Beautiful home, clean and great location to enjoy all that Grafton has to offer. All the supplies you would need in this home. All beds were full mattresses.

After having a recent bad experience with another Air BNB property this place was awesome. dawn was an amazing host. We will stay gain if we are in the area.

Great location close to downtown old St. Charles (walking distance in warmer months, not so much in the colder month). Beautifully decorated and kept very clean. Absolutely loved the sunroom off the back, spent a lot of family time there.

Amy thought of everything you might need and then some! The location was great, very walkable, even in the off season. Host was very communitive and easy to get ahold of. The place looked exactly like the photos. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place for family or two. Great location, alot to do in area especially if you are an outdoor person. there are however, alot of steep stairs, so this could be rather difficult for some, but the place was great,very clean and accommodating. The downstairs game area was fantastic for our family to gather, play games and eat. this was great for a rainy day. there are several nice outdoor sitting areas to gather and enjoy. we will definitely consider staying here again. The host Brandon was great. check in and out was great.

A great house for our wedding stay for a family member. Spacious enough for all to have privacy when needed, and common areas were large and roomy. Would definitely stay again in the future.
