This place is peaceful, quiet, and a great view of the lake! Enjoy your coffee (or choice of drink), watch nature, or even walk next to the lake. The house had what we needed for cooking, watching tv, and even a guest house next to it to bring family. I recommend this place to anyone wanting to get away! Nancy is responsive, caring, and takes good care of this house!

Great little apartment, exactly as described. Very clean, and had everything that we needed. Close to the main part of town, but feels like you are out in the countryside. Very peaceful. Hoping to be back next year.

Gameroom | Fire pit | Bar | Shopping | Swamp Tour

Our family of 6 really enjoyed this house! We were able to cook meals comfortably, the appliances all worked perfectly and the furniture was so comfortable. Nice neighborhood to walk in the mornings and great game room for families to relax together. Responsive host! Would return to this house again and whole heartedly recommend to friends.

Ashley, thank you so much for sharing your place with us for a few days! My kids and I had such a terrific time! We were able to spend lots of time together, play games, fished (and caught) from the bank, we even swam right out front. The home included everything we needed plus the added bonus of good wifi!!! We will be back!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The surroundings from the back are beautiful - right on the water. We loved the covered carport for our cookout, the covered patio for gathering outdoors, and the firepit for our nightly campfire. There were plenty of chairs on the patio and some to use around the firepit. I can't tell you if the TV works because we never turned it on :^).

Alissa was a great a host. She was very attentive when I had any questions about the rental property. Quick responses to my questions as well. The property was very clean and maintained. Will definitely rent again from this host and 100% recommend her and her properties. Best host I’ve experienced using Airbnb.

This was our first time visiting Toledo Bend and we were more than excited. Mr David is the perfect host! He communicated with us to ensure we understood everything. He was the perfect host!! He definitely made us feel like family ! He checked on us to ensure we had ever needed. His guesthouse is pristine!! It has everything you need to have a wonderful stay!! We will definitely be back!! If I could give him 10 stars I would!!

Brenda greeted us upon arrival and showed us the room which was excellent. It reminded us of rooms in which we stayed when touring Europe--a cozy efficiency flat. It was ideally located for our purposes. Very quiet at night for a good sleep. We enjoyed it.

Toledo Bend Lake Hotel room with mini kitchen.

The place was very clean, beds were comfortable beds, friendly owner, very helpful for picking out dinner. The location is very peaceful. Great fishing or just bird watching. I appreciated the coffee. They offer breakfast and lunch for a fee . They also have a little convince store.

This suite was absolutely worth every bit! It was truly so perfect, cute, and cozy. There is absolutely nothing negative to say! Peggy & Josh were great at communicating as well. I would recommend this place without a doubt. I will definitely be staying here again!

We needed a quiet get away in the middle of no where and that is exactly what we got. It was peaceful and nice right in the middle of the country. Rich was incredibly helpful and responsive. Perfect find for our last minute getaway after Thanksgiving. Very clean and inviting and just what I needed while working some zoom calls while there. The internet was very reliable. Easy to get in and out of. Super happy with this choice of stay! Owner was wonderful to coordinate with.
