We had a great stay in Southhampton, flat was in a great location and super close to the train station.

Myself and my friends are so happy with the opportunity to stay at this place. It was comfortable and felt like being at home. Even though we didn’t spend that much time in the accommodation it still felt like a place you can call home. One thing I would say that we all agreed on was the flexibility of the heating could be better but overall it was a lovely stay.

Had a lovely stay. Lovely apartment perfect for 2 couples with 2 bathrooms. Very clean and in a great location with lots of nice restaurants a short walk away.

the place is wonderful, gound floor with easy access, parking spot is behind the building with small trail lead to the front door. flat have large living+dining room, 1 twin room and 1 twin with toilet. Kitchen with all you need, stove, oven, fridge, washing machine and a dishwasher, just had to bring your own pods/washing detergents the only down side is near a busy road so traffic noise can be noticed, but not too disturbing. overall a lovely place to stay

Our second home in Southampton...was as comfortable and cozy as ever. This is our 3rd time staying at David's flat. It has easy access to local hospital. Thanks so much for your responses, early check-in etc. Super host!! All the best Marie & family

A really really nice apartment. It contained all we needed. Very clear instructions from Eva on how to find it and what to do when checking out. The apartment is located 3 minutes away from the busstop, so getting around was also very easy. Definately a place to recommend 😀👍

Samuel was a great host, communicative and quick to respond to any messages. Gave top tips for places to visit and was very helpful also, can’t find a fault! Plus being a 5 minute walk from the station its an ideal commute to the city centre.

Stayed for a month and it was a perfect home away from home, exactly what I was looking for. A very well looked after apartment with everything you need to live as expected, especially for such an amount of time. Receives a lot of light which makes the living room especially very nice to be in. Open plan, spacious and cosy. Great heating and lovely view. A very fresh, comfortable and positive space. Kitchen very well equipped, in general has a lot of misc items so you're never really lost on needing anything extra. Beautiful surroundings with trees and a lot of green, quiet and peaceful area. Easy to park a car, easy to access and very close to amenities. Very fast wifi ~500mbps up and down, which I needed for remote working and plenty of desk/table space. Would highly recommend for any short or long stay when available as it simply has everything you need.

Very easy to find and get into only potential issue is the car park as the space is quite tight however I was made aware of that before hand and that was fine for me

This was a spontaneous trip with my boyfriend for our 10 year anniversary! Let’s just say, it did not disappoint! The bath was a lovely touch. Didn’t use hot tub but it was all turned on ready (easy to turn off) and the heater was turned on in the property - making a welcoming entrance. Such a great concept, we will be back!

Beautiful apartment in a great location. Glorious sea walks, a few good pubs dotted about but honestly, the apartment is so gorgeous why would you want to leave it! Jemma was a great host. Helpful and receptive. Checking in was easy. Thank you for having us Jemma!

A fabulous place! I stayed with my wife and two children (4 and 2) and couldn’t recommend it more. The accommodation was perfect, it’s private, quiet, clean and has everything you need. A well organised pool house, with a kitchen and clean amenities you need. The pool and hot tub was a great addition that the children loved. The house is set in a quiet residential area that was perfect for exploring Winchester and Paultons/Peppa Pig World. Stephanie and her husband were attentive, polite and communicative if we needed anything. Made the 3 nights stay very easy, enjoyable and relaxing. Highly recommend.

Thanks so much Pamela & Kelly for hosting us - we loved our weekend away, despite the terrible weather!! Pamela’s place is really cosy, was great to have the hot tub, and we had everything we needed for cooking dinners etc! We had all the essentials waiting for us when we arrived- including tea bags, milk and cake!! Massively appreciated, especially after a long drive. Would definitely visit again :)

After being let down on New Years Eve by someone else we booked Jonathan's place with less than 24 hours notice. He was extremely helpful and really flexible. We checked in early and also had a late check out at no extra cost. The apartment is clean, and big with care and attention to the decor. The hot tub was excellent. Jonathan was really responsive to a few questions we had and it made a real difference to have the personal touch instead of a faceless booking agent. The location is superb, shops one way and beach the other. We will most definitely be back.

Great place for the night. Quiet, clean and spacious

I wish all Air BNBs were as clean, pristine and had such lovely home from home touches. Fantastic hosts, loved the hot tub. Great for 1 or 2 people. Tesco Express, pharmacy, Lidl abd a few local shops within close driving distance. Quiet area, occasional planes from Bournemouth Airport. Looking forward to staying with them again. Ty.

Perfect location, very helpful host, would highly recommend for couples to explore the Island, and of course the bonus of use of the hot tub. We will return next time we are on the Island without the family. Thank you
