Before closing the reservation, Antônio has already responded to us very promptly. The house is a dream, wonderful! It is difficult to list all the qualities, but very easy to say that we were very happy during our standard. Not to mention the attention of Dudha that supports Antônio with the house, super cordial, served us very well! Of course, we will be looking for new occasions to come back more often.

The house is huge, the space is wonderful, super comfortable and cozy. It is an old house, but several improvements have already been made, and this older air gives an extra charm in the context of the house. The accommodation was super quiet, Luciana is very organized and requests, I was really impressed with the entire organization in sending the instructions, house information, location indication and etc. An excellent host! The neighborhood is very quiet, has some options of places around which you can reach on foot and it was a great spot for our group to move from Uber as well. The stay was great, and with excellent cost-benefit!

very nice locale, had everything I needed, and it was 4 blocks from Allianz Park, where I went to the show. Super tranquil, I walked to the show and came back, well located, with bars and restaurants nearby. cozy, clean and well-equipped apartment. Hot water with gas heater. staff of the cordial building. I recommend.

The stay was great, being able to count on laundry and market within the condominium was a wonderful plus. Although small, which was already expected, the apt holds everything we need to spend the week. In addition to Regina's quick responses, the condominium employees were extremely friendly and helpful.

First, thank Anahy for the reception, kindness and agility of Anahy in assisting us by answering everything and left clear instructions on everything we needed. The apartment is beautiful and very cozy. We felt at home. All according to the photos and instructions. All very clean. It exceeded expectations. There was still a parking space. The Condominium is great, very safe and has an amazing pool! On the main road of the condominium has nearby groceries, one of them 24h which was very helpful. The location is good, one of the exits of the building is almost at the door of the train station. We were very close to everything, 25 minutes away from almost all the city sights. We travelled to a concert in Barra Funda, Alianz Park. We went by subway to avoid traffic and returned from uber - it was very simple! Deu wanted to stay a few more days, so in love we were. hopefully back. Once again I thank Anahy! Excelente - nota mil!

Thank you very much Giovanni for all your support. The place is just as it looks in the post. I really like that it's close to the most important places in São Paulo. Also, the building is very quiet and safe. I also had editing staff support during my stay. I highly recommend it.

I only had a problem checking in, but it wasn't the worst cause of the host, but the building that was without internet and the doorman couldn't verify my data, and they left me waiting on the street for a while. But when I contacted the host I was immediately answered, and they called the building to authorize my entrance. Other than that, everything was great.
