The location was great! A few blocks and you were right on Michigan Avenue with all the shopping and restaurants.

Kasa was the perfect choice for our stay in Chicago! The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and provided a safe, comfortable atmosphere where you could truly enjoy the city. The added bonus of a nearby dog park made it even better. The location was ideal for our itinerary, with Millennium Park and Navy Pier just a short distance away. For dining, Paizans Pizzeria was a highlight—just two blocks from the apartment. Their diverse menu offered something for everyone in our family, from salads and pasta to BBQ ribs and burgers. It was the perfect spot for a delicious meal. Thank you, Kasa, for such a wonderful experience! Highly recommended—we’ll definitely be back!

The quiet of the unit surprised me since it is so close to the CTA Blue line at Damien station. It is super close to Wicker Park restaurants, cafes, and clubs. There were a couple of nights when loud music from a nearby club was disturbing but otherwise it was very quiet. Jason himself is very solicitous, helpful and interesting. He really enjoys meeting new people. It is extremely helpful having a space in the back for a car. And having a washing machine and dryer right in the unit itself was very nice. I recommend the place highly.

well where im gonna start first i can say everything is positive did not have any issue of any kind we are familly of 6 and we loved it big clean wonderfull kitchen and bathroom's no stair's big plus specially if u have lot of baggages entrance right of the street +plus indoor garage at the building thats big plus We didn't use our car after parked there cuz bus stop is only about few steps from the house to go chicago downtown peacfull and quite area we loved it 100% if i ever return to chicago will defintley return ok now Cons that's the part didn't wanna talk about ......ops yes is true there is no negative about sergi or his place everything went smooth verry fast responsif host keep up the good work will comeback 100%

Lovely spacious apartment, we were in Chicago for the marathon and this place was perfect. Travelling downtown was really easy on the blue line. Great host and great communication, thank you!

Amazing views in a great location

I'm disabled and use a rollator. I always have to message hosts to see how accessible the place is since I can do a few stairs, etc. Lindsay quickly responded to my messages even before I booked her room and provided me with all the info I needed. Her apartment is very clean. Our bedroom was a good size for my friend and I. And her current foster cat was a delight. For people wondering about accessibility, there are probably 8 or so steps in the back to get to the landing where the door is. Then there's the threshold to get into the door. Once inside, the space is very open so I didn't have any problem getting my rollator to my room. There was normal city noise from the El and construction outside but nothing unexpected or disruptive. Overall, a nice, clean room in a nice, clean apartment near where I needed to go.

The home was comfortable, felt safe, and cleaned well. Yahya’a instructions were clear and easy to follow. It was a decent two- night stay.

We stayed for the weekend to visit family for Christmas. There were a total of four people in the house, including myself, husband, and two children. Michael was very responsive on messages, and was willing to allow us to check in early, as we were coming from Cincinnati. The check-in process was seamless, and was very thorough, including pictures of the step-by-step instructions to get in the building. The building felt safe, with several locked doors. The parking was nice to have in the back, making it very private and safe. Again, Michael was a fantastic host, and made this trip more enjoyable.

Great apartment with just the things you need for your stay. location was great as we could walk to McCormick place easily. Easy Uber access to downtown as well. Milan was super responsive for anything we needed as well.

Great studio apartment with very friendly neighbors in a great neighborhood with amazing restaurants. Walking distance to Andersonville, a neighborhood with antique book stores, oddity shops, enough to keep you busy all day. Perfect location. I will stay there again.

Curtis’ place was just what we were looking for while visiting our daughter and son-in-law, who live in the neighborhood. We found it to be clean, comfortable, and quiet. Very walkable and safe. Great proximity to Scofflaw and other cool establishments!

Jillian's home is the ideal place to stay for a visit to Chicago. The neighborhood is phenomenal and has multiple restaurants, bars, shops, stores, and public transportation options, all within walking distance. The home itself was immaculate and extremely well-appointed. The beds were very comfortable, and the bathrooms were stocked like hotels would be. The rooftop is phenomenal, particularly in the summer when we were there. There's a TV, bar, grill, and even a basketball goal that I enjoyed with our 10-year-old. This is, without a doubt, where we would stay upon a return trip to Chicago.

Thank you for a great stay, only wish I had more time to explore. Great location, close to everything!

This place is a gem. It is clean. It’s on a quiet street close to many restaurants and bars that are walking distance. The hosts are super nice. They are very responsive and flexible. It has a fully stocked kitchen and lots of extras including other items that a family with young children would appreciate. Two notes to be aware of 1. The blinds in the front of the house on first level and basement do not close so you can see in the home at night. 2. The home is actually 3 bedrooms, not 4. It states that in the description of you read it carefully (I did not). I figured the blowup mattress had its own room. There is a very nice full basement but since the front blinds do not close, I would not consider that a sleeping area. Overall, would recommend this place and stay here again.

Connor's place ended up being the perfect spot for a sister's trip! It is incredibly close to the O'Hare airport and it's about 45 minutes from all the places we wanted to visit downtown. The house is very nice (clean, updated, plenty of space) as shown in the photos, and the neighborhood is quiet. The driveway and garage combo was really nice to have so we didn't have to try to park on the very full street! This is not a huge thing just something to note, but we could sometimes hear the downstairs tenants very early in the morning. Overall we really enjoyed our stay, Connor was very kind in his messages, and we would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to visit Chicago!

The neighborhood was serene, and the house was a relaxing retreat with everything you could need. The amenities were top-notch—fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, work out room, comfortable beds, and a lovely outdoor space to enjoy the fresh air. The location is ideal if you want to explore Chicago but come back to somewhere tranquil at the end of the day. The host was amazing and very responsive, ensuring everything went smoothly. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a restful stay near the city!

I can’t recommend Josh’s place highly enough. The location is perfect for first-time or long-time visitors to Chicago, as it’s in the heart of Andersonville (within walking distance to tons of excellent local bars, restaurants, and shops) while also being close to busses which will take you downtown. The house itself was extremely spacious, clean, and comfy. The hot tub worked perfectly, street parking was free and plentiful, and Josh was a responsive, friendly host. This listing is perfect for a large group (there were 9 of us in town celebrating Christmas early)- we would love to stay here again someday!
