for a Group Getaway! We had an absolutely amazing stay at Batu Ferringgi's beautiful home! The house was even better than the pictures—spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed to accommodate a large group. The fully equipped kitchen, large dining area, cozy living room, made it perfect for gathering and relaxing. This home exceeded all of our expectations and made our trip unforgettable. I highly recommend it for anyone traveling with family or a group of friends.

The place was very well maintained, there were simple toys and reading materials that added a nice touch. We had an issue woth the wster supply bit the host was bery responsive in helping us feel comfortable whilst the issue was being remedied. They were so kind to send mineral water and snacks for us as well. The house is very clean and spacious, it was a great place to rest after a long day out and about. The beachfront location was great too, wonderful sunset views and nice eataries within walking distance. Would recommend to big families vacationing in Penang!

Spacious, quiet, comfortable and spotlessly clean, Demi’s flat occupying the top floor of a beautifully restored 3-storey shophouse was the perfect place to call home for our one-week stay in George Town. The flat is tastefully furnished with a comfortable bed (firm mattress and high-quality linens) and sitting area. An efficiently designed kitchenette is well suited for enjoying takeaway meals, and the bathroom is so clean you will think it’s been recently renovated. The location in the heart of the old town could not be better - within easy walking distance of all of the main attractions and so many hawker centres, night markets, cafes and restaurants you will be spoiled for choice. Demi is the consummate host, helpful, friendly and accommodating from the initial contact to departure. We wouldn’t hesitate booking her place again and couldn’t recommend it more highly!

Great place for family stays. Nearby amenities and surau. Also near to airport and other places in Bayan Lepas like Pesta Penang. Had a wonderful time as it was fully equipped with the necessities for family to cook and rest.

This place is really cool, well decorated and renovated. Great location near the heart of Georgetown. Will definitely come back next time we come to town. Also, the host was great, they came to check on us after check in to make sure everything was ok. They also sent us a great list of things to do and restaurants to eat at. Couldn’t be more pleased with everything. Highly recommend!!

This is my second time booking at Ken's house. He is always so welcoming. He is around to welcome and explain to me about the house during check-in time. He was friendly and very accommodating to our needs. The house was at its top conditions, equipped with all necessary amenities. Most of the rooms are with bathroom attached. It's a cozy place. If you have a big family visiting Penang, this house is highly recommended. It is situated at a strategic location, near to town area and Penang Bridge. Lots of restaurants and hawker centres nearby. If you are not planning to tour anywhere in Penang, there's a KTV in the house. You can use it with a minimal fee. Once again, Ken's place is highly recommended.

Great access to a lot of locations

good place to stay and the price so worth it for my 2 night. the house so cozy and all of the room is quite big actually. since we had baby with us so we asked for early check in to the owner. surprisingly he is so responsive, kind and tolerant, he tried his best to let us check in earlier than we supposed to. good service 👍so recommended to you guys out there👍

Helpful hosts and easy to communicate with, we had a great stay at this unit and the bedroom facing the sea was a bonus!
