We had a great stay at Antonio’s house. The place is very private and great to relax in the middle of busy São Paulo. Having Duda, who is the housekeeper, present was also very helpful since we were a large group. The location is also really good and close to shopping malls and trendy areas easily accessible by uber.

The house is huge, the space is wonderful, super comfortable and cozy. It is an old house, but several improvements have already been made, and this older air gives an extra charm in the context of the house. The accommodation was super quiet, Luciana is very organized and requests, I was really impressed with the entire organization in sending the instructions, house information, location indication and etc. An excellent host! The neighborhood is very quiet, has some options of places around which you can reach on foot and it was a great spot for our group to move from Uber as well. The stay was great, and with excellent cost-benefit!

Leonardo from the first contact demonstrated good communication. He managed to relax our check in and checkout without any obstacle. The accommodation is the same as the photos, well-maintained, clean, and very well-equipped apartment, it served us 100%. In addition, the apartment is located inside a new condominium, super preserved, and very safe, with security in the ordinances and a team of super-solicited employees. The location has several markets and shops around it, making it easier for those who want to eat in the apartment. I will definitely return more often when I go to work in the region of Brás.

One of the best Airbnbs I've ever stayed in in São Paulo! The hostess Anahy was extremely polite and attentive from the first contact, always available to answer questions. We had a small setback during the check-in, but it resolved immediately, demonstrating a lot of efficiency and concern for the well-being of guests. The apartment is impeccable and super cozy – we fell in love with the photos, but by seeing it in person, it exceeded expectations even more. The location is great, with easy access to the subway and easy availability of Uber nearby. No doubt when I return to São Paulo, I will stay again. I highly recommend!
