Great location. Responsive hosts. A very clean and comfortable studio. Some noise from above but not too late at night and they do provide earplugs. Kitchen had the basics, but no cooking oil. We had to buy some at the Trader Joe’s just down the street. We lucked out with a parking spot near the house. Owner provides a code so you can print out a pass prior to your arrival. Area felt safe and was very walkable. Metro and bike stand just down the street. We never used our car during the five days we were there. We would stay here again.

We had a winter visit and despite it being freezing outside the house was nice and toasty and we appreciated the fast hot water for showering. No fenced yard for our dog but it's a nice area to walk around. Central location, close to restaurants. Would stay again.

Zack's place is immaculate, in a great location, and full of small details that made the stay so enjoyable. We are very thankful to Zack for his hospitality. we were traveling with a toddler and when we got there, there were all kinds of treats which was a blessing as we got there late at night. Instructions were very accurate. I followed it every step of way and i could find apt and parking easily. Apt was very clean, cozy , great colors, furniture, appliances all worked perfectly. We checked in around sunset and it was beautiful view and colors in balcony gorgeous . Host was very responsive. Location is great, walkable neighborhood, lot of families and young crowd, loved the lobby, and entrance also the building has been kept in great shape.

Wonderful host—I felt right at home. Had conversation prior to arrival and felt like I knew her very well before arriving. The view was spectacular I could have just sat on the patio and watched the woods and water all day. Was there for a school reunion so I had other activities that I had scheduled. This was by far, the best Air B&B experience I have had. Fantastic host, comfortable, and stunning scenery. I am going to try and revisit soon.

Me and my husband really enjoyed our stay at Alex's great apartment and would not hesitate to book it again. The apartment is well maintained, has some great views of DC, and more importantly very close to the metro, shops and restaurants. The gym in the building and the parking was an added bonus. The building itself is located on a slight hill and there are wonderful side walks, to do that walking exercise. We highly recommend this apartment.

I had a great experience staying at Robin’s place on a solo trip to DC. The apartment was exactly as described and the location was great. Easy walk to the metro and tons of restaurants nearby. Trader Joe’s is close by as are other shops. Would definitely stay again.

We had an amazing time in DC, and Casa Viaggio absolutely did not disappoint. The space was clean, cozy, and incredibly comfortable—both the bed and the pull-out sofa exceeded our expectations for a restful stay. I was initially concerned about parking, but it turned out to be a non-issue thanks to the placard provided, which made it super easy to park nearby without hassle. The location is excellent—just a 5-minute walk to Eastern Market Metro, which made getting around the city a breeze. Plus, since we stayed over the weekend, the open-air market at Eastern Market added such a charming, local vibe to our mornings. There are tons of great food options in the neighborhood, and having a Trader Joe’s just a few minutes away was a huge plus. Angela was fantastic—responsive, thoughtful, and checked in with us to make sure everything was going smoothly. We’ll definitely stay here again next time we’re in DC. Highly recommend!

Just back from a weeks stay at Jill's apartment in Washington . We had a brilliant time , particularly helpful was the additional information on the area , where to eat etc. Chloe's was definitely worth the visit. Everything is easily walking distance from the apartment and just 5 mins to the metro to venture little further afield. The apartment itself was exactly as described and it was helpful to be able to leave our bags on our last day prior to leaving for the airport. Thank you Jill , would highly recommend and if back in Washington would look to stay again.

Theresa place was everything that I needed. I wanted to get away and unplug from my daily stress and Theresa place did that for me. It was raining off and on, but it was relaxing and serene. The view of sun up and sun down was amazing, the water was tranquil as it splashed against the sand. At night it would light up and it was so beautiful looking out the big bay window. I honestly can say by day two, I was wishing I had reserved for more than a week. I’m already looking forward to coming back for another stay. Upon arrival I saw two big cookies waiting for me on the counter, delicious.

We had an amazing stay at Meaghan’s place in Washington DC. It was great to be so close to the Museums and monuments! There’s plenty of electric scooters nearby to hire. It only took me 6 minutes to scoot to Wholefoods. There’s also public bus stops very close. Having a full kitchen was such a bonus for the trip. A real plus for those with allergies who find it more difficult to eat out. Also, we utilised the washer and dryer facilities. Thank you for your hospitality! We hope to see you again!

Nice unit, comfortable and everything we needed for our three night stay in DC. Nice neighborhood and good local restaurants to walk to. A/c worked well, but the condenser is in the unit and LOUD. We had the same issue with the rug being a trip hazard and just removed it from the living room because it was a hassle. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well equipped.

Second stay at Jennifer’s place. It’s perfect for us. Metro is near by. The area is lovely. Safeway just up the road and the best chicken sandwich at Hill East Burgers.

Robert was very responsive to my questions. The location was primo! Quiet & private. Don't miss the poetry fence at the end of the block. There's a grocery nearby, and when we went to restaurants, we'll, the food was fantastic! Gustave Boulangerie had excellent sandwiches, huge quiche, and GREAT pastries. Del Ray Cafe- mmm- French kiss. The recommendations in the guest book were very helpful. And it's very close to DC, so easy to go sight seeing. thank you Robert!

Beautiful and spacious sousterrain. Living room with kitchenette, spacious bathroom and separate bedroom with good bed. Parking with permit on the street, not always in front of the door unfortunately, but doable. Half an hour walk to the Capitol. And the metro station at Union Station is a fifteen minute walk away. We were there the three nights we could stay there very happy!

5 stars all around. My family and I loved this Airbnb. I have a 5 year old and a 1.5 year old and this Airbnb was incredibly easy for us to stay in with them. No worries of the children breaking anything because the space was so baby/toddler friendly. Very accommodating and efficient. Would 100% love to book this place again!

TODD’S is KING! We have been searching for our new home & have stayed in 2 of their buildings. TODDs’ customer service has been fast, reliable & friendly! TODD’s has made us feel relaxed & welcomed during our visits. Our cat feels at home here, too! He has been anxious in other Abnbs, so it’s a great benefit. Their units are clean & stocked with essentials — like bathroom, laundry & kitchen supplies. The bed is super comfy as is the living room couch. The TV is large & U can stream your favorite channels. They even supply a safe — for your valuables — and an ironing board & iron for that quick press! A big closet, too! We have very much appreciated TODD’S staff for many reasons. They WANT to help & they WANT their guests happy. They went out of their way to help us elongate our stay, when we realized we needed more time! They kindly juggled other reservations to ensure we could stay longer. Such a pleasant surprise & experience! We recommend TODD’s highly!

Katie took good care of us from the moment we stepped foot in the Airbnb. She made sure everything was up to par, always offering to help with anything we needed. When she found out we were in town for a funeral, her and her husband gave us a handwritten card sending their condolences. The hot tub was absolutely perfect!!! She had it ready for us when we got there. The house was so clean and had everything we needed, a fridge and even coffee, sugar, and creamer, and water bottles!!! The water pressure was great. The scenery was beautiful. I wish we had another week to stay and relax. The beds were comfy and the place was cozy and quaint. If I am in the area again we will definitely stay here. Thank you Katie soooo much!!! God bless you all!! You made this hard trip so much easier for us. We will never forget it.
