Vacation rentals with a kayak in Southside

We had a very nice vacation thanks to the BookVi team. The property is actually larger than what the pictures portray. A nice bonus! We arrived late due to a flight issue, Brandon was very communicative with location and entry instructions . The property was nicely appointed on the inside, clean and comfortable. We will be looking to stay at other Book Vi properties for our future vacations!

This place has the view but it’s not an easy drive. A little hiccup in the beginning was generously fixed by Michael in the end and we were ultimately satisfied with our stay. If you’re looking for a place with the best view and privacy, this is the place to be! The rental car is also a must if you’re staying here.

Beautiful place with a beautiful view. Almost everything you need it was there. Loved having a greeter to meet us and then show us how to get to the place. Only lost power twice, once for two hours the other was right before we left. Company was very responsive when we messaged them to let us know it wouldn’t last and if we had problems to message them again. The outside shower wasn’t working due to the salt air. They were by within five minutes of my call and got it working. Just can’t say enough about the beauty of the area end of the home and the great customer service. I loved seeing the sunrise every morning the chickens in the neighborhood and the deer. The stars at night were amazing. I hope we will be back in very near future.

We had the best stay. Brandon and team always reached out to see how they could help to make sure our trip was perfect from beginning to end. Loved the location and nice to have a little private beach all our own. Easy to get into Cruz Bay for restaurants, shopping etc. The house had everything that we could have wanted. Felt right at home. Thank you Brandon and staff.

The place was exactly as advertised. Very comfortable for our group of 4 adults and a five year old. Spacious rooms afforded upstairs and downstairs privacy with short walk around the driveway to the beach. Our last night was saw 3 deer walk across the property and feed right behind the house. Lovely decks and patios. Easy to get to close market and town. Brandon and his team were excellent hosts. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place.

We were sad to leave. Brian's place was exactly as described. As soon as you go through the front door you're met with the peaceful surroundings of the pool & the view. Yes, there's a view where you can see the ocean and St. John. It took us 6 minutes to walk to Sapphire beach and restaurants. There are directions inside the welcome binder. It took us about a minute to walk to the on-site restaurant, Pangea, which was delicious yet $$$. We went to dinner there 3X. It was easy and we loved it. The inside of the condo was spacious, clean, had everything needed if you wanted to cook. Brian connected us with Bernadette who provided provisions for the condo on the day of check in. It was nice to have our snacks and drinks ready on arrival so we could immediately lounge in the pool. This is a great place to relax. On our last day it was overcast with random drizzling so we stayed at the condo. We had sun for the pool & when it would drizzle, we just stepped inside. Loved it!
