DeShawn’s place was amazing. Looked exactly like the pictures and the place was clean and stocked well. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting St Thomas.

One of the best rentals we have stayed at! David and Denise were fantastic hosts that thought ahead about every need and amenity. Additionally, the walking distance to Peter Bay was very convenient and provided for excellent snorkeling. We certainly plan to stay there again in the future!

We cannot say enough good things about Ray and Cheri! We’d planned a trip to WI staying at another location, which did not work out, and Ray and Cheri responded right away and let us come early with our things. The place itself is beautiful and spacious. We had plenty of linens and dishes, even an assortment of bug spray and after-sun. It was a great stay! Ray and Cheri are absolutely lovely hosts. They share so much knowledge about the island and the area. We enjoyed hanging out with Ray at Dinghy’s and meeting all of the local characters. Water island is definitely a hidden gem and they made our trip 1000% better. We will definitely be back to stay with them!

Such a beautiful resort! The room was exactly as described! Our room allowed us to have a nice view of the ocean! There was a minor issue regarding the room that was purchased during check in (had nothing to do with the host) but the staff were lovely and sorted out the issue right away! Would definitely stay again!

A wonderful experience! We really loved the forested location. Really enjoyed the patio in the morning and the evening. The birds and other critters make a glorious noise as the sun goes down. The interior of the Captains Quarters was as pictured and described and had all the amenities we needed. Minifridge worked well and we used it to make ice and cold water for our excursions to the various beaches. The coolers and snorkel equipment provided came in handy as well as the really nice beach towels. There is a very nicely curated book case of novels and guides inside. Colette seems to have thought of everything! We even made a dinner out of the snacks on hand since it didn't seem like a good idea at the time to venture out after dark in the car when we got in the first night. You might think it seems remote when you first get there but after a day of driving all over the island, it becomes very familiar quickly. Nothing on St. John is that far away (unless you have to hike there!).

Make sure to call for directions to the house. St Thomas doesn’t do addresses like most people are used to 😊 Clifford was very friendly and helpful. The place was clean, plenty of towels, some soda in the fridge. I am happy to have stayed there.

Would highly recommend . Perfect get away stay & it’s not far from town . Loved every bit of my stay!!!

Been to saint john over a dozen times. This place was one of the very best. Enjoyed coffee, pina coladas, and happy hour on the pleasant, spacious veranda with a view of the sea and sunsets. So very relaxing.

Our stay at Parrots Perch was wonderful. The apartment was very comfortable and clean. The view from the deck was beautiful and we enjoyed spending time out there and playing cards and relaxing. The apartment is equipped with all of the basics you need for a trip to St. John. Thomas was very nice and knowledgeable about the island and quick to respond to our questions! Considering booking their larger space for a family vacation 😊

Carl is the Absolute Best SuperHost that I have ever encountered through AirBnB. His place is so Beautiful and We were able to see the cruise ships and the Gorgeous Waters of Charlotte Amalie Harbor Right from our Balcony. His property is immaculate with a fitness room and 24hour laundry access and even included a miniature golf course. His location is very convenient to Yacht Haven Grande and quality dining where we enjoyed listening to a live band play smooth Jazz for hours. My daughter and I both are avid travelers and we give Carls place an A++++++++

It was really easy to find and the instructions to access to the apt. Quite place, everything you need to make yourself as home. Host always responsive.

Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The rooms and amenities were just as they were in the pictures. I enjoyed the peacefulness and serenity of it while also have lots to do. I would definitely stay here again.

The check in process was easy & the staff was extremely friendly. I got a welcome magarita which was amazing. The room itself was beautiful. I love everything about my stay. Would definitely recommend staying here.
