Condo vacation rentals in Southport

Shane's place felt like it was home to us. As a family of 5 we fit just right in that place. We've never been here before. And having the quick access to the beach and quick access to surrounding stores. Really made it so easy for us. We would highly recommend anyone to get this Airbnb. It was incredibly good.

This condo was very clean and homey feeling, we felt comfortable right away. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could need, and the bathrooms had plenty of soaps, shampoos, and conditioners. The laundry room was fully stocked, and also had beach towels. The mattresses were very comfortable, too! Everything was as advertised, and we very much enjoyed our stay. We did have some issues with water pressure when using more than one bathroom at the same time, but otherwise, the condo was perfect. At just a 5 minute drive to the beach, 10 minutes drive to Calabash, and 45 minute drive to Myrtle, it was a great location as well! would recommend a stay here.

Overall I loved my stay. I was there for about a month and worked remotely while there. The place has everything you could need for a long term stay. There were 3 large storms that came through during my stay including hurricane helene. Kimberly always sent a message before hand to inform me of storms and that she was keeping an eye on them. The internet was knocked out by one and she provided a new internet service the very next day. There is beach access directly across the road. The only problem I had during my stay was getting there the first day my phone directed me to drive on canal st. You don’t need to and at certain times of the month this road will flood to the point of not being able to drive through. As I’m not from a coastal area this was a learning experience, so for reference you may want to avoid that street.

My family and I stayed at Jeff’s condo for a long weekend at OIB. The location was wonderful with just a short walk to the beach, pools and tennis/pickleball courts! My family had enough space to gather and visit inside and on the condo’s deck. The beds were comfortable and the condo was clean. We would absolutely book another stay here!

Anne's place is wonderful. Perfect view and location on the beach. Beautifully decorated, beach home atmosphere. It is exactly as described. She was a wonderful host, quick in response, helpful suggestions. Great bargain for location and all she has to offer. If I go back to OIB would definitely consider staying there again.

We loved this place! Very cute and perfect for a weekend getaway. The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful! The bed was also extremely comfortable!

We had a relaxing stay! The location is great. Quiet beach area. Walking distance to The Lazy Turtle and KoKo Cabana for beachfront food/drinks. Beautiful sunsets each evening!

We had a wonderful stay at Heather and Simone’s place in Carolina Beach! The condo was super clean, well stocked with everything we needed and located in a quiet neighborhood close enough to all of the CB activities and restaurants but tucked away enough to be away from the crowds. Our toddler had the best time exploring the closet of toys and books that are there for the kids. It kept him entertained all weekend long! That truly made for happy parents. The hosts were responsive and checked on us to make sure we were comfortable! We felt very cared for and safe our entire trip. Check in and check out were a breeze. Some recommendations I would share are getting a seafood boil from Cape Fear Boiling Co. for an at home dinner, taking walks around the neighborhood to enjoy the sites and visiting the CB boardwalk. Malama Cafe for breakfast, Sunny Daze for BBQ & Latella for Gelato were also so good! The place is also only about 25 minutes from Wilmington which is worth the drive!

We had such a great stay here! The place was perfect for us and our dog—super cozy and had everything we needed for a weekend getaway. The location was amazing—literally just a block from the beach like the listing says, and not too far of a walk to the boardwalk either. The house had all the basics (wife thought it was very cute!!) plus some fun extras like board and card games, which was a nice touch. The hosts were great—really clear instructions for checking in and out, and they gave great recommendations for things to do in the area. Definitely felt like it was worth what we paid. Would totally stay here again!

Joe and Michelle are very honest B&B owners, and easy to work with, and the convenience of the place was unbelievable. A Taco place with out-of-this-world tacos was within a stone's throw, and it wasn't crazy expensive and had excellent service. A small shopping center was about one quarter of a mile away with your nostalgic beach stuff and local artist eclectic wear. We also enjoyed the local ice cream and fudge. Of course, the beach wasn't overly crowded and a one-minute walk.

Loved staying here! It was a nice location since you’re far away enough from the nightlife (we don’t go out often) but close enough to nice restaurants that it’s just a walk away. I love being next to the river in the mornings cause it’s always so peaceful. Very clean and exactly as described. Would def recommend!

Precious historical charm! The Airbnb was just as described quaint and charming. I enjoyed walking a short distance to restaurants and the proximity to our wedding venue was perfect. Isabella was quick to respond answering questions and providing recommendations. The porch was peaceful for coffee in the am. Will definitely book again.

Deborah’s place was absolutely stunning! The best part was the balcony overlooking the ocean. It was so peaceful and cozy. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Shane’s condo was wonderful. It was very clean and well decorated. One of the best things was how much he provided in the kitchen. Plenty of spices and other staples. He provided all the every day necessities. The bed and furniture were very comfortable. We would definitely rent this condo again.

Well, the “storm with no name” took over our weather but we still had a great time considering! The place is exactly as described. It’s extra nice being on an end unit btw 😁. We enjoyed the pool the most!

We stayed for a full week and it was perfect! We loved being right there on the water listening to the waves! Beautiful place!

Overall the place was very nice. We liked that it was just a short walk to the beach access and Publix was like 7 minutes away by car. The kids loved the pullout bed. The space was cozy, clean and had plenty of amenities.

THAT VIEW! The moment you walk through the door and the sun hits, you know you're in a great place. The rental was incredibly clean. Furniture, beds, and linens were in great condition & comfy. We encountered little issues that she remedied right away. What to know beforehand? There was construction occurring on the complex during our stay that was so loud from 9-5 that we could not hear each other talk, so we had no option but to leave the condo all day, every day. Sunni was apologetic for not knowing/ informing us that it would be right at our unit while we were there and did help us with a tranquil escape for a morning. We appreciated that kind gesture. You could likely just call Atlantic Towers to find out more info on construction as the on-site staff were also kind & helpful. Overall, Sunni is a great host with a spectacular unit and we would absolutely stay again! P.S. We watched the dolphins everyday, too.

My two friends and I stayed at Nicholas’ place for a wedding in Carolina Beach. The condo was in the perfect location, with ~1.2 miles away from the strip of restaurants, bars, etc. the place was super and clean and had so many amenities readily available. Check in was a breeze, the stay was a blast and the check out was easy. Highly recommend going for a morning sunrise walk, visiting the Fat Pelican and stopping at the local vegetable and fruit stand. The one slight down fall is the amount of stairs when going up to the condo, especially if you are lugging around an oversized suitcase or a lot of groceries; however, the view makes up for the stairs. Thank you Nicholas for an impeccable stay; I will be returning!

We loved our stay and being able to walk to the beach. Our favorite was watching sunset from the balcony.

Brooke’s place is in a perfect location! It’s very close to the beach and other fun stuff to do. It was very peaceful and relaxing vacation spot.
