Vacation rentals with beach access in South Lake Tahoe

This view can not be beat! The photos really don’t do it justice. Very spacious and peaceful. Had a great week away with beautiful surrounding. Perfect for a couple with their dog. Great parking and close to Palisades Tahoe. Would definitely book again.

Missy and Sandy’s place was perfect! They were flexible with check in and made us feel very welcome. It was a well appointed place that was comfortable for us, two couples. The hot tub was great after a day of skiing! We’d love to go back.

Very convenient location, cozy room, and communicative host. The space was exactly as advertised. I would recommend bringing your own cooking basics(there are plates/pots/ect but no salt for example) and toiletries (eg shower was stocked with shampoo and hand soap but not body wash) but the Safeway is very close if you forget anything.

Mark and Lisa's place is everything they said it would be and more! Our favorite part was the private hot tub with the beautiful views. Absolutely unbeatable! Their place had all the necessities and was close to all of the local attractions. We would absolutely visit again and recommend this place to others! You can't go wrong with Mark and Lisa's place!

Incredible 180 degree views of Lake Tahoe in a rustic 1938 built house. Absolutely charming with the necessary upgrades. We enjoyed that the TV was in a room other than the main living space. It will be an experience we will always cherish with kids and grandkids!

We had a wonderful stay. The house is as beautiful as it looks in pictures, with a beautiful view of the lake. It was extremely clean and well stocked with supplies. Linda was a very communicative host and provided clear and detailed instructions for our stay. Would highly recommend!

My family had so much fun visiting Ellen’s cabin - the house was great! Location was perfect, and the house had everything we needed. Ellen was super communicative and helpful throughout our stay. Would absolutely stay here again!

This property is great for a party of 8-10. There are 2 full kitchens, plenty of bathrooms, and large common areas. As listed in the description, and confirmed by the host, 4WD/AWD vehicles are an absolute must. The road in and out of the property is very steep. It is fine if you take your time on the way down, and maintain momentum on the way up. This is the only feedback I can share that’s not 100% positive. Would stay here again!

Perfect getaway for a 4 day week-end. Easy to access and plenty of space for the 5 of us. We loved our stay and would highly recommend.

My family and I had an excellent stay at this place. We found it really clean and spacious and had all the amenities we needed. The host was also very responsive and helpful. The location is private but yet closeby to the lake area, casinos and ski-resort.

Would definitely recommend and would stay here again! Easy to find, had everything we needed, 5 minute walk to the Gondola. What I'd want to know: • Super easy walk to the Heavenly Gondola, 5 min, even with ski boots on • Had a hot tub that easily fit 5 of us • Stocked with everything we needed for cooking • Huge TV to binge Severance • Fan in every room if you need the white noise • Definite winner if you've got 5-7 people, can probably fit more, but it fit 5 perfectly with some open top bunks • Feels a little older, but in great shape, super clean, no complaints. And Eddie the host is fast to respond and easy to work with. A+ stay! Eddie is the guy!

We had an amazing stay at Kathy's place with our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 little kids) for ski week, and we can't wait to come back! The location is perfect with only a 15 min drive to Palisades, and restaurants/groceries/shops close by in town. The condo is quite large with lots of space for our kids to play when we got snowed in one day. Kathy is very thoughtful and proactive, she reached out immediately for support when the power went out and gave us constant updates so we knew when it would be coming back on, and where we could find everything we needed until it did (flashlights, lanterns, etc.). We have stayed at a ton of different Airbnbs in Tahoe and this is currently our favorite!

This was a perfect spot for our skiing getaway! It was very convenient having a kitchen and two bathrooms, and we loved proximity to Incline village town as well as nearby ski resorts. The wine and homemade lemon loaf were very appreciated too! Thank you Tom for a great stay.

Liliana’s place was exactly as described. Warm and inviting, beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. Close to the slopes and the gondola. It’s down a flight of stairs which were a little icy as there had been a storm earlier that day. We brought salt, so wasn’t an issue. Would absolutely stay there again. Thanks Liliana!

Sarah was a great host. She was very communicative and even helped adjust our reservation when there was a snowstorm and we couldn’t come up the day we planned. The house was wonderful and great for kids and the whole family. We’d love to come back.

Homely place close to Northstar! The shuttle was very convenient to get us to and from the village! Bed was comfy

This was our third time staying at Carol Ann's and that should speak for itself. Great location with close proximity to ski resorts, the lake, grocery stores, restaurants, etc. Carol Ann is friendly and responsive, and we will sure look to stay with her on our future trips to Tahoe.

Janet really came through for me! A VRBO host cancelled me so her family could have the place I paid for. This was at 3pm on check in day!!! I was scrambling and went to Airbnb and saw Janet’s place and booked within an hour of the cutoff. She got back to me right away, delivered an amazing place that was so cozy (we didn’t cook, but the kitchen and accessories were pro-level). Beds comfy. So happy for Janet and the accommodations. Felt like home!

It's a very cozy space. Small but still contains everything one would need for a long term stay. Not a great cellular signal, and apparently they have blackouts from time to time, but this isn't reflective of the host. Just an fyi if you're needing a stable cellular connection. The wifi is strong enough as well, apart from unforseen loss of electricity.
