Brian was an amazing host!! He was kind, informative, and so helpful! We stayed at his Zen Garden home, which is truly one of the best decorated homes I’ve ever seen! It snowed on our last day, and Brain shoveled us out himself! He even wiped off my car!! 10/10! Stay at this Zen garden and will not be sorry!

Jody's place was amazing. She's very friendly and proactive in providing advice. The place was exactly as described in the pictures. We loved it and will definitely be back!

The house was lovely and very clean and Piotr was an excellent host and even met us at check in to show us around. There are 4 bedrooms and each bedroom has its own bathroom which was very convenient for us. The kitchen was well stocked and It was very comfortable stay for my family of 7 adults and two babies and two dogs. One bedroom is on the main floor and two bedrooms are on the walkout lower level and one bedroom is on the upper floor. To get to the upper floor there is a steep winding staircase that wasn’t an issue for us, but I would not recommended it for small children or toddlers. The outdoor hot tub was a nice addition.

Ethan and Wray are excellent hosts. The house is beautiful, and the location is near some spectacular sights. A wonderful place to stay.

Had such a lovely experience at the Wandering Peacock! We went for a girls' weekend and the place was great. We figured out how to work the sauna quickly, and it was perfect for a winter weekend in the snow! The hot tub took us two attempts to fire up correctly but all in all it was a fun activity to figure out as a group. (We didn't try the pizza oven.) The house itself was perfectly warm and super cozy. Abigail was very communicative and accommodated our travel schedule and any questions we had wonderfully.

Beautiful place, amazing view Very clean, Charlotte was very responsive, you are right above the horse stables very cool. You can uber to Downtown only 5 minutes away. Kitchen had everything you need. Would deff recommend

I chose this lovely home to host a teacher training gathering for a few days after a conference in the area. It was a perfect size for our small group. The barn acted as a nice meeting space, and felt spacious with the big doors open! The home is tucked away on some beautiful land, with a waterfall and a pond in walking distance. Cool art all around and eclectic furniture. Would highly recommend!

Perfect location — it’s directly in the middle of Minnewaska State Park and downtown New Paltz. Stargazing in the hot tub was a perfect way to relax after a long hike.

Cozy place to stay. Fun to see the farm animals and convenient with farm stand/restaurant on the premises.

The Woods House was even better than the photos and description make it out to be. The location was perfect- close proximity (10-15 minutes) to nearby towns, but far enough away that it felt secluded and peaceful. There are tons of good restaurants in the area along with great hiking. The home itself was sparkling clean when we arrived and was super cozy. We particularly enjoyed the wood stove, the beautiful tile shower and the kitchen. The appliances and cookware were modern and clean, and the kitchen was stocked with any and all tools you would need to cook a meal. The loft bedroom was beautiful as well, with huge windows looking out to the forest. We received a significant snowfall on our third night at the house and it was a beautiful scene. Despite the large amount of snow, the driveway was plowed and the walkways were shoveled by early the following morning, which we were extremely grateful for! We enjoyed our winter getaway immensely and would recommend it to anyone!!

Peter's place is THE perfect stay for a couple (plus dog) planning a visit to Rockland County. The cottage is extremely clean and incredibly cozy. The surroundings are beautiful, with the property well set back from the road and bordering Harriman State Park. Suffern and its restaurants aren't far and there's easy access to the Palisades Parkway to go anywhere else nearby. I grew up in the county and visit my parents on a regular basis. Any time I can't stay at their home, Peter's place will be my go-to from now on.

Traveled back to this area for several New Year’s celebrations. Extremely convenient to Buttermilk Falls Farms and nearby restaurants. Will stay here again in the future.

Absolutely amazing place. So full of charm , perfect for 2 or 3 and comfortable for 4. I loved how it was decorated , Jennifer definitely took her time to make this place unique and peaceful. Would 100% stay here again and recommend it to anyone !!!!

This home exceeded my expectations! It definitely felt home away from home, sally was absolutely amazing and helpful! We slept so comfortably. Wish we could’ve stayed longer, we definitely will keep this place in mind when we come back!

I had a great stay here and the place felt like home immediately. There was a lot of space for my dog to run around as well. Everything was very clean and organized. There was noise through the apartment as per previous reviews as there are other people living throughout the house, but it is something I did not mind at all, especially since I had my dog with me.

We absolutely loved our stay here! We brought our dog, and he spent hours gazing out the beautiful windows into the serene backyard, where we spotted birds and even some deer wandering by. The property was stocked with everything we could need, far beyond what we've experienced at any AirBnB. It was impeccably clean, incredibly comfortable, and so peaceful. Plus, it’s centrally located, just minutes away from great restaurants. Susan was communicative and made the check-in and check-out process super easy. We would definitely stay again!

This was our second time back to the pool house and it was amazing, again. We thinks of everything to make you feel welcome. Milk and eggs in the fridge. Muffins and croissants waiting for you. Pristine home. Fully stocked kitchen. I was even able to host a few family members for Christmas dinner and had everything I needed to make a lovely dinner. We also travel with two dogs and Sue is so accommodating, making our pups feel right at home. Thank you, Sue, for making our holidays away from home so peaceful and enjoyable.

This was our third stay at Marybeth's, everything was great, as usual. The unit is spacious, clean, and very conveniently located.

I had a lovely stay at Sherrill and Clark's! I stayed for a month while working a job in the area, so I wasn't around much, but the space was a very cozy and homey place to come back to at the end of each day. Sherrill and Clark were very kind and welcoming. The bed was big and comfy! If you live in a city and need some time away New Paltz is adorable. Being from Chicago, it was a great change of pace.

Our 2nd stay at Elizabeth’s house and it was as nice as our last visit. Our kids love exploring the home and property which has a wonderful view. The kitchen is well appointed for cooking. We especially enjoyed the stone fireplace to relax after skiing. Would highly recommend!
