Condo vacation rentals in Southern Indiana

We booked this place for a well needed staycation and ended up not wanting to leave! Clean and very relaxing all for an amazing price. Ryan & Allee were super helpful and answered any questions we had. The parking situation can be a tad difficult to navigate but the hosts gave us a parking guide upon booking which was super helpful once again. The location is next to restaurants and grocery stores and furthermore there’s lots of stuff to do around the area. The next time I need to book an airbnb in Cincinnati I look forward to booking Ryan & Allee’s place!

We have stayed at this property previously and will plan on staying here again. This is a well appointed property in the heart of Mooresville. Communication with Elizabeth is great and she is very responsive to any questions or needs. Thank you!

Place was perfect for 6 adults. Furniture and furnishing were great. Chris was proactive. We did not have any questions.

As former Cincinnati natives, we were happy to return to the city and celebrate the Blink Festival downtown. Martin was very proactive and thorough with his communication throughout our stay. The apartment is located in a great part of OTR with Washington Park, Findlay Market, and the FC Soccer Stadium all in close proximity. We enjoyed our stay!

This was the perfect place for our group that had mixed needs. Being able to park so close and be near so many central things while having private space within our group but still being close to each other was just perfect. We’re grateful for the timely responses. The communication was exceptional. Everything was clear and easy to follow. The extra blow up mattress was used and was very comfortable, too! Thank you so much!

We have been staying at different Airbnb's around the country for years and this particular house ranks up at the very top..... including houses in South Dakota, Florida, North Carolina and Hawaii. In this particular area (Nashville IN) we have stayed at one house for 30 plus years (way before airbnb) and have recently had to find a different "get away spot" for this specific weekend in December. We had doubts about changing locations after so many years and we are completely in love with this place. We will definatley be back at this location again and again.

This is our second stay at Austin’s place and it didn’t disappoint. Great atmosphere and lots to do in the neighborhood. Will definitely stay again if we are back in Indy!

Our visit to Louisville was terrific and this condo is the ideal place to stay. The location is 5-10 minutes from everything Louisville has to offer. Rabbit Hole Distillery right across the street, great restaurants and bars just steps away! La Bodegita de Mima has the best Cuban food anywhere outside of Miami! Sophia was a great host and worked with us when our plans changed due to the weather. The condo was immaculate, the bed was comfy, everything was easy as can be. We highly recommend this place when your travels bring you to this great town!

The Hosts were responsive with any and all questions and helped work out an early check in. I am very happy with my stay at this air bnb. It was clean, well decorated and right above Findlay Market which is such a fun walk through location of shops, food, and music. We were also minutes from downtown. I found the price to be well worth the experience. I plan on visiting again in the future! ☺️

We had a great stay! Robby’s place was just as pictured, with a huge selection of games. The location was convenient and walkable for all we wanted to do. Robby was so responsive and helpful. Would definitely come back!

Dina was an amazing host & this is probably one of our top 3 favorite rentals we've stayed in while traveling! It was incredibly decorated & very well stocked for our stay. Location was also wonderful. We parked for the weekend & walked everywhere. Dina also provided very helpful recommendations for food. I'd give Dina & this unit 10 starts & we'll be back!

Enjoyed staying at Samantha’s place! Walking distance to several locations in otr. Short drive to madtree brewing and kenwood mall. The number on the outside of the gated alley you need to get in is 313. I got there late after it was already dark so had a slight delay locating the correct entrance but soon figured it out. There are parking meters located just outside the gate you need to enter. You can pay at the meter or use the passport parking app. Parking was free from 9pm until 9am. I used the app to pay for the time that I was parked there during the day. The lockbox is located inside the gate once you have buzzed through using the keypad. If you turn around once you are inside the gate and are looking at the back of the gate, the lockbox will be on your left.* The home was clean and stocked with appropriate amenities. The keurig came in handy. Love the tall ceilings and the overall aesthetic. Would definitely stay again in the future when planning a trip to OTR.

Rod was an amazing host. Very responsive and helpful. He accommodated my less than ideal schedule with crazy check in and out times. Also the space was prestine! it had a warm and cozy feel for a loft and everything you could need. highly recommended and I will use his space every time I am in the area!

She was very helpful and very informative. I felt comfortable as soon as she replied. She made my nerves instantly go away. I get home sick easy and I was perfectly fine !

We had a wonderful stay at Kathy’s place. It was very clean, organized, cozy, and nicely decorated. The view off the screened porch is beautiful-especially in the fall. Kathy was responsive and flexible. We were visiting for an IU football game weekend so we didn’t get to spend as much time relaxing and enjoying it as we would have liked. Will definitely stay here again when back in the area!

Lovely little hideaway with a beautiful outdoor area overlooking the city. Close to local establishments and walkable neighborhood.

I’ve stayed at a lot of Airbnbs in my time, and this place was easily the most “at-home” I’ve felt! Margie’s home had everything you could think of and more. The space was clean, neat and very cute! And they were WONDERFUL hosts, offering every possible amenity you could think of. The bar cart, tray of snacks and full fridge were just the perfect touch. We’re not staying anywhere else in Indianapolis.

Very nice place to stay. This condo is cozy feeling with spacious rooms and all amenities readily available. Street parking was easy to access even late into the night. We traveled far to this town for a concert and felt very safe in this neighborhood yet close to downtown locations. Noted in description is the foot traffic upstairs, not excessive but can be heard. This did not affect our stay. We found this condo last minute due to a cancellation out of our control and this host was very helpful and welcoming. Also very quick to respond to all questions. Highly recommend.
